The Elemental Weapons

"So have you found where this guy lives yet?" Doyle asks Drew
"No." Drew informs him.
"Well you said you met him before..." Doyle starts
"Last time he was apart of the Secret Scientists, He's dropped off the map. He's been doing it slowly. He must have gotten to paranoid." Doc interrupts.
"Hey that was the same guy who took that mask from us when I was little. The crazy looking mad scientist." Zak says entering.
"Yes but he found us that time." Doc confirms
Just then they hear a knocking on the window. They look over and see the girl they know as Jen in her jet pack. She waves as Fisk goes over and lets her in. "Hello, sorry I didn't come earlier. Needed to convince papa to let you guy's come to the lab." Jen explains
"How did you find us here?" Doc asks
"I asked Papa, We would like to take that dagger off you to keep it safe," she explains, "My father was once apart of the secret scientists, I have convinced him that I can take his place. It will be easier to do our job with the help of everyone, but so far just our lab is open to the secret scientists, not our storehouse."
"WAIT! Is your father Dr. Jacob Webster?" Drew asks
"Yep, we need your help. I can't explain everything here since I don't know the full story. Papa does." Jen says
"How do we know we can trust you?" Doyle asks
Jen sighs, "I know who took your fire sword. This group is a danger to all. Papa and I need the help of the secret scientists, plus that girl in the blue and the cryptid are more up your ally than mine. Just let me take you to the lab, Papa will explain everything."
"Lets give her a chance, she did help Ulraj." Zak says
"Your right, let's head to the Airship." Drew agrees
Airship
"I didn't know Dr. Webster had a daughter." Drew Mentions.
"Papa has always been very secretive in his line of work, well now our line of work. We collect artifacts with power, like the mirror." Jen explains
"You keep these objects of power hidden from the wrong hands, right?" Doc asks
"yes, and after everything that's happened to us you can imagine why he's so paranoid." Jen replies
"Wife dieing, brother killed by best friend and holding objects that, in the wrong hands, can destroy the world. Nope have no idea." Doyle admits sarcastically
Jen smiles, "No one ever does," she laughs, "Anyway let me introduce myself properly. My name is Jennifer Webster, you can call me Jen. Would have done this earlier but I had to get you guys to travel with me."
"I'm Doc, Samson Saturday, this is my wife Drew and son's Zak and Fisk, My brother-in-law Doyle Blackwell, and that's Komodo and Zon." Doc answers
"it's nice to meet you all, I will warn you, you may or may not like what you see in Papa. He's changed a lot, Heck you might not even see him at all." Jen says entering the coordinates into the gps. "There it's all set, time to go."
"Oh Jen, I think this is yours. We found it in the Bahamas." Drew informs handing her the journal.
"Thank you, I wondered where this ended up." Jen says
Unknown Location
"Damn, this isn't the one, this is useless. Munya break it. It's a stupid reproduction, but maybe that family knows something. If she had a reproduction, she might know where the real one is." Craig announces as he tosses the sword to Munya who breaks it.
"So boss, what are we doing?" Abby asks
"You are going to kidnap the girl that had the fire sword. Bring her to me. Take Nick with you." Craig tells her.
"Ugh, fine, but he'll cost extra." Abby says
"Fine, just go."Craig replies
Airship Helm, England
"So, you have the twisted mirror?" Zak asks
"Yep, the current one is a fake, we also have the Naga artifact, which took us forever to find by the way." Jen replies as there is a crash. Alarms go off telling them the some of the engines are gone.
"Who is doing this? Jen?!" Doc asks as he is trying to keep the airship in the air.
"Papa would never, especially since he knows we are coming, we have defenses but nothing that attacks." Jen answers confused and a little afraid.
All of a sudden the front window is broken and three people appear, Abby and the male knock Doc and Doyle out of the way, giving Munya a straight shot at Drew, who he pulls out of the crashing airship.
Crashed Airship, 4 miles from Shugborough Hall
Zak wakes up wrapped in Fisk's fur. "Fisk?" he asks as he remembers the crash. Fisk had jumped with him from the airship.
[inaudible] Fisk says slowly getting up
"Nothing broken?" Zak asks as Fisk shakes his head "Good lets go find the others." they slowly head off in the direction of the airship. The first person they see is Doyle.
"Uncle Doyle!" Zak yells running over, he and Fisk remove the debree but can't get one piece off his arm.
