Okay, here's the last part of Chaos Reins. XP I know that not a lot of people review this fic, but for those that do take the time to read this, I do appreciate it. Anyway, enjoy!

Chaos Reins Part 3

( Washington DC. CADMUS HQ, Computer Room. April 11th, 15:35)

"I have warned you about your ambitions, Eiling..." That was the first thing said by Harrison as he was typing away, looking at the youths floating over them as Major Disaster was smirking darkly as he looked at the screen.

"Ah shut it, Wells. You just can't see the big picture." Eiling said as Carol only rolled her eyes as she went to work, looking at the kids in concern as Omen groaned as she shook her head as she went wide eyed at his.

'Everyone, wake up!' Omen said, as Muhammad, Perdita, Mayflower and Bunker all looked up in surprised as Bunker groaned a bit.

'Ah man, we got jump-wait, Lily, why is your voice in my head? Ya know I don't swing that way" Bunker asked, confused as X looked around and glared at Major Disaster.

'Forget about psychic girl in our heads, we need to introduce that punk's face to my fist.' Muhammad said with a glare as Mayflower rolled her eyes as she noticed a near-by potted tree next to Green Arrow and got an idea as she concentrated.

Arrow grunts as Flash says, "Well..this is just great..." as the speedster tried to vibrate out of the wall, but was having trouble moving at this time while Green Lantern was trying to concentrate on his ring.

"Look guys...I don't know how you guys usually get out of these messes, but we need to get back up." said Diggle as he noticed a beep on the monitor. Major Disaster growled as Carol picked it up to keep him calm.

"Uh...Carol Ferris here, what is it?" She asked as she raised an eyebrow, "Zatanna? What is i-A BLACKHOLE!? In Central City?!"

"Wait, what!?" asked Barry in shock as Major Disaster flicked his hand as the news footage came on as an Asian young woman was ducking behind something.

"This is Linda Park of WKEY News and I am here in Central City where it seems that Zatanna, Etrigan and Captain Marvel are attempting to close a portal of some sort." said Linda as the camera showed the mystical trio as she paused and nods. "I am getting reports that the same is being seen in Coast City, but the Titans are covering that." It then showed images of Raven and Tempest in Coast City, as Static flew around to move civilians. She was about to be taken in as she screamed, but Tawny was able to get her out of the range of the black hole as the TV was turned off when they saw this.

"Hmm...interesting...those were where I was..." said Major Disaster, more in curiosity than in horror as he rubbed his chin. "Hmm...maybe I collapsed the area around me when I was teleporting..."

"So what, you don't care that you are endangering lives with this whole idea?!" asked Wells as Disaster flew into his face, glaring at him as he sneered. Wells only glared back as Eiling and Carol didn't like how this was going as they both had frowns on their faces.

"YOU made me this way, old man!" Disaster said in anger, unaware that his lack of focus made the other four heroes fall, but Omen's eyes flashed a bit as she made sure to make them unable to hear them land as they went for cover behind some of the computers.

Hal looked at this as he whispered, "Ring...think you can give us an idea here? Doesn't the Guardians have anything that can deal with thugs with these kinda powers?" The ring suddenly lit up as a faint voice is heard, sounding

"Searching...must find way to get satellite down...or at least take out the laser before it can fire. I would recommend hacking into the computers...or messing up the signal." The Ring said in a whisper, sensing that Hal didn't want the crazy meta-terrorist to hear them.

"I can handle that..." said Green Arrow as he got his quiver off as he began to look through his quiver before he nods. "Okay...this is a bug arrow. This can knock out the signal of any computer...we stick it in the mainframe and he can't use Brother Eye. But I need to find the main computer so I can shut this room down only and not the whole facility..."

"You're right...we do that, we could potentially cause a lot of problems." Flash said with a nod as he looks at Perdita as Omen concentrated at them.

'I think we can help...Perdita, can you track it? You have learned to track objects as well as humans, after all." Omen said as Perdita nods as she concentrates, her eyes glowing a bit as she looked to the side of a near-by wall and nods.

'I found it. It's to your right, Arrow.' Perdita said via mental link as Green Arrow nods as he aims the arrow at that spot as he concentrates. He then fired, making it stick to the wall.

Wells was still typing when he noticed it began to see his computer starting to get corrupted, as did the others as the screen began to play out...as it suddenly turned into a cat video on the screen? Hal and Barry both gave him an odd look as Diggle looked faintly amused.

"Still can't believe you still use THAT as your virus, GA." Guardian said as Disaster growled in anger as he turned and says, "AND he sees us..."

