The trio eventually were just a few streets away from the shrine, after leaving the haunted house with satisfaction for their own reasons. But, while on their way home; Izuku started to get more and more unsure about his current situation...what is that, you ask? Well...

"Y-Yotsuya-san?" he spoke nervously, "Hm?" "It's pretty embarrassing to be like this, you know..." "Eeeehhhh..." her monotone response being the only thing he received. Miko hadn't still let go of his arm yet, instead hugging it tightly while nuzzling her face into his shoulder, "I don't want to, though...it feels better like this..." she answered later, which caused Izuku's mouth to fall slightly and twitch, "I just feel more safer with you...I know I am being pretty clingy here, so sorry for that...but, it's been sometime since I was able to relax and be happy like this..." her voice finally sounded glad as she spoke

Izuku listened to her speech, feeling bad for her at the end. His hand moved before he could think and ended up on her head to stroke it, which caused Miko's eyes to twitch a bit, before slowly closing them, melting into his warmth while blushing This feels too good...

Izuku was worried at first of her getting mad for doing this, but after one look at her peaceful expression, his worry subsided...but, was still flustered about his current situation I can't believe it...is this a dream? he felt warm and fuzzy in his heart, hearing her making moaning sound She is so cute!

Hana was watching and hearing all this, with a surprised and blushing face I-I-I think it worked a bit too well... she thought as she witnessed the scene from behind But, hey...they both look so adorable!! she squealed internally

"Well, I guess this is where we part ways..." Hana said, in a somber tone for no reason at all

"Why are you saying that, as if we aren't gonna be seeing each other again..." Miko deadpanned

"Oh, I was just messing with you!" Hana laughed, "Well, whatever..." the black haired girl sighed before she looked at Izuku, "Thank you for coming, Midoriya-kun...also, sorry again for being clingy like that...it was pretty embarrassing for you, wasn't it?", "Oh no! It's fine! I mean sure, it did feel embarrassing being hugged by a cute girl, you know..." he replied before pausing for a moment and realizing his mistake, looking towards her again to see her blushing with wide eyes, "Aah! Uh-Ugh-ah-eh! S-s-s-s-sorry!" he sputtered and stuttered before bowing

Miko was feeling pretty flustered at being called cute, making her even warmer inside, "I-I-It's fine! I don't mind it...so please stop bowing, Midoriya-kun..." which caused Izuku to eventually, slowly lift his head and look at her with nervousness, "S-Sorry again...it's not that I don't think you look good or anything, it just that...it was a weird thing to say, out of nowhere..." his eyes looked downwards, "No, it's fine...so please don't think I am upset or something" she looked at him warmly, while saying in a reassuring tone, "Yes, Midoriya-kun! You don't worry about it; It's just a compliment, you know?" Hana joined in

The OFA user looked at them with an unsure and nervous look for a moment before sighing and saying, "I guess, you're right..." he scratched his cheek with one of his fingers, "Uh-huh!" Both of them nodded at his acceptance

(Silence)

Miko suddenly started slowly walking towards Izuku, with a warm gaze. This action didn't go unnoticed by Izuku, as he looked back at her, "Yotsuya-san, what's wrong?" his face showed confusion and worry, as she made his way, now in front of him, "Yotsu-" "Midoriya-kun?" she interrupted him, while sounding cheerful, which in turn caused him to jolt a bit, "Y-Yeah?" he wasn't sure as to why she was acting like this suddenly, "You think I am cute, right?" that question made him nervous, while sweating a bit, "Y-Y-Yeah?" he answered, seeing her put her soft hands on his shoulders as she came really close...close to the point of feeling her entire body on his, which caused him to become red once again and not be able speak at all, for a moment, "Is that so?" she responded calmly, "I-I-Is there s-something wron-?" "Mmph~" he wasn't able to finish his question as he felt the warm feeling of Miko's soft lips on his cheek

"Eh?" was what came out of both Izuku's and Hana's(who was watching this entire time) mouth

Izuku's entire body became deep red as the young priestess kissed him for a few more seconds, before pulling away with a small pop. After that action, she looked at him with a loving gaze for a few seconds

"Thank you..."

Those words were not just directed towards his compliment, it seems...

After saying that she pulled away a bit, with her hands still remaining on his shoulders, she continued to gaze up at him warmly. Izuku was flabbergasted at the sudden turn of events; his mouth hanging and twitching, while his body still redder than a tomato. While Hana was covering her mouth while also blushing OH MY GOD! This went far too well! she thought while slowly gaining a smug look on her face; giving a thumbs-up with both of her hands

A girl kissed me...A GIRL REALLY KISSED ME, HOLY SHIT! Izuku thought, cheering at his luck

Later in the night...

The Yotsuya family were having dinner currently...with them talking about various stuff, mostly regarding things that happened today. But...the thing that was the most prominent was...

