Titans Together Part 3

(Outside the Church of Blood. March 9th, 22:29)

Batman, Nightwing, Robin, Starfire and Cyborg walked up to the door while Canary and the Arrows climbed up the building to get an aerial strike. Cyborg then saw the door and noticed a device near it before walking over, rubbing his chin as he inspected it.

"Hmm…a binary encoded lock. One of Gizmo's toys." Cyborg said as he pressed a button on his wrist as he got out a wire and attached it to the device as he began to type away. "Lets see…and…got it."

"Impressive." Batman said with a nod as Nightwing gave him a smirk and a nod.

"My folks were scientists…I guess I just got a natural knack for computers." Cyborg said with a chuckle as he walked in. "Come on, we gotta stop Blood before he does anything."

"Bats, we're in position." Captain Marvel said to Batman via com-link as Batman nods.

"Good. Wait until further orders." Batman said as he quickly adds "And be sure to stay under control, Billy. You are still a rookie."

"got it, Bats." Marvel said with a sigh. "Captain Marvel out." Batman walked in at this as Starfire looked around, her eyes glowing slightly in the dark.

"Hmm…I do not see anything out of the ordinary. Of course, my eyes aren't as powerful as Superman's." Starfire said, as a white covering then covered Batman's eyes as he looked around.

"Hmm…found them." Batman said as he pointed ahead while Robin smirked.

"That Detective Vision sure comes in handy, huh?" Robin asked with a smirk while Batman turned it off.

"Not usually. Gives me a headache if I over-use it." Batman said calmly as he heard something and motions upward to Nightwing and Robin, who nod as they used their grappling hooks to get up higher while Cyborg and Starfire hid behind pillars.

Mammoth was walking down the hall at this time, mumbling something under is breath until he stopped and sniffed the air. "Huh?" he asked when suddenly an enlarged fist slammed into his face, sending him down with a groan while Cyborg's hand retracted back to the usual size.

"Gotcha, Baran." Cyborg said as he grabbed the larger man by the front of his shirt as he glared at him with a glowing optic. "Now talk, Mammoth. Where are you keeping Raven?"

"Peh, like I'd tell you?" Mammoth asked with a smirk while Batman came down, glaring darkly at him.

"No…but will you tell us?" Batman asked as Robin, Nightwing and Starfire walked up, all glaring as well while Mammoth gulped a bit, looking nervous.

"I-I ain't talking." Mammoth said as Batman just sighed. Cyborg looked at Nightwing and Starfire, who just shrugged at this.

"Diana? Think you could come in? I need help interrogating an agent of the Church of Blood." Batman said as Diana flew in by opening one of the windows via her super strength.

"No problem." Diana said as she got her lasso out and put it around his arm and tightened it, making it glow yellow while Mammoth's eyes went wide. "Now…where are you keeping Raven?"

"She's…in the alter. We plan on summoning her father, the all powerful Trigon, using her body as a portal. Only Four of the Fearsome Five know, Jinx doesn't." Mammoth said as Batman and Diana did a double take to the Titans present.

"Raven's father is Trigon the Conqueror!?" Diana asked in shock while Nightwing sighed.

"She has been against Trigon since day one. She will never willingly let Trigon come to our world, she'd die first." Nightwing explained as Batman nods.

"I believe you, Nightwing. I really do, but we have to stop them before they get him here." Batman said as he glares at Mammoth. "Now…why is Jinx against this and where is the Alter?" The lasso glowed while Mammoth cringed.

"Ugh…dow-downstairs, first staircase to the left. It's the door with the four eyes on it. And Jinx is also a daughter of Trigon…she didn't know what the causalities would be." Mammoth said as Wonder Woman removes the lasso as Batman got a few capsules out and threw it down, releasing a large amount of white adhesive.

"Thank you." Batman said as he lead the group ahead while he activates his comlink. "Superman, Aquaman, Arrow, Flash. I just got word from Mammoth. They are planning to use Raven as a portal to release her demonic father, Trigon. They are in an alter downstairs."

"Understood/Got it/See you there/We're on our way." The four heroes said as Batman nods as he lead the group towards the door. Starfire saw two men guarding the door as Batman's eyes narrowed.

"We can take them." Diana said as Starfire put a hand up, a smirk on her face.

"I got this." Starfire said as she whispers "I learned this from one of the heroes we fight alongside."