"YOU!" said Major Disaster as he slammed down, making the ground suddenly shake as he glared. "I AM TIRED OF YOU GETTING IN MY WAY, YOU ANNOYANCES!" His eyes were glowing orange at this, showing complete anger now.

"Oh, that can't be good..." Omen said, sensing an odd energy coming off of him as Perdita yelled out in pain as the younger heroes fell.

"Yo Pipsqueak, you okay?" Muhammad asked as he went over to the kid as Bunker and him helped her up.

"His aura...it's...effecting my powers..." said Perdita as Major Disaster raised his hands and slammed down, creating a seismic energy as Omen raised her hands as the three captives were lifted as the four heroes moved.

"Guardian, keep the kids safe. Make sure they're coordinated. We got freak show." Hal said as Diggle nods, getting his shield up as a cloud began to form, unaware as an alarm is sounded.

(CADMUS Main Office. 16:23)

"Ugh...this is a nightmare." Amanda said as she got another pot of coffee set up as she felt the earthquake. "What the hell was that?" Jade ran in at this time as she panted a bit. "Status report, Cheshire." Jade took some breaths at this.

"I just found out...that guy who made the black holes all over the country? He's here in CADMUS. He's got he Meta-kids, Eiling, Carol, and 3 leagues captured..along with that Guardian guy and Professor Wells." Jade explained as she saw Amanda walk from behind her desk at this. "Arrow took out he computers in that room, so we're gonna need to muscle through."

Amanda nods as she presses a button on her intercom. "I want security to where this 'Major Disaster' is, now! I do not want him wrecking my base!" She looks at Jade and says, "Suit up! You've dealt with Metas before, so don't go acting like this is new to you." Cheshire nods as she puts on her mask and goes off, her sais in hand.

Amanda frowns as she presses a button on her ear. "Dr. Roquette here, Mrs. Waller." a younger voice said as Waller nods as he looked around calmly.

"Roquette, get the...asset under protection. We can't have him out yet. He's not ready for this sort of situation." Amanda said as the woman on the other side gave an affirmative as Amanda looked up at this as she saw that the weather started to grow worse.

(CADMUS Computer Lab. 16:29)

Green Arrow dodged hail the size of baseballs as Muhammad flew back, keeping the others at bay. "Pipsqueak, you and May stay back. Bunker, Omen and I can help the JL folks. So unless ya can track a weapon or if May can make beanstalks grow outta nothin', stay back."

Perdita grunts as he says, "Watch how you speak to me, Muhammad. I do not like being disrespected." X just rolled his eyes as he concentrates as he fires a burst of gravity as Perdita gave a small grunt as both Bunker and Green Lantern fired a fist at him; one green and one violet as Carol got her ring back.

"Better idea, you kids get out of here. Booker is WAY out of your league." said Green Arrow as he fired more arrows as Disaster created a small tornado to take the arrows and make them fly back at Arrow, but Flash as able to kick them away as he glared.

"Hmm..." Carol said as she powered up and put a barrier around herself, Eiling and Wells as she looks at the others. "I'm getting us out of here. X, come with us. These three can handle him. Kids, come on."

"Yes ma'am." said the five students as they went off as X fired more gravity bursts as Perdita, Mayflower, Bunker and Omen followed with Guardian also giving cover fire as Disaster glared.

"Oh no you don't! You like space rocks, girly? Well, here's some more!" Disaster said in anger as a portal opened up as meteorites suddenly flew out of them. They weren't planet busting, but they were flying fast. Hal blasted at them as Arrow fired an explosive arrow while Flash made a twister with his arms to block them.

Major smirked as he saw this but then saw that some were leaving. "Oh no you don't! I want as many people here to die!" The door was suddenly sealed away, trapping Guardian and Perdita in the room with them.

"Ah great..." Guardian said as he moved Perdita behind him as he looks at Arrow. "I'll keep her safe, you focus on the big bad."

"Gotcha, thanks Guardian." Arrow said as Perdita watched as the three in action as Flash sped around the room, grabbing anything near him as he fired it at break-neck speeds as Major grunts at them. He concentrates as a small cloud forms around them.

"Lets see if this lightning bolt gives you any new powers, Speedster!" Major said as dark purple lightning flew out of the cloud, making Flash yell out as he sped around to dodge but yells out as he got hit, making him fly into Green Lantern.

"Hey, watch it!" Lantern said as he shoves him off, making Flash glare in annoyance as Arrow rolled his eyes at this.

"You watch it, I was trying to focus on the big bad." Barry said in annoyance as Green Arrow's eyes narrowed a bit before he turned to the two other heroes.

