Chapter 25: Training (Part 2)
Despite how small the submarine looked on the outside, the interior was HUGE. Tsuna was confused on how he couldn't see the other side, when Lal yelled at him.
"Maggot, catch!" Tsuna turned, saw a glimpse of light blue, and then the pain. Looking down, Tsuna noticed a familiar looking container, which just happened to have the words, 'Chill Pill' written on it. "Take one, then we'll start training."
Seeing that she wasn't going to take no for an answer, Tsuna took one. With the feeling of all his worry and anxiety being washed away, Tsuna stood tall with a determined air around him. He stared at Lal, waiting for her next order.
Lal didn't try to hide the simle that grew when he looked at her like that. The memories of a certain idiot started popping up in her memory being the reason. "Now," She started, "call your spirits, we'll be increasing how well the four of you work together when your being possessed."
"How long will we be training like that?" Tsuna asked out of curiosity.
Lal smile had turned into a smirk as she said, "Until you get a passing score, maggot." That was where Tsuna gave a tired sigh, he never did really enjoyed test.
*SLAM* Mochida slid down the wall, his breathing was ragged and his body felt weighed down. He looked up to see the man's eyes showing a great amount of disappointment. He released a heavy sigh, making Mochida angry with the feeling that he was a burden, and turned away.
"Look kid," The man started, "I have a month to train you. With how weak you are right now, I can't be sure if you'll be able to survive my training, let alone the match after that..." Mochida looked up wondering what he was talking about, "So, I'll give you two choices, go through hell now, or later."
"What's the difference?" Mochida asked bitterly, "In fact I still have no idea what's going on. So, you're going to tell me, or I'm going to make you." The man didn't show it, but he was glad that Mochida made that choice, otherwise he was going to have to break him, and have another member participate in his place.
"Kyoko," The older redeemer lectured, "I've told you five times already, this is to improve the amount of energy."
"B-but why do I have to wear this?" Kyoko was looking in a mirror seeing the black tank top with 'Redemption' spelled at the top of it, a black short mini-skirt, dark stockings, and black heels. "It's really hot too so,"
"Look," the redeemer interrupted, "dark clothing releases energy faster than lighter ones. As you wear this outfit, your body should start being able to use more energy than it could before."
"But, I-I look so weird. Lighter clothes always suited me better." Kyoko mumbled as she wondered how wearing certain types of clothing can affect her energy.
"That's my point," The redeemer pointed out, "you always wore light colors, and in result your energy release is weak. Now lets have a practice match now, and I'll bet you'll feel the difference."
Kyoko sighed a sigh of defeat before muttering, "Alright, senpai." She couldn't help but think what might happen if someone from school, or worse, her onii-chan were to see her. But she's just over thinking things though...right?
Hana groaned as she pulled another more blue goo out of her hair. She didn't think Miss S would actually shoot her. Sure Miss S had said that they would be battling like they were against an akuma, but to actually shoot her, that's a different story.
As she was finishing getting the last of the goo off of her, Nana showed up with some water bottles and gave an apologetic smile. After handing Hana one bottle, Nana explained, "Sorry for shooting you Hana, but after being a nullus spiritus Pugnator for so long, you learn not to give any chances."
Hana gave a nod, remembering how she would strike at any openings that she had. "So," Nana continued, "you now have two opinions, train to leave no holes in your defense, or to train so you can strike any openings an opponent(s) give you. Which one would you prefer?"
Hana looked down, trying to decide which of the two she would prefer. She sat for a few minutes trying to decide what she was better suited for. When she decided, she looked up and Nana smirked, "I knew it."
Kano stood at the top of the building getting ready for what's about to happen. He transferred energy into one of his gloves and punched the roof that he was standing on, damaging it horribly. After a short wait he heard him, and Kano smiled, "Hello Hibari."