The two men continued to guard it as they heard a flirty voice say "Oh boys…" as they saw a purple boot come into view, while Robin was trying not to snicker as he saw this. The two boys looked interested as Starfire did a 'come here' motion as the two quickly ran over…and then got sucker-punched in the face by Starfire before she slammed the two into a wall.

"…Impressive." Batman said, surprised to say the least while Nightwing just smirked.

"Agreed. Is that the other reason you wear the uniform you wear?" Wonder Woman asked as Starfire nods.

"Men are the same on all planets: They see an attractive female, they leave themselves exposed to an attack. So my people's warrior clothing has two advantages: I can absorb the ultraviolet rays needed for my powers and I can mess with my enemies' minds. I am of a warrior race like you, Wonder Woman, you should know how psychological warfare works." Starfire said with a smirk as Robin heard that.

"Wait…you're an alien Amazon?" Tim asked while Starfire nods, as Robin looked between Batman and Wonder Woman before snickering as he walked ahead.

"…What was that about?" Nightwing asked while Batman just rolled his eyes as they walked ahead. Diana just sighed as Nightwing then says "Ooh…"

"What?" Cyborg as while Nightwing just shrugs.

"come on, lets just go get Raven." Nightwing said as the group began to sneak down the stairs as they heard a strange music fill the air, making frowns clear on their faces. Batman sneaked ahead as he saw Raven tied to a large circular pad that had a star on it.

"You know how to show a girl a good time, Sebastian." Raven said in a flat tone. "When can I leave?"

"After you bring us back Trigon, of course." Blood said as Jinx walked in at this.

"Wait, what?" Jinx asked in shock. "Why would Rachel bring back our father, unless…" She narrowed her eyes and asks "You're gonna kill her, aren't you?"

"If it's the only way to get to the portal gem inside of her, then yes." Brother blood said as he got out a ceremonial knife. "My children, we will be in the presence of our lord and master, Trigon. Now…to get the Jewel of the Conqueror out of his child." He got ready to stab when…

"Back off, Blood!" Said Nightwing as Cyborg fired a sonic burst of sound at him, sending him flying back as Bane watched from above.

"Should have seen that coming." Bane said with a sigh as he jumped down as Batman pressed a button on his ear.

"Now." Batman said as the ground began to shake, as Raven got ready as the ground under her suddenly opened as she fell through, as beast Boy caught her.

"Gotcha." Beast Boy said as he helped her up. "You okay, Rachel?" Terra removed her goggles, concern clear on her face.

"Yeah…thanks Garfield, Tara." Raven said to the two as they smiled back as they went up with Aquaman and Garth.

"What?" Brother Blood asked as a sonic scream is heard as Canary walked in with Green and Red Arrow as they pointed their weapons at them.

"Crud! Lets scram!" Gizmo said as the remaining Fearsome Five tried to run, but a blast of red energy hit his jetpack as Superman, Captain Marvel and Wonder Girl flew in.

Billy got ready to activate his duplication device when a dual punch from two blurs happened as the Flashes arrived, glaring at the duplicator.

Jinx growled as she sent out energy bolts, but Captain Marvel flew in front of it as he sent out a bolt of magical lightning to negate it. "…OK, that was awesome!" Captain Marvel with a smirk as he glared at Jinx who ran up to him and kicked him. "…" He glared as he smacked her aside, sending her through a few of the thugs and into Bane as she groaned and hit the ground.

Shimmer looked around with the rest of the Cultists as Starfire glared and aimed an energy sphere at them. "If you wish to remain standing, you will surrender."

Brother Blood groaned as Raven glared at him as she flew over. "You will surrender, Blood…"

"…we will meet again, but for now…" Blood suddenly got out a seed-like object and jabbed it into her stomach as it fused into her skin, making her yell out as she glared darkly at him.

"Rae!" Nightwing said as Bane suddenly jumped down and grabbed him.

"Nightwing!" Batman said Bane picked him up and threw him into Batman, making the two yell out as they were sent back.

"Batman!/Nightwing!" The two teams yelled out while Starfire growled, looking angry now as her hair began to move a bit, her eyes glowing bright green.

"Time to break you again, Wayne…and same goes for your heir." Bane said as he wlaked over and got his foot and got ready to stomp when…

"Stay away from them!" He turned as he saw Starfire fly over and yell out as she sent out a powerful punch at him, sending him flying back as she flew over and gripped his neck before throwing him into the ground.