"Will you two keep it together?! We're gonna need to work together to take on this guy." said Arrow as Major glared at them, his eyes shining at this. "I've fought my fair share of Meta-humans, but this guy isn't anything like I've seen..." Major Disaster fired out a barrage of hail from the clouds he summoned and fired them down.

"Only guy I've seen like this was on news reports in Jump City a few years ago...Mister Twister. Maybe he's advanced in some way?" Hal suggested as he blocked as the clouds suddenly picked up a wind that created snow that quickly turned into ice as it coated everything while Flash sped ahead, making him yell out as he began to slide on it.

"Ah man, I hate it when Cold did this!" said Flash in surprise as Hal concentrated as he created a giant sun-lamp as the ice quickly began to melt.

"This should would warm us up." Hal said, as Disaster only smirked as he flicked his wrist as he water suddenly expanded, making a powerful tidal wave...indoors?!

"Oh you have gotta be-" Arrow said as the three were it as they were shoved out of the door, making the CADMUS agents who were outside get flooded too as Jade groaned, annoyed as Perdita and Guardian got up, both coughing out water as the other three heroes got up with a groan. Guardian ran over to Jade as he nods.

"So, you're Roy's fiancee?" asked Diggle as Jade nods as she got a good look at him.

"Ah, so you're the body guard, huh? Well, nice to finally meet you. Remind me to give you the invite to the wedding...it's still being planned. Work and all." Guardian nods as he saw Perdita groaning a bit.

"We need to cover the kid, Cheshire. Make sure big bad doesn't attack her." Diggle said as Jade nods, following his lead as the two went in front of the groaning child as Major Disaster glared down at them.

"You are all officially getting on my nerves!" He said as he started to pick up the wind around them. "But may as well take this up a notch!" He said as the roof was suddenly shot up into the air, making the many agents cover their heads as Green Lantern fired a blast, but was blocked by a blast of energy made out of chaotic power as Major Disaster glared.

"What are planning, Booker?" asked Flash as Major Disaster began to float into the air as he concentrated as the sky began to darken.

"A Hurricane?" asked Cheshire with a raised eyebrow. "Been there, done that...Weather Wizard and Mister Twister did this, didn't they?" Major Disaster only laughed as he glared down at this. The air suddenly began to feel odd as Cheshire went wide eyed as the lightning began to from like crazy as the cloud only continued to grow.

"He's not making an ordinary hurricane...not even Weather Wizard could do this...he's making a mega-storm...a major disaster if you would..." said Flash as he looked at the wind patterns.

"Ring...can you see how much area this storm is gonna take up?" asked Hal as he saw a second hurricane cloud starting to form next to the one Major Disaster made. "NOW?!"

"Radius found. If allowed for the next 52 minutes, this sudden increase in energy can result in a global string of storms that could kill millions. This alone could wipe out the Western Seaboard." The Ring explained as Hal scowled.

"So we got a time limit...GREAT." Green Arrow muttered as he glared upwards. "Lantern, get yo and me closer. Flash, think you can knock him down." said Green Arrow as Flash looked around.

"I'll need a head start" Flash said as Arrow gave him a nod as he sped off, as the winds only continued to pick up, causing the walls to start to creak as the windows began to crack.

"Perdita, behind me!" Said Guardian as he put his shield up in front of her as the windows all shattered, as the group moved outside to get out of the area, the weather alarm sounding as CADMUS was being evacuated.

Green Arrow and Lantern went up in the air on a podium, both squinting from the sudden increase as Major Disaster glared at them. "GET AWAY!" He yelled as he created a turret of wind to send a few cars their way. Arrow fired a few arrows, blowing them up as Hal fired from his ring to help.

On the ground, Godfrey was there as he saw the chaos around him. "This is G. Gordon Godfrey here with a meta-human incident. This is no 'Natural Disaster', it's some sort of grudge match between meta-humans. Look as you can see the center of this sudden storm increase is there." The camera man then points to Major Disaster, who glares down.

"Ugh, I always HATED The media!" He said as he sent a shock wave of energy down at them, making Godfrey yell out as the ground was about to give way but a red blur suddenly moved them away as Flash gave them a nod.

"Get out of here. This isn't safe." Flash said as Godfrey gave him a frown. "Look, I have friends in the news, so I don't hate you for THAT reason...but before you go on some rant, get out of here so you can be alive to MAKE said rant." Flash said as he sped off, Godfrey only scoffing at this.

Flash ran around, looking for a point to run from as he sped up a wall, while Perdita, Guardian and Cheshire stood close to each other when they saw Eiling and Waller coming up to them.

