Chaos Reins Part 2

(Washington DC. Sivana Industries Warehouse #123. April 11th, 9:15)

Several people wearing simple white uniforms were getting to work on storing some technology, all wearing a sort of stylized 'S' on the right pocket on the suit's front, as many of them were heading into different places as a beam of light came through the wall, as a man walked in. He wore a simple red and black jumpsuit with a stylized helmet with a robotic eye in the middle of it, and a small mustache, smirking a tad. The robotic eye, which was red-brown in color, starting to glow a bit as he glared down below with a 'V' shape to make an angry look.

"Sorry to intrude on all of you, my good people…but I do believe you have some things that we would like to have." The man walked up, his body glowing with a faint aura. His armor gave off a dark gray look to it with a stylized sun insignia on his chest, a odd-looking pistol on his person.

"And why would we let you take anything?" A growling man said as they turned to see a tall man wearing a white tank top and a pair of camo-pants, with the name tag that read 'T. Karnes' on his name tag, glaring as he got a near by pipe and swung it, but it was caught by someone's fast hands.

"Sorry, but you're in our way. And while my girl is back in Central with her brother, I may as well have some team work with other villains." A dark haired man said, glaring at him under an odd-looking helmet with a stylized top-like insignia on his chest and yellow and green stripes all over him. He got out a top and began to speed it up, smirking a bit as he tossed it at them.

"Then Goldy will have to be disappointed." said a voice as a familiar arrow flew and hits the side of Ojo's head, making him yell out as his helmet suddenly fired out.

Luminous glared as he got his light gun out and fired, but a green energy mirror flew out and reflected it as a red streak came and knocked the top out of Top's hand, making him grunt. The three villains turned to see Green Arrow, Green Lantern and the Flash, all smirking.

"So we got the guy who spins, a cyclops and a guy with a glorified toy gun. This should be fun." Green Arrow said as he says, "So, who wants who?"

"I got Ojo." Green Lantern said as he flew off, Ojo glaring as he fired his robotic eye at him, shooting out yellowish energy as GL just chuckled. "Aw, how cute; yellow energy blasts."

Flash sped forward an went to Top as Arrow rolled his eyes and says, "And I get the wanna-be Lantern." He fired at Luminous, who blasted the arrow as he smirked and disappeared, making the archer scowl.

Ojo growled as he ran forward, as Hal landed as he got into a stance as well as Ojo sent a kick his way while Lantern put a hand up to catch it. "Surprised you're this good at fighting, Ojo."

"You'd be surprised what I learned in that chain-gang you put me in, Lantern." Ojo said as he growled, as Hal ducked around before his ring shined and went around to punch Ojo in the head, making him yell out before growling in anger before his energy eye shined a bit.

"Oh, you look cranky. Of course, without eyebrows, you always look angry with the one red eye." Hal joked as Ojo growled in anger as he noticed Top was having impact battles with Flash, the two of them speeding into each other; Flash as a red blur and Top as a green tornado of sorts.

"Man Top, you're sloppy. You like this with Goldy?" Flash joked as Top growled in anger as he spun faster. "Oh, did I strike a nerve?" He taunted as the two continued to clash at super speed.

Luminus blasted at Arrow, who dodged as he got his bow at the ready before noticing the tornado that Top was making as he smirked and fired an arrow near his feet, making him yell out at a new flash as Green Arrow ran forward and punched him, making him go down. "Heh...guess you got a glass jaw like any other light-themed thug."

"Hey, I can hear you you know!" said Hal, putting up a shield to keep Ojo from hitting him as Green Arrow grabbed Luminous and tossed him over at Ojo, making the two grunt as Hal gave a nod.

"Think you can give these two to their spiny friend?" asked Green Arrow as Green Lantern smirked at his as he grabbed the two in a giant hand as he tossed them.

"Heads up, Flash-head!" Hal said as Flash noticed them and ran off, as Top grunts as the two hit him, causing the three to hit he ground while Flash tied them up with a near by fire hose that was in a wall.

"I could have taken him, GL. I've dealt with Top before." Flash said as Hal rolled his eyes under his mask as he cut the hose and helped hoist the three geniuses up.

