This is going to be my first big story, so all I can hope is people enjoy this. I also am doing this because I wanted for more people to create crossovers or fusions for mha and mieruko-chan. In addition, Miko will appear later into the story, so if you are wondering about that, so yeah...and yes Deku will get OFA, if you are wondering, because I wanted to do a long fic with OFA only as his quirk. Also, some stuff such as the full strengths and capabilities of all the quirks will be made up, at least ones that don't have been given their details regarding their strengths and capabilities, especially when it comes to OFA and it's quirks(such as the Gearshiftofa reality warping combo, taken to the literal extent), which is going to be OP, so just to warn you...also there is a lot of parts that basically into the category of crack, so this is also a crack-treated seriously fic, partially...

My Hero Academia belongs to Kohei Horikoshi, Mieruko-chan belongs to Izumi Tomoki, Chainsawman belongs to Tatsuki Fujimoto and the rest of the titles belong to their respective authors, while the OCs, original locations, original items and original stories are, the only ones that belong to me

It was a really hot and sunny day...a little boy with green bushy hair and freckles, laid beaten in the middle of a playground, while another boy around his age, tried asking him whether he is okay or not...

The green-haired boy, Midoriya Izuku, was deep in thought about being born powerless and his incapability to be a hero, now a job in this world of superpowers

"Kacchan...you stupid dum-dum...not even a hint mercy on him, huh? Why does everything have to be this unfair? Why?!" He shouted to the heavens about his bad luck, having a hard time breathing

But, he couldn't still come to terms with his incapability to become a hero, because he still holds at least the slightest bit of hope that one day, he might be able to be one, that someone would be there to tell him the thing he wanted to hear the most

At least he could dream...

It was evening, when little Izuku reached his home. His mom, Midoriya Inko, a woman of average height, having also a green hair, was greeted by his somewhat healed and cleaned up, yet noticeably hurt appearance

The mother was quick to react and find the first aid to patch him up

While she was patching him up, she frantically asked as to what happened, which he replied with lying that he just stumbled on the ground, while playing with Kacchan and the others, both due to his kind-hearted nature and due to knowing the pointlessness of trying to stop bullying in general. Inko could do nothing, but sigh deeply with a slight frown on her face, at the reply

"Izuku, please be careful when you are playing around like this..."

"Sorry..." Izuku looks down with an apologetic expression

Inko smiled back slightly to lighten him up again

"It's fine, but be careful next time, okay?" Putting her hand on his head, to stroke it

"Kay..."

"Okay then! Why don't you go wash yourself? I'll make dinner while you are bathing, hmm?"

"Suuurre..."

"Now go and bath, I call you when it's ready"

"uh-huh" and with that he left to clean himself up, but not without looking back for second and thinking about whether or not he should her again about his dream, but let go of that idea after remembering her feeling guilty and depressed because of his circumstance and continued to the bathroom

After Izuku went, Inko's smile turned into saddened one, still remembering his quirkless nature and despite not being her fault, feeling guilty about it

"If only things were different..." her face loosing the smile

(silence)

"I should just continue on with cooking..." she walks to kitchen to make dinner, while still being gloomy, but when she reached near the counter, she noticed the jar of cookies being a bit too close to edge of the counter, so she moves it to a safer place, but not without taking some cookies out of it

"Huh, tastes good, maybe few more could be fine..." she proceeded to take more, feeling a bit less depressed

8 years later

Midoriya Izuku had no real friends or even ones that pretend to be friends unless temporarily for reasons like bullying him, especially after the only remaining ones had just abandoned the idea of interacting with him, for reasons he isn't exactly sure about, with the closest things connected to the change being his quirklessness and especially his ridiculously big dream of becoming a great hero

While for the most part, Izuku would be able to avoid any interactions or get only made fun of, by others. There are times, when things do escalate such as getting beaten once in a while. Usually though, the one who tormented him the most, whether it be just insulting or beating him, is his former childhood friend, Bakugo Katsuki or Kacchan as he calls him, due to habit

He tried his best to avoid any confrontations or conversations with his classmates, usually through finding alternative routes or just keeping quiet to himself

It's in one of these escapades that he gets his first wise words regarding his wishful dream...

The sounds of leaves crunching was heard as Izuku was running with exhausted breaths, through the autumn winds...

"Hah...hah... Huh..huh..haah!" He breathed heavily after running into a park and stopping, with his hands on his knees, successfully dodging an attempt from his bullies to mess with him

"Well! That was close..." He looks around for bench to sit on and relax, which he does within a few seconds and sat down over there, "I sure can't catch a break, can I?" he said silently

"Kid, why do you seem so out of breath?" he heard an old man's voice by his side, where he saw a man in his late 60s, wearing a dark blue kimono, he also seems to not have any hair in the head, only having white mustache and a white beard. The voice caused him to flinch, due to how sudden it was

"Huh?"