Batman groaned as he got up, as he saw Bane climb up before Captain Marvel quickly flew over. "Now looks who's tough, Bane!" He said as he slammed his fist into his face, sending him back into a wall.

"Ugh…I'll admit, I should have expected this…time to give me an edge…" He said as he pressed a button on his venom device, as it began to inject a green-tinted liquid through the red tubes.

The groups looked in shock and awe as they saw Bane grow a whole foot taller as his muscles began to grow out. He roared as he glared down at them.

"Ugh…we must make our leave now." Brother Blood said as his cultists got out smoke screens out as they vanished. Raven frowned as Titans and Leagers alike glared at Bane.

"Let us see if you can stand a chance against me." Bane said with a growl.

"Starfire, take Nightwing and the Titans and go." Batman said to the Titans. "Trust me on this, Bane isn't someone to take lightly."

The group looked at each other as Nightwing got up with a groan, but glared at Bane as Cyborg looked up.

"Sorry Bats, we ain't leaving." Cyborg said as he glared at Bane. "This punk hurt my friends. I ain't gonna let him go off easy." The others nod as they powered up.

"Trust me kid, this guy ain't easy even without the Venom. With it…he's a lot stronger and faster." Barry said as he glared at Bane, who just chuckled.

"Indeed. It'll take me minutes to defeat you…even at this state, I can go toe to toe with Superman…mentally and physically." Bane said as Superman flew over at this as he quickly caught the fist. "And unlike him…I do not hold BACK!" He then threw him towards Captain Marvel, who yelled out as the two hit a wall.

Troia got out a sword and slashed at him, as he grunted as it made contact with his chest but it quickly began to heal as he grabbed her by the head and threw her at a wall. "Azarath Metrion Zenthos!" Suddenly a blast of energy hit Bane, causing him to yell as he glared at Raven.

"Guess Blood will need a different target…" Bane said ash e walked over, but was stopped from a dual kick from Nightwing and Robin as two arrows were fired at him from the arrows, making him move back a bit.

"Back off, brute!" Aquaman said as he and Garth ran forward and send powerful punches at him. The two Atlantians sent him back a bit, as he growled.

Superman and Marvel got back up and flew over and sent punches at him before sending him up, as Wonder Woman and Toria flew over and punched him hard, sending him into a punch a combined attack from Black Canary's cry and Terra's stones.

Bane growled as he got up, glaring upward as Batman saw Beast Boy. "Can you cut the cable giving him his power?"

"I think so, but he'll need to be distracted." Beast Boy said as Bane got up.

"ENOUGH OF THIS!" He said as he slammed the ground hard with his fists, creating a shockwave that sent the heroes back a bit as he glared. "Alright…who is next?"

"How about me, freak show?" Cyborg asked as he got up, cringing as he noticed his leg was slightly damaged.

"What are you going to do, boy?" He asked as he walked over, as Batman nods to Beast Boy, who turned into a green bat before flying up.

Bane chuckled as he walked up, cracking his knuckles as he says "Bring it on, boy." He said as he threw a fist down, as Cyborg blocked it with a grunt as he fired his sonic cannon into his chest, sending Bane back.

"Star, Toria, Wonder Woman, NOW!" cyborg said as the three girls nod before giving Bane a three-way punch back at Cyborg, who yelled out as he sent a fist into Bane's lower jaw.

"Beast Boy, now!" Batman said as the green changeling flew down as it suddenly turned into a wolf mid-flight and bit down on the wire on Bane's back, making sparks fly.

"Huh?" Bane asked as he tried to get the wolf off, but BB jumped off before he could be grabbed as Bane saw that his vein was leaking. "What have you done?" Bane asked with a growl, his body beginning to shrink down back to it's normal size.

"Made this a lot easier." Said Flash as he ran forward with Kid Flash as the two gave him a barrage of punches, making him yell out as he swatted them aside before Diana came up with a yell, punching him in the face before grabbing the vial on his arm and ripped it, making the liquid come out as Bane's body began to retract back to his normal size.

"You have lost Bane…" Said Batman as he, Nightwing and Robin ran forward as they jumped and gave him a three-way attack: Batman with his fist, Nightwing with his Eskima Stick and Robin with his bo-staff.

Bane groaned as he fell back before he got up, as he glared. "Hmm…you are lucky to have this group of friends, Wayne…but I am needed elsewhere." He got up as he glared.