"Oh yeah, bouncing off of each other like demented pin balls was doing so well..." Hal mutters as Green Arrow just scowled at Hal's tone there.

"Come on, Lantern. We've all had to deal with these three so-called brainiacs for years now." Green Arrow said as Flash noticed the time and cringed a bit.

"Ah crap...I uh...gotta go somewhere! Needed in Central City. Meet me there if you guys want to maybe get a coffee or something." Flash said as he sped off, leaving as the two green-clad heroes went outside as they saw a familiar glasses-wearing man.

"Oh god, not him again..." Green Arrow groaned, recognizing him instantly. "That's the Godfrey guy that bugged me after a drug bust in Gotham..."

"Hello there, G. Gordon Godfrey. I have a question for you two; where is the Flash going at this time? Why is he in such a hurry? Where is the rest of your cohorts? Are they off doing their vigilante acts elsewhere to poison the mind of our youths?" Godfrey said in rapid fire, while Arrow and Lantern exchanged unimpressed looks.

"One, that was not a single question. Two, he's got personal stuff. Three, none of your business. Four, busy saving lives all over so that answers five...and to follow up, what the heck kind of person asks that about kids? We're not trying to get kids to do anything dangerous." Said Hal.

"Says the man who's with an archer who gets young teens to help him fight crime on the dangerous streets of Star City." Godfrey said as Arrow just scowled as he glared at him.

"Some of us get into this life earlier than others...the Speedys? They're kids who had a dark die thrown their way. I was just making sure they didn't become like the thugs in the streets." Arrow said, his voice gruffer as he went on and gave away the three to the police as Hal powered a sphere and sped off away.

"And there you have it. Confirmation that most of the so-called 'Sidekicks' are just youths that are being manipulated in some way. Now I know I could be taking his words out of context, but what else can that mean people of America? You tell me!" Godfrey said to the camera, scowling at this whole thing.

(Central City, Missouri. Star Labs, April 11th, 12:03)

The same news broadcast was being aired as Cisco, now a little older with his hair now cut with a slight tuft, only rolled his eyes under a pair of sunglasses as he wore a yellow and black t-shirt with a werewolf's head that read 'Fables' in a stylized way as he scoffed.

"Ah blow it out your pipe end, Godfrey." Cisco said as he got a pad-like device as he mutters some stuff in Spanish as he walked up to Harrison Wells, who was grunting as he was testing some sort of harness before he got out and sat down in a wheel chair.

"Ugh...better tell Dr. Stone that his new harness was still hard to work with. Of course, my injuries are from that damned accelerator..." He muttered before he saw Cisco, who was waiting out of the room.

"You okay, Doc? I know you've been more preoccupied since Crystal moved to the STAR in Washington...well, okay you had to move her cause she was bein' weird with Dr. Stein, but still." Cisco said as Harrison moved on as he chuckles a bit.

"Do not worry, Miss Frost is in god hands in Seattle. But Stein's new experiment shall be an interesting show for the kids." Harrison said as he rolled into a large room where there was a group of high school students looking at a man who waved in a hazmat suit.

"Hey kids, sorry we're late. Had to catch my notes for this little trip." Cisco said, smirking a bit as he removed his sunglasses, revealing his dark brown eyes which now had a faint white line in the pupil area instead of the usual black one would expect.

"Do not mind Mr. Ramon's eyes. It is a usual precaution here that lead to some...effects." Harrison said as he saw a young man raise his hand. "Yes, young man?"

"Yeah, hi. My name is Ronnie...I gotta ask, what are you working on?" asked Ronnie in confusion as an African-American teen looked in curiously.

"yeah, it looks like a giant red orb of some kind." The young man said as Harrison chuckled as he looks at it.

"It is called the FIRESTORM Core, it is part of this unknown energy that looks a lot like fire, but it is really an unknown form of nuclear-like energy." Harrison explained, as Ronnie looked curiously at the scene before noticing the walls are shaking.

"The hell?" asked Ronnie before seeing a flicker of light form as Major Disaster arrived, smirking darkly as he grabbed Ronnie and throwing him through the window, making the students yell in shock as Martin Stein, still in his suit, grabbed the boy to try and get him out oft here but was shocked to see the window resealed itself.

