Callie shut the bedroom door behind her and pulled the tie on the robe she was wearing a little tighter.
"Hey." She smiled at Teddy who was stood in the kitchen with her hands over her eyes.
"I'm so sorry Callie I didn't mean to,"
"It's okay." She cut the Cardio surgeon off. "I mean Arizona's just... well honestly she's mortified," Callie laughed. "Give her a minute."
"So am I. Aren't you?" Teddy finally dropped her hands.
"I've been caught before." She was still smiling.
"Doing that?"
"Doing worse." The brunette revealed. "Can I ask why you're in my apartment?"
"Oh yeah, sorry. We're all down at the bar. I arranged it with Arizona. A group of us from work were going to meet you both for a drink. Not everybody really knows you but they are going to the wedding so we thought it would be nice. Arizona didn't mention it?"
"There was an incident. It probably slipped her mind." Callie could feel her chest tighten as she spoke.
"Yeah, I heard." Teddy said quietly. "Amber's been worrying for some reason. We were trying to phone both of you but you weren't answering. She asked if I'd come and see if you were okay."
She tried to stay calm. "She was worried."
"I know. It seemed weird and clearly you were fine." The woman responded, blushing.
"Yeah, listen, we'll be back at the bar soon and all drinks are free for the rest of the night." Callie smiled, although it was now slightly more forced.
"Okay. You might regret that."
"You look like you could do with a drink and I am partly responsible."
Teddy could only nod as her cheeks got even warmer.
Once she had left, Callie re-entered the bedroom to find her partner sat with the sheet covering her naked body. Her eyes were wide.
"Why did you say that we'd go back?" She asked.
"Because they're all there to see us."
"Teddy saw me Calliope."
"Us. She saw us." By now Callie was sat on the side of the bed with her hand Arizona's knee.
"No. My friend and my colleague saw me..." She couldn't say the words.
Callie smiled at how cute she was when she was so embarrassed.
"Saw you what Arizona?" She asked as she lifted her hand from the woman's knee and pulled away the sheet so that the blonde was uncovered in front of her.
Arizona looked away and blushed just as hard as Teddy had.
"You liked doing it." Callie continued, guiding her lover's face back in view of hers with her hand. "In fact I know that you loved doing it."
The surgeon was once again a whimpering mess. She closed her eyes. The only contact Callie was making was with that hand on her cheek but it was too much.
"Didn't you?"
She moaned and nodded.
"I can't here you." The brunette's voice was gorgeously husky.
"I loved it." Arizona whispered, opening her eyes.
"Loved what?" Callie smiled at her but it wasn't the self satisfied smirk that she'd been expecting. Then Arizona realised and smiled too.
"I loved riding your tongue," She paused to kiss her fiancé. "And I loved sitting on your face." She laughed as the words left her mouth before Callie attached her lips to hers. When they separated she asked with heavy breath,
"You've never done that before have you?"
The brunette shook her head.
"You'd never let anybody do that?"
"No." Callie answered. "I've never wanted anybody else like that, in that position. You've never been caught before have you?"
Instantly, the embarrassment returned to Arizona's cheeks.
"Don't make me go back to the bar Calliope." She almost begged.
"I can't make you do anything." Callie responded.
"We both know that's not true." The blonde raised an eyebrow which caused the smirk to appear.
"You don't have to come to the bar but I'm gonna go. We were supposed to be there with your friends and I'm not letting her ruin that."
"Fine." Arizona relented. "But we both need to take a shower first."

As soon as they got to the bar, Callie spotted the person she wanted to speak to. However the woman holding her hand led her over to a group of people she knew to be her partner's colleagues. She greeted them all and was beginning to enjoy herself when Mark finally gave her the excuse she needed.
"Well my glass is empty and there is a free bar. That can't be right."
Callie brought her lips to Arizona's ear. "I'll be right back." She whispered before dropping her hand for the first time since arriving. She then told Mark that she would go and get the good scotch from her office.
As she walked towards the door she grabbed the arm of the person she wanted, who didn't resist and followed her guide into Jonathon's office.
The brunette figured that if Arizona came looking she'd go look in the other room first.
"Why in the hell are you freaking out?" Callie asked as she shut the door behind them and turned to face the redhead.
"You can't seriously be asking me that?" Amber responded. "I saw your face Callie, the switch had been turned on, and then you disappear out the door with her and neither of you come back."
"I threw her out and told her not to come back." She explained, crossing her arms. "What did you think I'd done?" Her voice got a little louder.
"I was there Cal, I was there when you told her that if she ever upset me again, in anyway, you'd kill her. There is one person you love more than me on this planet and that is Arizona. She upset Arizona."
"I didn't hurt Aria." Callie yelled. "We were eighteen when I made that threat. I was struggling like crazy. I was high. I had just found you on my bathroom floor with your wrists cut because of what she had said to you so yeah, the switch was on and the monster was out but that was nothing like tonight. I'm not that person anymore and I can't believe you thought I would do anything... violent."