"Zak!?" he hears his father call.
"Dad over here, Uncle Doyle's trapped!" Zak yells
"Zak," Doyle asks as he wakes up, "Ouch, ah. Get this off my arm."
Fisk and doc are able to lift the debree off him. Doc quickly realizes that Doyle's arm is broken. He makes a temporary splint as Jen shows up.
"Collect what's important. We need to get moving. We can come back in the morning. It's unsafe at night, and we have four miles and only a few hours." Jen says as Zon and Komodo show up having escaped the crash unscathed.
"What do you mean?" Doc asks. "We have to find Drew!"
"You can't help Drew if the creatures eat of Cannok Chase eat you! I will help you find Drew, but we need to leave. Besides Doyle needs proper treatment. I can give it to him but only at the house, we can also help you find Drew, but we need to move now!" Jen insists.
"Doc, I want to find her as much as you, but in this condition I can't help much. I need a cast and medicine. We can't do anything if I am injured, we don't have all our weapons and we know nothing about these cryptids." Doyle informs.
"Alright, we'll go. Let's collect some things and head off." Doc agrees
2 miles from Shugborough Hall
"So can you tell me about these cryptids?" Doc asks Jen trying to keep his mind off from Drew.
"There are a bunch of them, Were's, Pigmen, UFO's, Hellcats. The UFO crash in 1964 is known as British Roswell. That was Papa and Mum's fault. The hellcat's is what we nicknamed them. There are a lot of big cats that have no other name designation, but the pigmen and were's are what you have to worry about the most at night." Jen explains
"Were's, you mean like Werewolves?" Doyle asks
"Yes, but there are more that just werewolves," Jen answers as there is a howl in the surrounding area, "We need to start moving faster. We can not be out here when they fully change."
"I agree with me out of action it will be harder." Doyle chimes in
"No, it will be impossible. I don't have all my stuff, Zak and the others, like you, can not fight. So our only line of defense is Doc. One person against a pack is impossible." Jen explains
"How far do we have?" Zak asks
"About have a mile left. We need to run, stay close." Jen says as shew takes off hearing howling and growling in the distance.
The run, Half a mile from, Shugborough Hall
They all start running as the growling and howling is getting closer. Fisk picks up Zak, Zon grabs Komodo and Doc slows down to the to the back. Then they see Werelions, Weretigers and a Werebear running after them. Doc uses his weapon to shoot at the ones who get close. Doyle throws a few stun grenades. One of the were lions grabs onto komodo's tail and is about ready to bite when Zon flies up and makes the lion hit a tree branch. Jen gets her keys as the approach the back door. "Hold them off." she yells as she tries to find the fight key. She finally finds it and everyone piles in. She slams the door and quickly punches in the combo. As the monsters hit the door and receive a big shock. Everyone falls to the floor laughing.
"Nothing like running for your life to get that cardio work out." Doyle laughs
"Man that was close. Let me contact Papa, Doyle come with me. Everyone else the bathroom is upstairs first door on your left and third door on the right. Living room is threw here. Go get cleaned up." Jen say's getting up. Doyle walks with her as everyone else heads up stairs, Zon and Komodo go elsewhere.
Jen and Doyle walk into the living room and into a study. She grabs a lever disguised as a book and pulls it revealing a door. She punches in a number to the keypad. The keypad goes red. Jen sighs as she pushes an intercom button. "Papa, I thought we talked about you changing the lab combo."
"Ya, sorry. Had to. Heard something upstairs." he replies.
"Did you check it out? Maybe it was the cat's?" Jen replies
"Nope, it's not safe up there, had to change the code." he replies.
"Papa we have been over this. Anyway what's the code, I need to get down there?" Jen asks knowing she's gonna have a talk later with him.
"Ya it's..." Her father turns on the video to the screen and sees Doyle, "No, No, No. Access Denied. Go Away!" the screen turns of.
"Bloody Hell!" Jen yells frustrated. "I can't help anyone if I can't get down there," she presses the intercom. "Papa this man is Doyle Blackwell, he is the brother of Drew Saturday. You and I both know we need their help. Doyle has a broken arm and Drew is missing. Papa, Zak is thew son of Drew and Samson. Craig took her, zak needs our help to find his mother. Papa can I have the code please?" Jen asks after pleading with an explanation.
