"We did it!" Franҫoise gave Arthur a tight hug after hearing Julchen speak through the speaker.
Feliciana grabbed the intercom and spoke into it. "Julchen, it's so nice to hear your voice."
"Feli~? What the hell girl? You leave for like three weeks and then suddenly I get a call from you on this rusty old thing? Jeez, just be happy the awesome me kept it around!" They heard her laugh maniacally after speaking.
Ludwig was growing annoyed by her laugh since it was so much like his own brother's; he grabbed the voice com and started speaking. "Look, we don't have all day. We need help!"
There was a silence and then the voice came up. "Woah, who's the dude? Oy, and can you put my sis on? I've got a bone to pick with her! Freaking leaving me with all this work isn't cool!"
Feliciana grabbed the com back and spoke into it. "It's a long story, but we'd rather tell you face to face. Can you help us?"
"Of course I can! I am the awesome Prussia after all." Then there was some static and she came back on. "Seychelles eh? I'll send a chopper your way, so hold tight alright."
"AWESOME!" Amelia screamed as she hugged Kiku violently.
"A-A-Ame-l-l-i-a-a, p-l-e-a-s-e s-t-o-p s-ha-k-i-n-g m-e." He tried to get his words out as Amelia continued to hug and shake him around violently; it was the best way she could vent out the excitement of a rescue.
Alice could feel the excitement in the air, but she couldn't understand it. Out there it was hell, yet they still wanted to go. Still, she put on a smile and joined in. "Isn't this great Francis? You'll finally get to see our world. Some of it anyways…."
She tried to sound happy but Francis could hear the suffering she was putting herself through trying to get such a sentence out; still, he made himself look happy…for her. "Ah~ I'm excited to see what this world has in store for us." It wasn't a total lie, he was excited…in a scared kind of way.
"Ve~ ve~ ve~" Feliciano was acting like an airhead as he thought of what this world would be like; he completely forgot about all the turmoil that had gotten them into the mess in the first place.
"I don't understand why you all are so happy." Everyone turned to Franҫoise who had her hands on her hips, glaring at the room. "Don't you realize what'll happen now? Everything we've been avoiding for the past weeks, all that death, is going to come right back at us the minute we leave this place."
"Franҫoise? Are you alright?" Alice looked towards the voice, but when she turned Alice immediately felt two icy hands touching her face.
"I just don't want people to keep getting hurt, but by the way you all are acting it's like you've forgotten everything that we've been fighting against!" She sounded pissed, but she had brought them all back into perspective.
Franҫoise let go of Alice and blew a piece of her hair out of her face. "Just forget it. Be happy now, because you aren't going to be pretty soon." Her voice was monotone yet it still sounded menacing.
Arthur looked at her with discontent. She was nothing like Francis; hell, it was almost like they were total opposites when it came to personality. Unlike dear Francy Pants, Franҫoise could sound down right icy and heartless without even batting an eye. She, in his book, could be classified as bipolar or schizophrenic or whatnot; something along those lines.
"When do you think that helicopter's going to be here?" Kiku asked, trying to break the tenseness of the room.
"It'll be there in like two hours. Jeez people it's like listening to a room for of Austrian people." Julchen's voice blared over the UNC."
"Shit man you're still listening?!" Amelia shouted back only to get silence.
"Well guess that's that. Two hours huh?"
*Two hours of waiting since I'm lazy and don't feel like writing about how they wasted their time arguing and searching the house for food while also gambling using things they found around the house. Also, Amelia and Kiku were sort of avoiding each other after sex, but I think that's just because they were like each other's firsts…jeez that must have been awkward as fuck. Also, Seychelles didn't wake up for a while, but his guards that bombarded them at the beach are looking after him so he's all good. There's a part where Alice and Francis take a walk on the beach, but you guys can enjoy that image on your own…actually, why the hell not I'll write it in.*
They had been waiting for nearly two hours and Alice couldn't take the stuffiness of the house, but she had no idea where the exit was, so she just felt around for nearly twenty minutes until Francis found her.
"Eh…Alice? Are you alright?" He whispered into her ear causing her to fall back in surprise.
"Jeez Francis, don't you know it's rude to sneak up on ladies like that?!"
"Well when I see a lady groping the wall I can't help but be curious. Anything I can help you with?" He grabbed her hand and bent down and kissed it as a joke.
She pulled her hand away and blushed. "I just wanted to take a walk on the beach. That's all. I mean, this is probably the last time I'm going to see one that isn't totally destroyed." She continued feeling for a door, and finally she felt one.
"See, I'm not a total loss!" She opened the door and took a step inside only to hit a shelf holding multiple different things. She braced for the mountains of supplies to spill on her, but before it had happened a hand jerked her out of the closet and held her close.
"Jeez Alice, I can't trust you anywhere can I?" Francis nagged at her as her face grew even hotter.
"There's no need to go insulting me !"
Francis widened his eyes at her then smiled. He grabbed her hand and started pulling her to the door. "Well if you really need somebody to guide you then I'll just volunteer myself! I am incredibly selfless after all as you can see." He joked but it only got him a hard slap.
When the two finally got out of the house, Alice immediately took her shoes and socks off so that her feet could feel the soothing sand. Francis did the same and then he grabbed her hands again and started to drag her into the water; she immediately started to freak out.
"No, no, no, no, no, no! I don't want to go into the water! Let me go!" She tried to fight her way back to the sand but it was no use. Francis's grip was much too tight.
"Mademoiselle how could you hate the cool water? It's lovely isn't it?" He smirked.
"NO!" She heaved herself back, but ended up falling into the water, dragging Francis along with her.
"Now look what you've done. I'm going to have to dry this dress before we go now." She scowled but it only made Francis laugh.
All he wanted was to give her one more chance to be carefree before going back to war and, even though she was acting so resentful, he knew she was having a good time. The two ended up messing with each other in the water for a long while until they finally became too tired and ended up lying on the beach to rest.
"Hey Francis?" Alice mumbled as she uncomfortably tried to shift around in her wet dress.
"Hmmm?" He purred back.
"I was thinking…what if we never get back to your guy's world and we're stuck here forever? I mean, this place is a total hell hole." She closed her eyes and pictured their world before war. "I remember when war was just between all of us…." She smiled at herself. "Ha, listen to me go on about this stuff."
Then, she felt the warm embrace from Francis, his arm curling around her body as if it were never letting go. "If I'm stuck here forever than I'm happy it's with you." He whispered into her ear seductively.
"Jeez, you're just as sappy as Franҫoise." She joked.
The two remained there; lying in their silence together until the loud sound wave of helicopter blades came booming through the air. Both of them looked up in surprise and all the others came running out to see what was going on. Then they saw it, a giant black helicopter that had a woman wearing a silver mini skirt with almost thigh high boots, a blue coat, and hair that nearly reached the floor, hanging out of the door like it was a normal thing to do. The helicopter landed and the woman came out, her smirk widening even more.
"The awesome me has finally arrived to save your asses!"