"What is the plan?" asked Eiling with a frown as he glared at Major Disaster as he looks at Waller...as she frowns at this.

"We need to put him down...now." said Waller as Perdita saw a bus was starting to move a bit as she panted a bit, her hands faintly shining a bit. Waller then heard a creak as the wind picked up as the bus flew at them.

"Look out!" Said Perdita as she put her hands up in fear as a sudden bright light filled the area as Eiling, Guardian, Cheshire and Waller covered their eyes as they saw the empty bus was then blasted into a wall, a large dent in it with the windows all shattered. Perdita looked confused as she looked at her hands, shocked as her eyes were also giving off a faint glow, going from their dark green color to a brighter shade, making it blue-green.

"Hmm...this got interesting..." Eiling said with a small smirk as Guardian got to her level while Cheshire watched as Hal and Oliver continued to fire attacks at he powerful Meta-human as Flash ran up a near-by sky-scraper as he got into a position.

"HAHAHAHAHA! YOU CANNOT BEAT ME! I AM A FORCE OF NATURE!" He said, his eyes glowing at this as Hal cringed at this.

"Okay...Ring, is it going as bad as I Think it is?" asked Hal as the ring glowed a bit as Major disaster glared.

"The chaos powers that fuel his abilities are reaching a peak due to the storm and the prolonged battle. He may break down the entire planet if not stopped now." The ring said as Hal noticed Arrow was looking at Flash.

"Then we'll need to do this right...I can't hit him with an elephant tranquilizer in this...but that should have enough dosage to take him on...so I need to get it there." Green Arrow said as the two went to the skyscraper with Barry.

"Okay, so what do you want to do?" asked Barry as Oliver looked at the winds as he nods as he looks at them.

"Hal, think you can make a ramp?" asked Oliver as Hal looked at Barry's shoes at this as he gave Oliver a flat look.

"I know this ring has a dumb weakness, but I Think you can admit this could be a problem with the foot wear." said Hal as Barry calmly shows hat the bottom of his shoes were dark red. "Okay, never mind. Just tell me when to do it." said Hal as Flash got ready with Oliver aiming his arrow.

"When I fire this...get this to the exact moment..." said Oliver as he notched the tranquilizer arrow at the ready in the winds as Major Disaster continued as he says, "How much time do we have?"

"10 minutes before permanent Damage!" The ring said as Hal nods as Barry got into position as Oliver aimed through the rain and winds at Major Disaster.

"And...NOW!" He said as he fired the arrow while Hal created a road that Barry ran alongside of, grabbing the arrow mid-flight as he ran towards him, speeding up quickly as Major Disaster chuckled in succession before he saw the red blur coming at him before the road made a ramp for Barry to jump from and stabs it into him, putting the elephant tranquilizer into his arm, making the meta-human yell out as the two were thrown from the air and back onto the roof of CADMUS.

Barry panted a bit as Major Disaster groaned as he got up, asking the arrow out. "Clever...He knew...that with my new powers...the usual amount for a regular human isn't enough to...sedate me...very clever..." he groaned as he felt his head as he saw that the clouds were leaving as he chuckled a bit before he saw a ruin go around him. Hal and Arrow were coming in after them when Major Went wide eyed.

Barry looked at the ruins as he whispers, "Wait...I recognize those symbols...Kid flash saw those in..." His eyes widen as he went to get Booker, but suddenly a dark red inferno grabbed Major Disaster and caused him to vanish, making the three heroes look in shock at where he once was.

"Okay...I don't remember Meta-humans getting magic-napped..." said Hal as he landed as the three then sat down, exhausted from the runabout on this day as Amanda looked to the sky and nods.

"Hmm...nice job." she admitted as she looked at Perdita with a hint of concern, especially with how Eiling was smirking at this new event with Perdita, who's eyes were still shining a bit as Jade and Guardian looked at each other with concern.

(Later...)

(Hall of Justice. Washington DC. 19:45)

Barry, Hal and Oliver walked into the rest area for the heroes at this time, all without their masks on...only to see an exhausted-looking trio of Zatanna, Billy and Jason Blood, all looking drained. "You three okay?" asked Barry as he propped down next to Billy, who just groaned a bit.

"We had to close on of the black holes that popped up...ugh...thought Stamina of Atlas meant I don't get tired...but I guess whatever THAT was...it was enough to drain me..." Billy groaned as Jason sighed.

"You do not know the half of it...that power...was of the Lords of Chaos...this Major Disaster must have been chosen as a champion for them...we are likely to see him again..." Jason said as the others nod at this.

