Alright guys so I put this into a format. Please tell me if you like this format or if I should stay with my other format. Thanks!
The ambulance arrived, pulling Emma out of Kevin's house, but Edd wouldn't leave her side. He was shaking from the shock he was experiencing.
"K-Kevin please meet me at the hospital," Edd said staring up into his green eye with fear in his blue eyes.
"I will Edd," Kevin said staring down at his small dork as he was shrinking into himself.
Edd nodded before getting in the ambulance truck. Kevin watched the truck leave out of the cul-de-sac with his love on it.
"Kev, let's get going," he hears Nat say beside him.
Kevin looked at Nat out of the corner of his eye and nodded. He followed Nat and Wyatt to Nat's car and headed towards the hospital.
"She'll be fine," Nat says before looking at Kevin in the review mirror, "he'll be fine."
"I hope you're right Nat," Kevin said looking out the window, hoping he wasn't losing his love and one of his friends in the same night.
Kevin entered the hospital looking for Edd to see if he was alright on his own. He headed to the waiting room to see Edd talking to a golden-red hair woman.
"Eddward she'll be fine I'm sure honey," he heard the woman say loud enough for him to hear.
"He came and I couldn't stop him again," Edd said before his head fell into his hands.
"Eddward, it's not your fault," the woman said placing a hand on Edd's shoulder, "Dylan is a terrible boy and will be put to a stop soon."
"Edd," Kevin said causing the woman to turn to look at Nat, Wyatt, and him.
"You must be Kevin," the woman said standing up and smiling sadly, "I'm Emma's mother Mrs. Libra, but you can call me Lisa."
Mrs. Libra was a golden-red hair woman. She looked only about 5' 9" and curvy just like Emma, but her eyes didn't match. Her eyes were a light brown that made her face seem warm even with the sad smile on it.
"Yes. I'm Kevin," he said watching her carefully, "The teal haired guy is Nat and the green haired guy is Wyatt."
"Nice to meet you boys, but I must go check on my daughter," she says before touching Edd's shoulder again, "I'll tell you when you can see her."
With that she headed past us and left to somewhere. Kevin looked over at Edd again before moving towards him. He was shaking and could hear quiet sobs.
"Edd," he said softly before placing a hand on his shoulder.
He jerked away before looking up at Kevin with fear in his blue eyes.
"Edd," Kevin said worry filling his voice.
It felt like Edd's whole world was falling part around him. Emma has been his best friend since he was born and now there was a chance that she could die.
"Edd, talk to me," Kevin said pulling Edd into his chest.
Edd couldn't find his voice to speak to him. He just sat there crying. That's all he did through the rest of the night as Kevin held him in his arms.
Edd opened his eyes again to see that he was still in the waiting room, but he wasn't alone.
"Edd!" Edd heard a voice say happily.
He looked up to see turquoise eyes staring back at him, making Edd flinch a little in surprised.
"E-Ed?" he asks before sitting up straight.
"Double D, you okay?" Ed asks with a goofy smile.
Edd just stared at him before looking away from Ed. He could feel the other's eyes on him before someone placed a hand on his shoulder making him flinch once again.
"Wow! Double D it's just me," Edd heard Eddy say softly.
Edd looked up to meet Eddy's dark blue eyes watching him carefully. He hadn't talked to Ed and Eddy much, but seeing them here for him made him feel happy.
"Eddy," Edd said his eyes watering up before he hugged him.
At first Edd could feel Eddy tense before he hugged back. He then felt someone lift them up and hugged them. He smiled weakly having his other best friend hugging him as well.
"Eddward?" he hears a voice say softly.
Edd pulled away from them both to see Emma's mother standing by the door smiling.
"Eddward she's fine," she says as tears ran down her face, "She's fine Eddward my baby girl is fine!"
Edd felt his heart stop and start again before he ran out of the room to Emma.
"Room 226!" Edd heard Emma's mom yell before he turned the corner.
Edd saw the door numbered 226 and opened it. When he did he saw Emma sitting in the bed. Her hair was braided to the side and her violet eyes seem a little dullerr than usual.
"Emma," Edd said as he began to tear up again.
"Greetings Eddward," she said looking over at him smiling.
