It has been a month since Emma was attacked by Dylan. I have to help her with things while her wounds have time to heal.

"Eddward!" I hear my name being called from the living-room.

I walk into the living-room to see Emma standing by the front door. She moves out of the way to show Kevin, Nat and Wyatt.

"Oh, greetings guys," I say, smiling.

"Yo, Dork! Go get ready," Kevin says smiling at me.

"Ready? For what?" I ask looking at the tall ginger standing in front of me.

"A date dork," he says smiling at me.

"But Emma-" I try protesting.

"No but's Eddward, I'll be fine," she says, giving me a reassuring smile, "plus Wyatt and Nat will watch me."

I look over at the two teen boys smiling at me. I sigh and look at Emma. She gives me a tired smile and nods her head.

'Tell him everything,' she mouths to me, gesturing to the ginger beside me.

I stare at her, scared out of my mind, but reluctantly nods my head anyways. I head upstairs with Emma close behind me.

"You'll be fine Eddward," Emma says sitting on my bed.

I look over at her like she was crazy before looking in my closet. I start to get irritated before someone placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Go take a shower," I hear Emma say; "I'll find your clothes."

I sigh and nod before heading for my bathroom. I open the door and look in the mirror. I place my hand on my beanie before pulling it off. My black-blonde hair fell softly on my shoulders. God! Why must my hair be like this?

"Eddward, you better hurry up," I hear Emma say outside the door.

I sigh once again and turn the water on to warm it up. I start to take off my clothes before stepping into the warm shower. I could feel the warm water hit my back softly.

"I'm so scared," I whisper to myself.

I wash my odd hair and then my body before turning off the water. I move the shower curtains and step out of the shower. I grab a bright blue towel and wrapped it around my body. I brush my teeth and grab another towel to dry my head.

"Eddward, your clothes are waiting for you in your room," Emma says softly through the door, "I'll be downstairs waiting with the boys."

"Alright," I say smiling, knowing she can't see it, "Thank you, Emma."

"You're welcome Double D," she says with a soft giggle.

I could hear her light footsteps head towards the door, as they made their way down the stairs. I open the door with my towel tight around my waist heading to my room. Opening my door, I look towards my bed to see clothes sitting on it.

"She always knows what to pick," I say smiling, taking my towel off after grabbing my blue boxers.

I slip on my undergarments and grab the red V-neck shirt Emma laid out. I pull it over my head and down my shoulders to my torso. I pick up my gray skinny jeans and slip them over my slim legs. I look over at my mirror to see an Edd that I haven't seen in a long time. It was the Eddward that Emma knew. The Eddward with both the book smarts and, street smarts.

"NO BEANIE!" I could hear Emma yell from downstairs making me jump in surprise.

Damn! I was about to grab one of my beanies. I sigh –for what feels like the millionth time—and walk over to my dresser to pick up my hair brush. I run the brush through my black-blonde hair, smoothing it out. My bangs fell slightly to the side of my face while the rest spiked out a little.

"Wow! I forgot it did this," I say smiling at my reflection.

I grab my black hoodie, slipping it on before grabbing my phone and keys. I open my door and step into the hallway before closing the door to head downstairs. Emma was sitting next to Nat as Wyatt checked her bandages. Kevin came out from the kitchen and stood in front of the doorway to the kitchen, staring at me.

"What?" I asked blushing.

"Damn Dork, you look hot," he says smirking, looking me up and down.

"Thanks," I say blushing more and looking away.

"God! I'm happy I picked those," Emma says grinning slyly at me, "You look really good, Eddward."

"Mhmm, Edd, I want a piece of that ass," Nat says, drooling over my appearance.

We all just stood here in an uncomfortable silence before Emma finally cleared her throat. We looked over at her smiling face in question.

"Well, have fun boys," she says smiling in my direction.

Kevin nods and opened the door for me, motioning for me to follow. I smile up at him before heading out to only see his bike. Oh god!