"And now according to Dig, Perdita's powers are evolving...so we better make sure no one finds out about her secret life here in the states...or else things will get complicated." The heroes nod at this, sighing a bit.

"Well...at least things can't get worse..." Zatanna sighed as she noticed a knock is heard as they saw Raven arriving with Cisco Ramon and Dr. Wells.

"Cyborg asked me to collect some scientists after the crisis ended...ones that were needed for a project you guys are working on." Raven explained as the others nod as they saw them walk out with Silas Stone, Michael Holt and a middle-aged man with a short goatee and a lab coat that read 'Hamilton' on the front, along with a young man with the name 'R. Palmer' on the front of his. Flash quickly put his mask on when the portal had opened and quickly put on the domino mask of Oliver so that no one could guess his identity.

"So, where are we needed?" Cisco asked as Oliver motioned them along, leading them to a conference room area where Yamato Takeru, wearing his 'Bushi Susanoo'/'Samurai' attire, Batman, Superman, Cyborg, Aquaman, Vulko and Alchimia were waiting. In the room with them was an African-American young woman wearing a yellow and black t-shirt under a gray jacket, a middle aged man with faint graying on the sides of his hair and a pipe in hand and a familiar collage student wearing a dark blue jacket. On the table was a large object shrouded in a sheet.

"Alright...so we're all here." said Batman with a nod. "Harrison Wells, Cisco Ramon, Silas Stone, Michael Holt, Emil Hamilton, Ray Palmer, Bushi Susanoo, Superman, Cyborg, Alchimia, Arthur Curry, Vulko, Karen Beecher, Will Magnus, Ted Kord. You were all specifically chosen for this task."

"And what wold that be, Bats?" asked Karen with a scowl. "No offense, but my husband isn't exactly a big fan of me just doing whatever for no reason. So this better be important."

"You're busy as a bee, huh Karen?" asked Ted with a smirk as Karen gave him a death glare, making him put his hands up in defense at this.

"Cyborg has thought of a new HQ for the Justice League. An orbiting space station that can allow us to be ready for anything. The Hall shall be our Earth headquarters, but in case of any intergalactic threats arriving, we can be able to predict their next move. But we are in need of help making it." said Superman, as Emil tapped his chin a this.

"And where are we gonna get the inspiration or the technology for this space station? I mean, it'd have to be able to sustain you all." Alchimia then walked up and removed the sheet, revealing a large space craft that would seat one in what looked like a crib inside of it, with a black symbol...the Superman insignia, and the house of El's mark.

"This is the ship that brought me to Earth...Kryptonian technology can be a big help with this device. IT has life support that got me all the way to Earth from Krypton, after all. Not to mention the technology can be reverse engineered." Superman said as the group all looked at each other as Silas was the first to walk up as he rubs his chin.

"Hmm...I'm in." said Silas as he looks at the other scientists as they began to talk among each other...and all nod in agreement at this as Batman gave a rare smile.

"Then we shall begin." Susanoo said calmly as he got up at this as they began to plan out the blue prints that he had gotten out.

(In an unknown plane of existence. Unknown time)

Major Disaster gave out a yell of shock as he appeared in what appeared to be a world filled with brimstone and fire, making him look around in shock. "Wha-where am I?!" he asked in shock, looking around as a chuckle is heard.

"You..are here...with us." said a voice as he turned to see Sebastian Blood near by, smirking darkly as Major Disaster looked up in shock. A figure walked over, standing at last 35-feet tall with glowing yellow eyes.

"I am Trigon the Conqueror...the master of Chaos...and you are my champion in that world..." Trigon said as a chuckle is heard as he turned to a light gray skinned young man, about 13-15 in age, with a dark orange cat purring watched this with a smirk with a young woman wearing dark green armor and short red hair and a young man wearing a black cloak with glowing red eyes. "Those are three of my children...the avatars of Wrath, Lust and Greed. I am in need of my other four; the avatars of Pride, Gluttony, Envy and Sloth."

"And why should I help you?" Major Disaster asked as Sebastian chuckled at this as Trigon flicked his wrist, making him yell out in pain.

"You speak as if you have a say in it...foolish mortal...who do you think helped you come back to the mortal plane? You are my puppet, understood?" Trigon asked with a glare as he nods nervously. "Good...now...we must prepare...as an old foe may come back..."

(Salem, MA. April 14th, 20:34)

The city was being as busy as ever, unaware of a bright glow before the group looked up in shock as a towering building formed, becoming a dark gray bricked building that looked like an obelisk with a ankh insignia on the front of it. Within, a golden helmet rested on a podium as it shined a bit.