The screen turns on "Fine 97135, I still don't trust them." the screen turns off.
"Sorry about that, lets head down, just remember this is going to hurt." Jen explains as they walk down.
Shugborough Hall, Next day, Noon
Everyone is in the kitchen Jen is cooking breakfast.
"Nice cast Uncle Doyle. Can we sign it?" Zak asks
"Sure Mini-Man, knock yourself out." Doyle shrugs not really caring. His arm was a clean fracture, just had to be set. Zak and Fisk sign it. Zon waddles up and Zak fins some ink and she puts her wing claw print on it, then Komodo comes up and bites it." Ouch, watch it scaley" Doyle exclaims seeing the teeth indents in the cast.
Doc laughs, "If you all are done screwing around with Doyle. Hurry up and eat, we need to get back to the airship and find Drew."
"And to do that we need to figure out why she was taken. I don't think any clues will be their. I know who took her" Jen explains sitting down.
"Who?" Doyle and Doc exclaims
"Craig Anderson. The person who killed my Uncle and Mum. He's also after the Elemental Weapons. He stole the fire sword, yet I do not know if it is the right one. To know that I need to know where she got it and how it worked." Jen informs them.
"She got it from where she grew up, the Tibetan Monastery, but they all had one, even had extras." Doyle explains
"It only worked in sunlight or artificial sunlight, rare occasions on full moons." Zak adds
"then it wasn't the real one, a fake, but the problem is, why do they have something so similar?" Jen questions out loud.
"That explains why they took Drew, but what are these elemental weapons?" Doc asks
"If you want to know that I need to convince Papa to tell you, so take the ATV and Trailer to your Airship. I'll talk to Papa." Jen states getting up and tossing Doc the keys.
Shugborough Hall, Lab
"Papa. I need you to tell the Saturdays about the Elemental Weapons. You know we are going to need their help." Jen tries to plead.
"Nope, Trust no one. They seem good till they kill you." He replies
"Papa, we have been over this, you need to open up. The secret scientists can help us, you agrees for us to join them. Besides Craig hired mercenaries, one of them is a cryptid. We don't know cryptids." she explains
"Tricked me into it. No one should know us, more people more danger."He replies still looking at the dagger.
"Papa you trust me right?"Jen asks as her father nods, "And I trust them so please. They need to know."
Her father looks at her, "Fine, fine, for you, but you now need to help me here. Need a second pair of eyes"
"Sure, anytime," Jen says, "Thanks"
Saturday's Airship, Doyles Room.
"Hey Uncle Doyle. Since I am done grabbing stuff, you need any help?" Zak asks coming in.
"Sure mini-man, can you grab another bag from my closet and pack some of my clothes. I can't fold to well with a broken arm," Doyle tells him, "Where's Fisk?"
"Helping dad, Needed someone tall," Zak replies opening the closet door, which precedes to swing open due to the angle of the ship. As he does a short sword falls out and nearly clips Zak. "Whoa, that was close. I didn't know you had a sword Uncle Doyle."
Doyle looks back, "Sword? Oh ya. That's Van Rook's, Forgot it was in there, just leave it." Doyle quickly tells him.
Zak was going to bend down to pick it up when Doyle said that, he does however notice blood on the blade. Dried blood. He starts to wonder why Doyle would keep a dirty blade. This is a useless one and he keeps all his stuff in pristine condition, even stuff he got from Van Rook. He turns his mind away from it for now and starts packing.
"You don't mind if I change do ya kid?" Doyle asks grabbing some clothes.
"Nope," Zak replies as Doyle does he again sees the scar on his chest kinda close to his abdomen, "Hey Uncle Doyle, How'd you get that scar?" He asks
"Doyle quickly pulls on his shirt, "Uh, Mercenary Job, don't worry about it." Doyle replies avoiding the subject, "You done we need to get back" Doyle says walking out.
