A/N: This Mario take on "That Green Gentleman (Things Have Changed)" by Panic! At the Disco was requested by Shydow. Obviously the title just screams Luigi, and while at first I wanted to make the song about him, sung by a concerned friend, the lyrics worked better coming from him.