"Nee-san, why were you kissing Midoriya-san, before?" Kyousuke asked bluntly, which caused Miko to nearly spit her food, "Why do you gotta ask a question like that, out of nowhere?!", "What, is there something wrong with that?", "No, it's more so about how and when you ask...", "Then, how am I supposed to ask?", "Well, just start it slowly", "Neeeee saaa-" "That's not what I meant", "Then, what?", "Well...ahh...um...you know what? I ain't answering!" Miko finished before proceeding to eat the rest of her meal, while her younger brother kept on bugging her for answer

While this was happening, their mother only watched on at their commotion

"Mom, why aren't you asking her about anything?", "Because, it is her life...I mean, yes...As her mother, I am worried about her and all, especially for liking someone she just met, but so long as she does make sure to be careful and thoughtful about her decisions...I honestly don't mind it" she answered calmly, while eating her meal again

Kyousuke then asked, "Wait, but why did you suddenly have a crush on him? It just seems pretty odd for you to get one, for someone you just met...", "Um...well...you know how he helped me out with the first time we met?", "Yeah?", "Well, a similar situation happened...", "Similar situation...Wait! you were getting creeped on again" "Miko is that true?" Her mom joined in, concerned for her daughter, "Y-Yeah...but again, just like previously; Izuku was there to help me out again...I mean Hana was also there, but she ranaway after seeing the actors at the haunted house attraction...", "Haunted house?" Kyousuke asked, "Yes"

Kyousuke looked at her with questioning look as he asked, "So your reasoning for liking him is because he helped you out?", "Hey, don't put it so lightly!", "No, I am really...", "Hey, it's still at the end of the day, just a crush, you know..."

Kyousuke wasn't able say anything, so he continued with his dinner instead

Miko on the other was red in the face, after remembering the events that unfolded this morning. Still, it's not like I am immediately going to be dating him or something...perhaps giving him a week or so to understand him would be better...and at the end of the day, it's only just dating for the time being...it's not like we are going to something extreme or anything... she thought

"Haah...I feel tired..." Miko said while yawning, "Now that I have someone I can talk with regarding thise things, while also being able to fight them back...I can feel more relaxed now..." she breathed in relief as she was sprawled on her bed, "Well time to slee-" "Hey~"she looked under the sheets, only to see a head, presumably a woman's due to the feminine voice, with no eyes at all, as they sewn shut with black threads, she also had a far too wide of a smile, that almost seemed cartoonish...in a rather horrifying way...

Anothe thing to note are the many needles plunged into her rotten head, as blood and pus seemed to come out of it

Miko just closed the sheets, while grabbing her meme-chan pillow to hug it I wanna hug him again... her face barely changing from her stoic one, indicating of her true emotion, currently

The next day...

Izuku has been walking around the town for a while, along with Miko in her priestess clothing as usual, as she has sometime before she has to go to the shrine again. After that incident yesterday, he has harder time looking at her face or even talking to her straight at times, but he made sure to keep himself together though...which is pretty hard to do, when the girl has been constantly hugging his arm once again

"Yotsuya-san?", "Hm?", "Not that I have a problem with it, but...why are you still holding onto me?" he asked sheepishly while screaming his cheek with his right hand, "It's just that...it feels so good, you know..." she said while nuzzling into his shoulder

Izuku felt like he was once again, the taiyaki in the microwave, but in this case though...it's more like the taiyaki is the microwave Kid, what the fuck? What? Izuku responded to the 5th user. All on all, he currently felt like burning because of this girl

"A-Anyways, where was this place you were referring to?" they weren't just roaming around the town for fun or anything. Miko had asked Izuku to help her out by dealing with an area that has a lot spirits gathered there for some reason and that they never seemingly left it, even when she came back there a few times before. Pretty much all of them are teens or young adults from everytime she went there. They usually stand pretty close together as if they are blocking something. There are a few times she was able to sneak a peek of the place behind and all she saw was a dingy shack at the back

"Yotsuya-san...do you realize what you are talking about here?", "I-I know..." Both of them had an idea as to the reasoning behind the high count of ghosts, but they can't prove it without getting an upclose inspection of the place

"You know...wait a sec..." He said to Miko before going to off to a corner in the street they were. Miko looked at him talk to someone for a bit before coming back, "Who were you talking to?", "Well...we can't just go in there without help from a cop or a hero, so...I called someone or two to be exact, both of them being heroes can come to help us here", "Wait! You called the heroes?! How are we supposed to expla-?!" "Don't worry! They too know about the existence of ghosts, actually!" that answer caused Miko to be surprised, "Wait! there are other people you know of, that are aware of it?!", "Yep!" she looked at him flabbergasted before sighing, "Well, if it means we don't have to directly go there and find out by ourselves, then...it's fine...", "Yeah...let's go wait in that restaurant until they come, okay?", "Hmm? Yeah...sure"

The two walked towards the restaurant, as they intend to wait for the heroes to arrive...wonder what comes for them next?
