To Lady Kaisa Vanir of Vanaheim; Heir to the Throne,
We do apologize for how late this letter has been delivered. Your request was quite difficult to pull off, to say the least, but we have finally gathered a team with sufficient enough soldiers to detain your adoptive sister.
Please take careful note of this letter, and then destroy it the moment you have the opportunity. How you have accomplices this far throughout the Nine Realms is completely bizarre to me, but I suppose I cannot say that it comes unwanted- You have been our best customer for many moons. Anyway, Fetnr interrogated a man who claimed he knew of 'Fire People', and that he spoke and interacted with them on a rather daily basis. As we followed Fetnr's lead, we eventually discovered a Muspelheim base! There are very few of them on the base, and they did not appear hostile. Their appearance isn't as what you described: fiery and smokey, with flames. They looked rather normal, but they radiate heat and their eyes are all startlingly blue.
We slaughtered all of them on site. They fought back fiercely, but we had the ultimate weapon of surprise and easily overwhelmed them. I thought you'd be pleased to hear this news; we all know that the occurrence of the Muspelheimians wasn't a coincidence. There's more of them than you know.
Nonetheless, three of my soldiers have agreed to pull of your little heist. They have decided to remain nameless, as they wish to return back to base once they get your sister to the safehouse here in Vanaheim. They will do this quickly, more than likely within the next two days.
I would advise traveling back to Asgard for the next few days, my dear. These soldiers I have sent have no guidelines, no rules. They have no mercy and no fear, they care for no one but the insatiable lust for blood. I have no clue as to why you have requested these particular brutes, but I suppose if you want your sister's suffering to prolong, they're the best bastards to do it. They will kill absolutely anyone that gets in their way, and they will definitely die trying.
Prepare yourself for the oncoming war. The Muspelheimians will be looking for their missing heir, and Loki will be searching for his missing fiance, along with the lot of Asgard searching for one of the Royal Vanir daughters. Tread carefully, my dear, for they will suspect you first and foremost. Stay in Vanaheim for merely two more fortnights, and then you can return home.
Sincerely, X