"I am asking as to why you are out of breath?" he said a bit loudly

"Uhh...uhmm...hmm...well I was running away from my bullies due to, aahh... reasons..."

"May I inquire you for what these reasons are?"

Izuku eyes him a bit, questioning as to why, which the old man seemed to notice

"Just asking, it's fine if you don't want to..."

"Well no that's fine...I don't mind saying" Izuku assured him, in a calming tone. There was a short silence, but it was cut when Izuku proceeded to spill the beans, "You see, the reasons for why they do, is because: A)I am quirkless, so they would of course, come after me due to being weak and, B) My dream is a pretty ambitious one for someone like me...

"And what's that?"

"I wanna be a hero, and not any hero, but a really great one! I want to be that presence that drives villains away and bring hope and peace to people in despair and grief...I want to be like All might, in that sense...I am also a huge hero fanboy, especially for All might, you know...when I saw THAT video of his-"

"You mean his debut?"

"Yes, that one"

"I've seen it either, although not as much as my grandchildren...they sure get pretty awed at seeing it! It's pretty adorable to see them with their starry eyes and goofy grin, you know..." Izuku chuckled at that

"But I'll admit...the man sure is really likable, good hearted and charismatic, all while inspiring more people to be heroes either, so I can't blame them for finding him cool...haha..." the old man continued in a tone that suggested being impressed

"hum-uhm" Izuku nodded with a hum

(Silence)

"You know, kid..." the old man started once again

"Hmm?"

"You should stand up to your bullies, cause...they aren't gonna stop, if you aren't going to fight back, as I see it..."

"But-"

"I know, I know...it's not as easy as it is to say something like that, BUT! You got to realize that it's not going to be great being like this right? Like, do you really wanna let them get to you, everytime like this? You hate it, don't you?"

"Uh-ehh-aahh...yeah...you are right, I guess..." Izuku couldn't help it, but agree with his questions, with his head down at the end

There was a silence among them, with the sounds of the winds, the falling leaves, the crunching leaves as they were stepped on and the soft chatter of people closeby, were the only things they heard

"I can say, though..." the old man continued, gaining Izuku's attention again

"Maybe you should start by building up your body, you know?"

"Uhh?"

"I'll repeat, you should build up your body first, I mean, no offense, but you don't exactly look in the greatest shape, to be precise here..."

"I-I see..." Izuku flinched and shrunked slightly at the statement, because he couldn't disagree with him

"Relax kiddo, I don't blame you for not thinking that before, I mean..." Man looks forward and continues on, "...a lot of people in this world think of, only quirks for the most part, when it comes to heroics and even some other jobs either..." Izuku wasn't sure how to react to that, but the old man continued, "...they simply forget that you don't need a quirk to do some stuff!" the man ranted, which Izuku to sweatdrop a little, but he didn't disagree

"I mean sure, I am not going to sugar coat it or anything, because a quirk or at least a good enough one, does help you or give you some assurance about your safety, not including some other problems like not needing that much assistance from support items or weapons or whatever" Izuku listened, with his head slightly down with a serious look, "But, it got bad to the point that alot of people just believe that without a strong enough quirk, you can't at all, be a hero!" He ended and the silence came again

They stayed like that for a few seconds before the old man started again

"You know...all I can say to you is just make yourself stronger and think more perceptively and intuitively so that maybe, you might able to both fight your bullier and achieve your dream...just a maybe for the last part..."

"I see..." Izuku answered, deep in thought

"Kid, I want you understand that while yes, I don't agree with alot of people's opinions regarding heroics being dependant only on quirks, I do gotta warn you that it is still a dangerous job," Izuku looked back at him, "having a good enough quirk does guarantee your safey to some extent...which is why I want to advise you to reconsider your choice again, with taking into account your family's feelings either" Izuku flinched at that, remembering how sad scared his mom gets or even his dad, who while not as present as his mom, is still someone important to him

"Choose carefully, you are still young...you could be a police officer too, you know..." Izuku had a confused and fustrated expression, but kept on listening as the old man continued, "I am not sure whether you can be a great hero or not, or even being a hero is great idea to begin with, but that's upto you and your family" he said patting the boy's shoulder

(Silence)

"I'll think about it...and on that also start exercising and stuff..." Izuku said, while getting up

"You going?"

"Yeah, I should think about stuff properly..."

"That's good, hope you become more stronger and think things through!"

"Yes, thank you...um..."

"Hikaru, name's Miyamoto Hikaru"

"Yes, thank you for listening to me, Miyamoto-san"

"That's fine kid, I don't mind listening to you, like this! If you wanna talk again, I come here every afternoon to relax, so your welcome" said Hikaru with a warm smile

"Thank you, and I'll be sure to talk again, whenever possible!" Izuku replied, starting to walkaway while waving his hand

"Yes, yes and think properly and stay strong! Goodbye kiddo! Take care!" He ended with a happy smile

And after that Izuku had a lot of stuff to think about and look forward to...