"What...how are you alive, Booker?" Harrison asked in shock as he suddenly noticed his wheelchair's wheels suddenly fell off, making him grunt as he hit the ground, making Booker chuckle before he waved his hand, making Cisco yell out as he was sent flying away.

"My power comes from Chaos itself...there is nothing that can contain me forever. Though...I think your scientists would be glad to be rid of their pathetic lives..." said Booker as he glared down at Harrison as he says, "After all, you did a gamble with something like this before...why not go for two?" He snapped his fingers as the orb suddenly grew, making Stein and the injured Robbie to look shocked as they yelled out, being vaporized as Booker smirked, grabbing Harrison by the neck. "You're coming with me, Wells..."

Cisco groaned as he looked shocked as he saw Harrison and Booker suddenly vanish, as he pressed a button on his cell phone.

(Central City Penitentiary. April 11th, 12:15)

In the prison, a well-lit place that held some of the more lesser offenders or non-super powered criminals in the city, Barry was currently out of uniform and in front of an older man, who was smiling at him. "Hey son." said the man, his graying blonde hair and mustache as Barry smiled.

"Hey dad...guess things have been pretty hectic recently..."Barry apologized as his father, Henry, only chuckled in response.

"Eh, I know you lead a very busy life, son. I am just hoping you're living it out to the fullest." His father reassured as Barry nods as he leaned in closer.

"I am still working on your cold case...I have a friend of mine looking over the evidence to see if there was something I missed. There is still a chance to prove you didn't kill Mom." Barry said as Henry shook his head in amusement.

"Look Bar, I know that you and I know the truth, but it'd have to be one hell of a detective to prove that." Henry said as he rubbed his neck at this time. "Ugh, this place is really getting to me. I've gotten two different sprains in my neck and right side of my shoulder."

"Yeah...I can see that." Barry said with a sigh as he got up as he says, "My 10 minutes are up. Don't lose hope, Dad. You've taught me that."

"Heh, then I taught you too well." Henry said as he got up. "Love you, son. Take care." Barry nods, sighing at this as he went off as Henry went to return to his cell. Barry sighed as he went outside, as someone was standing out there.

"About time you showed up." the voice said as Barry turned to see Hal, who was in his casual attire now as he handed him some coffee. "Got that 'Flash' thing from Jitters. Gotta say, that was nuts."

"You mean Ojo teaming up with Luminus and Top? Yeah...I agree there." Barry said with a nod as he asks, "Where's Oliver?"

"He's up top, said that he had to call in a favor." Hal said with a shrug before he noticed someone near by as he heard grunting from an alleyway. The two looked at each other as Barry quickly drank his coffee and sped off, Hal rolling his eyes as he followed after him.

Barry, now in Flash gear thanks to changing quickly, came and saw Green Arrow fighting against Snart, who was wearing a dark blue parka with white and blue arctic-styled boots and an ice pick in hand, using it as a weapon against the Emerald Archer.

Flash sped forward and put his arms between them. "Whoa, whoa! Calm down!" He said, as he glared at Snart. "Cold, what are you doing?"

"Well, I was looking for you when this homicidal Robin hood wanted to shish kabob my head...you know, there are days where I miss that red-haired brat of a sidekick of yours. How come you're not like these this guy and The Dark Knight and just get a new one?" asked Snart, as Flash rolled his eyes.

"It doesn't work like that, Snart. We don't just pick up some random kid, they have to fit some criteria. Anyway, what is it?" asked Flash as Snart frowned.

"Paul Booker, you know him?" asked Captain Cold, making both of them go wide eyed."I Thought that would get your attention...it seems that he's back from the dead."

"Wait, Booker's alive? Last I checked, he was splattered all over Ferris Air Crafts a few years back. There's no way he's alive." Hal said, arriving in uniform as he glared at Snart.

"Like you guys are ones to talk, given that one of your members can resurrect himself up to 9 times." Cold pointed out with a flat tone. "Anyway, he said he wanted payback. Just came to let you know."

"...How were you gonna get my attention?" Flash asked in confusion as Snart just laughed at this as he motions to the ATM near by, making Flash give an awkward 'Ooh...' as Lantern only face palmed.