"I'm taking you in, Bane." Batman said with a glare as Bane just chuckled darkly as he glared at him from under his mask.

"Pena Dura couldn't contain me, Wayne…what makes you think a common prison could?" Bane asked as a hissing is heard, making Bane smirk. "And I believe that is my ride…"

"What do you mean?" asked Wonder Woman as a explosion came from the celing, as some spheres came down and released a smoke screen.

"Hey!" Nightwing said as everyone coughed from the smoke. Superman took a breath and blew outward with Captain Marvel, getting rid of the smoke as they saw Bane was gone.

"Where did-" Terra began as she looked up and gasped when she saw that there was a helicopter helping Bane up as a Hispanic woman with short, choppy blonde hair, tanned skin and a leathery, snake-themed costume helped him up.

"Adios Batman and friends…we shall meet again. But next time, Wayne…when we fight, it'll be one-on-one. No little friends to help you." Bane said with a glare. "And you can count on it."

Batman's eyes narrowed at this, as Nightwing looks at his father figure. "Listen Bruce…uh…I think you'll need help, and not just from the League."

"…I can tell. From the past few months, I have seen what this team can do, and I have looked up what your team can do. So how about an alliance between the Titans and League?"

"Hmm…what do you guys think? Nightwing asked his team as they all gave nods of approval. "I think that settles that…but how about we make it more official?"

"What do you have in mind?" Batman asked as Nightwing smirked.

(The next day…)

(Hall of Justice, Washington DC. March 10th, 10:23)

Reporters from all over the world were taking pictures of Superman and the other Leaguers were sitting behind him. "Today, I have an announcements: Given the events of an attack in Gotham involving a cult known as the 'Church of Blood', the Justice League has officially made an alliance with another hero group."

"This will allow Checkmate, the Government agency who looks over us, will be watching over them as well." Batman continued as Wonder Woman smiled as she came up next.

"So give us a warm welcome to…the Titans." Wonder Woman said as Nightwing, Red Arrow, Tempest, Toria, Kid Flash, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy, Cyborg and Terra walked up, all smiling as they waved.

"And to make this alliance official…me and the Original Five of the Titans and the Original Seven of the League both agreed an agent from our team will be in the League as a sort of…ambassador." Said Nightwing.

The crowd murmured while the other heroes outside of the 12 in question looked confused as Superman walked up. "And this is what I have to ask…Cyborg, do you want to be in the Justice League?"

"Wait what!?" asked Cyborg, sounding shocked at this. "Wait…you guys chose…me? Why?"

"Think about it, Cy: You're powers are really diverse, you're really smart, you can prove a lot for the League. Plus you have a communicator connected to your arm, so you can call us up when the League needs back up." Roy said with a smirk.

"Indeed." Aquaman said with a nod. "So what do you say, Cyborg?"

"…I'm really honored, so yeah. I can do it." Cyborg said as he walked up and shook hands with Superman as some pictures were taken.

"Heh, I'd like to see those guys try and beat us now." Billy said to Etrigan, who just grunts at this.

"Do not underestimate our foes, Warrior of Shazam." Etrigan said calmly. "You said that this Brother Blood wishes to bring back Trigon…so we must be sure that the mystic, Raven, doesn't have anything inside of her…" Billy nods as he gave a worried glance towards Raven, who sat stoically.

Raven looked at Cyborg as she gave her friend a small smile, rubbing a slight scar that was on her stomach.

(Unknown area. March 10th, 10:30)

Brother Blood sat in an alter of some kind as he drew on a wall a strange symbol, that looked a lot like a demonic-looking snake in the shape of an 'S' between four lines like eyes.

"Magister, volumus, et loquar tecum. Surge, triumphatori dimensiones." Brother Blood spoke as a fiery form appeared, glaring darkly at him with four yellow, glowing eyes and an after-image of antlers.

"Quid vis, Sebastian?" The creature spoke, using Latin to speak down to the human in question.

"Gemma non posset, sed intus semine puellae." Blood told him, the creature gaining a dark grin as it chuckled.

"Mox incipiet triumphus meus, in vigilia diei nativitatis." The demon said with a dark laugh as the warriors stood up and began to chant "Ave Trigoni" as Brother Blood smirked darkly, his eyes glowing in the darkness.

End of the Arc

Well, that is the end of this arc. And seems like some things may go down in the future. I hope you enjoyed this arc.
