Author's Note: Hello! It's been a really long time since I've posted any updates or stories on here. I lost interest with GH after Sabrina died and got into Days more, so I don't really follow the show anymore. However, recently I've been Sakey inspired and keep coming up with different scenarios for them. I'm in the beginning stages of a new fic for them and will try to keep updating these oneshots and the other Sakey stories that I have posted. I will be scrapping the latest one that I had posted as I'm not satisfied with that outline. Now that all of my talking is out of the way, please enjoy my newest Sakey oneshot! And please look forward to what I have in store! Thank you all so much!

"Michael! I am so sorry that I am late! Who knew my first day back at work would be so insane."

Sabrina rushed over to Michael and gave him a hurried hug and kiss on the lips. It had been her first day back working at GH and it seemed like all hell broke loose. She unfortunately had to break the news to Michael about his grandmother's attack at the hospital. Somehow she managed to save Monica's life and get her the help she needed. Sabrina was surprised Michael still wanted to meet for a date but he insisted on seeing her after she was clocked out. They agreed on meeting in one of the conference rooms at GH.

"You're okay. I know today was a lot for you."

"And you too. I did check up on Monica before I headed over to you. She's just resting right now. But other than that her vitals are good."

"I'm glad and so thankful that you were there to help her."

"So am I, but on to happier things. I know this probably wasn't what you expected for our date." Michael smiled at her and pulled her over to sit down at one of the chairs.

"This is more than perfect. I've come to realize we don't need anything fancy."

"You said you had something important you wanted to talk to me about. Is everything okay?"

"Yes. I didn't mean to make you worry. It's nothing too crazy or anything like that."

This wasn't going to be like his first proposal to Sabrina. The rushed one he did after when he told his parents they were expecting a baby. Of course, at the time he didn't know the baby wasn't his, but he welcomed Teddy into his life. Michael couldn't wait for him and Sabrina to actually be a family, on paper and in actual reality. He had no idea how he wanted to propose. Today definitely was not going as he planned. What he really had planned was a romantic dinner for two in their new home that he wanted to surprise her with. This wasn't how he wanted to do this, but at this point he didn't even care. Michael just hoped Sabrina would say yes and that they could start their future together.

"Michael–" he looked up at Sabrina and realized that she had been trying to get this attention. "Where'd you go just now?"

"I'm sorry. I got too wrapped up in my thoughts," he grabbed Sabrina's hand. "Sabrina, you have made me such a lucky man. I never thought that I could fall in love with another woman again but you came into my life and changed that for me. And I know that it hasn't been easy for us, but we got past that and now we're looking towards our future." Michael changed his position from sitting on the chair to the floor on one knee in front of Sabrina. He pulled a ring box from his pocket and opened the box, "Sabrina, I want to spend the rest of our lives together. I want to become a real family with you and with Teddy if you'll let me. I love you so much and I love Teddy so much. Will you marry me?"

Sabrina cupped her hand over her mouth and tried to stop herself from hysterically sobbing. The most she could do was nod her head and drop to the floor with Michael. She launched herself into his arms before he could do anything next.

"I take it that's a yes," Michael laughed before kissing her on the side of her head, "honey let me put the ring on." He pulled Sabrina away from him so that he could slip the ring on her finger. Both of their hands were shaking as he put a stunning oval cut ring on her finger.

"Oh my god. It's stunning!" Sabrina admired the ring before giving Michael another kiss. "I love you so much. And I cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives together. And to become a family with Teddy. You make us so happy."

Michael smiled, "Let's get out of here and have a true celebration." He stood both of them up and grabbed her hand and kissed it.

"I would love to, but first we have to make a quick stop to the nurse's station."

"Felix?" Michael asked. Sabrina laughed before nodding her head, "of course! He's going to die when I tell him."

"He already knows. Who do you think cleared this place out so I can propose to you. However, I didn't show him the ring. I wanted to leave that up to you."

Sabrina pulled him out of the door, "Well then I'm sure he's already finished planning my wedding then. But let's go see him anyways."

Michael and Sabrina walked hand and hand together, so excited to share the future together.