"You always come when I rob something, so I just assumed you'd come now...but I'd be careful...he's likely gonna get some people." Snart said as he left as Flash nods as he heard his com-link beep.

"Flash here, what is it?" asked Flash...as his eyes widen in shock. "What!?" Both Green Arrow and Lantern frowned at this, not liking the sound of this at all.

"What is it?" asked Arrow, concerned as Snart frowned, pausing a bit as Barry sighed.

"Carol Ferris and Harrison Wells have been kidnapped by Booker..." said Flash, as Hal's ring flashed a bit as his aura began to glow like green fire, making Green Arrow to scoot away to get away from the angry pilot. "Whoa! Easy there, Lantern!"

"He did WHAT?! Okay, that punk is gonna see why the oath says 'beware my power'. Where is he?" Asked Hal, glaring at this as Flash shrugs. "Don't shrug at me, Flash! They're in danger!"

"No idea, Green Jeans...wait...he's a Meta-human, right? A Military one? ...wouldn't that mean he'd have training?" asked Flash, as Green Arrow nods.

"Yeah...and Perdita said that she was being trained..." Arrow said in a hushed tone as he pressed his ear-piece. "Max, you there?"

"Lord here, what's up Arrow?" asked Maxwell Lord, confused as Arrow sighed a bit as he took some time to think.

"Who is in charge of the Meta-human training for the government and was Paul Booker a part of that training?" asked Arrow as Max gave a hum as he was typing on his side.

"Okay...I found the connection. Paul Booker was being trained by the current head of Meta-training and his former commanding officer, General Wade Eiling. Ironically enough, it's not the only time he's been part of some sort of Meta-human thing...before then, he was involved with Project ATOM." Maxwell said as Arrow scowled at this, not liking this.

"Eiling was my commanding officer...he sent my Senior Officer, Nathan Adam, into some sort of super soldier thing that turned him into a living nuke..." said Green Lantern said as he went wide eyed. "He'd want payback for Eiling too!"

"The kids in trouble, we need to head back." said Arrow as he pressed his ear piece again. "Snapper, get here now! Flash, GL and I are in Central City! I repeat, we need to get General Wade Eiling!" Snapper arrived as he nods and went near them and snapped again.

(Meanwhile...)

(Washington DC. CADMUS HQ. Meta-human Training area. April 11th, 13:42)

Perdita hummed a bit as she was having to look around a room, wearing a blindfold as she felt around and picked up a red ball and waved it in the air. "I found it!" She said as she removed her blindfold as a teenage girl gave her a smile.

"Nice one, kid. It took me weeks to get the knack of tracking with my mind, but you're a natural." She said as Perdita smiled at this, rubbing her head in embarrassment.

"Thanks Lilith..." Perdita said as a tall, muscular teen rolled his eyes as he concentrated, making an object suddenly gain weight on a scale as he smirked.

"Ah yeah, man! Muhammad X is in the house!" Said Muhammad with a smirk, doing a fist pump as a tanned girl was concentrating at a plant as it suddenly grew out and smiled with a nod.

"Good...good." said a voice as a older man as a 70 year old soldier wearing a military uniform with a small mustache as he gave a nod. "You are all making good progress, kids." He gave a thumbs up to a teen who was blocking out bullets with dark violet energy bricks he summoned, smirking as he did so.

"I couldn't agree more..." a voice said as Eiling turned to see Paul Booker arriving, with the floating bodies of Carol and Harrison, as Major Disaster smirked. "So these are the kids that are your new guinea pigs, Eiling? I'm impressed given that insanity that you had to deal with a couple years ago with the Titans..."

"Don't move." said a voice as Paul turned to see John Diggle standing behind him, a gun in hand and wearing an interesting costume; he was clad in a dark blue battle armor with a black jacket over it, a golden shield on his right arm and a golden helmet that protects his face, glaring darkly at him.

"The Guardian, yes? Funny...I thought your skin was a tad lighter. You know...more 'Native American'..." Paul joked as Guardian glared at this.