"You have a temper." Amber said.
That's when it clicked.
"You sent Teddy to our apartment when we didn't answer our phones."
"Callie?" The redhead tried.
"You thought I was gonna hurt Arizona." She stated.
Amber took a deep breath. "The thought crossed my mind."
"We were having sex." Callie shouted.
"You have a temper." Amber repeated.
"And I've hurt her before right?" Despite being angry her tone was still heartbroken.
"You think I like that my mind went to that place Callie? I know you. I love you. I admire you. You are the kindest, gentlest and sweetest person on Earth but I have seen that side of you that you can't control and it scares me. It scares me that you might..."
"Do something to screw my whole life up?" The brunette guessed, slightly calmer.
Amber nodded. "You don't deserve that. Aria does something to you Cal. She always has but I didn't want her to screw up your wedding."
Callie smiled. "I didn't let her. I threw her out and told her to go. I drove Arizona and me home. She refused to tell me what Aria had said and pointed out that I don't need to know for the same reason as you just said."
"And then you had sex?" Amber smiled back.
"Amazing sex." She clarified
"So she doesn't know about your history with Aria?"
Callie simply shook her head.
Then there was a knock on the door and a certain blonde head appeared.
"Hey, Mark's asking about his scotch. What are you doing in here?" She asked with a smile.
Callie picked up a bottle off of a shelf next to her. "Jonathon had stolen it." She explained before walking out of the room.
Amber also went to leave but Arizona walked in fully and shut the door this time.
"Why is she lying to me?" She cut straight to it.
"Why does Callie ever lie to you?" The redhead asked.
"Two reasons but I don't think this is about our honeymoon."
Callie had insisted on organising the entire thing as a surprise for the surgeon.
"So it's the other reason." Amber pointed out unnecessarily.
"Is she okay?"
"Yeah." She nodded.
"Okay." Arizona exhaled and turned to leave.
"Wait, is that it?"
"The other reason Calliope lies to me is that she doesn't want me to know things from her past. That's always been true. I don't push it because I can't imagine what it takes for her to get out of bed every morning as it is. If she wants to tell me things I'll listen, gladly, but I won't cause her pain by forcing her to drag up the past when it's not needed. Besides, chances are you or Jonathon or both of you were there so I can ask you if she is okay and you will tell me because you care just as badly as I do and know all about the darkness more than me. So is she okay?"
Amber nodded again, resolutely.
Arizona nodded back and left the room.
Back in the main bar, Callie was stood next to Mark and she could see that her fiancé was telling the group of people around them a story. She worked out it must have been one that embarrassed the man judging from his face. Arizona's eyes went wide when she realised what Callie must have been talking about. She was soon stood in between the two of them and pulled her partner by the arm but Callie wouldn't move.
"I don't know how much she'd had to drink." The brunette looked around at her and smiled. "Do you know?"
"No." She replied through gritted teeth.
"Uh oh, Callie's in trouble." Jonathon declared.
"Your mother sounds great Arizona." Meredith smiled.
"She is." Callie agreed and was about to say more but felt herself get pulled a little harder and allowed herself to be moved.
When they stopped the two women were on the dance floor. Tanned hands instinctively landed on Arizona's hips as their bodies were flush against one another. Two other hands grabbed the lapels of Callie's jacket.
"Prepare to be celibate for a long time Calliope Torres." The surgeon said.
Callie smiled and began moving the pair of them to the slow rhythm of the music. "Okay."
"Really?" Arizona quirked an eyebrow.
"Calliope Torres is only going to exist until Saturday. Then I'm gonna be Mrs. Calliope Robbins Torres." She lowered her mouth to her lover's ear. "And she is gonna have so much sex with her wife."
Arizona groaned and rolled her head back whilst simultaneously wrapping her arms around Callie's neck.
"To think I fell for that smart mouth of yours."
The brunette laughed and kissed her neck a couple of times before pulling back to look at the woman in her arms.
"You love my mouth."
Lifting her head up so that she could rest their foreheads together, Arizona whispered. "Always."
"Teddy was the one who mentioned your mother." Callie decided to change the subject.
"Don't mention Teddy."
"Have you not spoken to her yet?"
"No."
"You need to."
"No."
Callie laughed again. "Darling, she's your maid of honour."
"Maybe we should call off the wedding." Arizona joked.
"Then Aria still wins."
"Is that what you were talking to Amber about?" The blonde was suddenly serious.
She felt the taller woman inhale deeply but she said nothing.
"You don't have to tell me Calliope. Amber says you're okay so as long as you tell me everything is fine... I won't ask."
There was another deep breath.
Then there was a chaste kiss placed on her lips.
Then the only words she needed to hear.
"In two days time, you're gonna be my wife so everything is amazing."