"After we find mom, I am soo getting that story." Zak mutters to himself
"'Bout time boys, let's head out," Doc states
Unknown Location
Drew wakes up seeing herself tied to a chair. Munya and another guy is in the room. "So your finally awake, good." the man says
"Who are you, where is my family?" She asks
"My name is Nick Anderson, I am sure you know my betrothed Jennifer Webster. Your family was left in your crashing airship they should be ok. We did wait until it was low enough not to kill anyone. Anyway what we need to know is where you got your fire sword. You know the fake one no one would be able to make a fake without knowing where the real one was. You tell us this and we will let you go." Nick Negotiates
"I highly doubt that, i am not telling you anything." Drew replies
"Me and my Father are not here to kill you honestly we need you alive, our goal is the elemental weapons." Nick explains
"Yes, let me get my father to explain," Nick goes and gets his father leaving Drew with Munya. After a little while they get back and the lights are turned on. Drew sees a kinda short fat man with short brown hair, in a tan suit and an orange shirt and tan tie. The younger man with a grey suit light blue shirt and dark blue tie. He has short black hair.
"So you must be Drew Saturday, I am Craig Anderson. Since you are going to find out anyway let me tell you the legend of the Elemental Weapons." He tells her
Shugborough Hall, Lab, Jacob's Study
Jen leads everyone down to her fathers study in the lab. They enter to see a crazy grey haird man with goggles, a messy blue button down shirt, dark blue pants and a wrinkled lab coat. He's small and hunched over. "Sit, Sit. Let me tell you the legend of the elemental weapons."
This and Craig talk with Drew take place at the same time, the switching between storytellers thing goes on here
Many years ago during the Midevil ages there was a great warrior, defending his people." Craig says
"Yet he was faced with a challenge he could not face, so he called otu to the gods the ancient beings of this land." Jacob tells
"They came and heard his crys his pleads for help. They determined his quest was noble but since his heart was not pure they could not just give him the weapon" Craig continues
"There were a series of tests each Ancient gave one test in their element. Each test was to prove he had what it took to be able to accept thier help." Jacob states
"Each test was hard in it's own way. The test of strength, the test of flexibility, the test of speed the test of knowledge, and the test of compasion." Craig explains
"He went to each of the testing sites and passed each one of them, he recieved the weapon which could control the elements, fire, water, wind, nature and lightning. He defeted the enemy and went on to protect his people." Jacob tell them
"He settled down and grew old. He had six sons. The eldest believed he soly would weild the power. He corrupted his heart and his father saw this." Craig continues
"And on his death bed he left the weapon to his eldest son but the gems to the younger five. The oldest was furios and stonmped out after his fathers last breath" Jacob explains
"The younger one's followed. The eldest decided if he could not have the power no one could. He saught to destroy the weapon, but he couldn't have prodicted what hapened next." Craig tells Drew.
"The five ancients were waiting, thety told him he was not worthy of the weapon but hew ignored them, he fought with all his might but hecould not prove them wrong." Jacob states
"Anger and hatred filled hid heart as he smashed the weapon onto the wayy so hard the gems fell out. When he went to pick them up his mother walked in." Craig states.
"The mother not knowing her son's corruption picked up a gem and was slaughterd by her eldest son. The ancients saw his corruption and greed and punished him." Jacob explains
"A simple will and all the gems went to the others placing them selves on the five siblings weapons. They became the Elemental weapons. Furious the eldest waged war and was killed." Craig says
"the five siblings not wanting this to happen to any of them gave the weapons back. Told the ancients to hide them somewhere there power would become dorment and no one would find them." Jacob finishes.
"So what do you need us for?" Doc asks
"The ancient creatures are still guarding the weapons, we think they are dragons. Craig wants to rule the world using these weapons." Jen tells them.
"What does this have to do with finding Drew?" Doc asks
"Drew had a replica fire sword, even we thought it was the real one. Who ever gave it to her must know of this ancient legend, and might know where it is." Jen explains
"Craig captured drew for this purpose. Jen needs to know where she got that fire sword, and retrieve the real one before Craig does. That is how you will save your wife." Jacob says.
"There is one problem. My sister would never tell them." Doyle states
"That won't matter, they have an artifact that allows them to read minds. We can't get it away from them. So where ever she got it they will be there." Jen replies
"She got it where she grew up. The Tibetan Monastery. We can take you there," Zak answers, "We need to find mom."
"Ya Let's go the faster we get there the more time we have to explore and possibly get the location of the fire sword before he does." Jen says
"But, the airship is damaged," Doc admits, "We aren't going anywhere."
"Use this," Craig tosses doc a wrench.
"Thanks, but I have my own tools." Doc replies catching it.
"No, That's an artifact, It allows you to fix anything in a few seconds." Jen explains.
"Oh, then let's get going." Doc replies happily