"I was in the area when I noticed something was up here...no offense, but you're not exactly the most subtle of villains, Disaster. Thought you'd be smart enough to STAY dead. But attacking kids? Yeah...not a fan." Guardian said as Major glared as he went to attack Guardian, but he blocked the punch with his shield as he glared at this. He tossed ti, causing it to ricochet around the room before Disaster flicked his wrist as the shield suddenly hit a wall, making Guardian grunt.

"...Agents Mayflower, Aura, X, Omen, Bunker...get out of here. Now! Get to Dubbliex and Manhunter when they get back!" said Eiling as Guardian grunts as he glares at Eiling. The kids nod as Muhammad sent a wall away as the kids ran out before Bunker sealed it up with a purple wall which had some bricks that spelled out 'stay out XOXO Bunker'.

"Where IS the Martian and Genomorph?" Diggle asked Eiling with a sneer as Eiling shrugs at this.

"I asked them to deal with an interrogation while I trained them personally..." Eiling said as he saw Major Disaster about to fly at him...when an arrow hit him in the face as Green Arrow, Flash and GL came in with Snapper, all three glaring.

Carol and Harrison were both still out-cold, as GL says, "Let those two go, Booker!"

"Sorry...but no. And I am wanting you two, but your two annoyances will be nice to have as well with these three..." Major Disaster said as his eyes shined brightly before he slammed own, creating a shock-wave as the group was all suddenly gone.

(CADMUS HQ. Main Lab. 15:32)

The group all groaned as Harrison saw he was at a chair, as was Eiling and Carol as the four heroes were pinned to a wall, all grunting as Harrison asks, "What is this, Eiling? Ferris?"

"I got this..." said Carol as she went wide eyed to see her power ring was gone as Major Disaster smirked as he showed that he had it.

"Sorry, but you won't be using your little love powers to get me, 'boss'." said Major Disaster as he looks at the four pinned heroes as GL glared at this.

"If you hurt her in anyway, I'm introducing you to a black hole!" said Hal as Major Disaster just chuckled at this.

"Ah Hal, as fearless as ever." Disaster said as Hal went wide eyed as he smirks. "Yes, I know who you really are, Jordan...I don't know your friends, but I Know you well enough when realized that the Green Lantern cared a lot about Carol...and who's the only one I know who shows that much love for her? You."

"Great, you got smarter since the last time. Now let them go!" Flash said as Disaster rolled his eyes at this.

"If it wasn't for your mentor, Speedster, we wouldn't be in this mess." Disaster said as he frowned as he says, "But anyway...I am happy to know that there is something that can give this world more chaos! A secret project that the government had under lock and key..."

"What's that?" asked Green Arrow as Major Disaster flicked his wrist as a screen turned on, revealing a large satellite with a large robotic eye on the front it. "...Who's that, HAL's brother?" Flash gave Lantern an amused smirk at that, but Hal Jordan only gave a flat look as if to say, 'do not start with me, Allen...' as Major Disaster turned away to look at the satelite.

"This is Brother EYE, a satellite that Checkmate made to track down super criminals...and if I got those hacked files correctly, they are connected to some super agents known as 'OMACs'...but it also ha a orbital laser. And since I don't need robot fighters coming after me if I activate them, I just need he laser. So thus why I needed Ferris and Eiling as they got security clearance...and Wells is a master of computers. Poetic justice for what they did to me...and you Leaguers are my insurance so that your teammates don't try and stop me."

"A death machine in the sky!? I expected this much from Eiling, but Ferris? Why wuold you agree to this!?" Wells demanded as Ferris scowled at this, not liking this at all.

"I was in charge of putting it in space, I didn't know about this laser thing." Ferris said as Eiling ignored them as he glared at Booker.

"And why would we help you?" asked Eiling as he glared as Disaster smirked as he snapped his fingers as the group went wide eyed as they saw Perdita and the other kids from the training area were out-cold and suspended in the air.

"If not...I atomize these brats..." Major Disaster said with a smirk as the four heroes looked at him with anger while Eiling only frowned, but both Wells an Ferris looked concerned as they saw this. "Heh...Ironic really...I Was such an easy win for you 8 years ago, but now I'm almost unbeatable!" He then laughed evilly as Lantern, Flash and Arrow all frowned as Guardian grunts as he tried to get out of his binds.
