A/N: Hey guys, it's been a while! I've been balancing surgery, spring break and grades a lot and I haven't made a single thing for you guys. Cry no longer! Chapter 17 is up... and it's bad. But, read it anyway. LOL (Lots of Love)
Little Milz sprinted into the living room in a bright green dinosaur costume. There he met up with his German father Richtofen who had been sporting his old Nazi uniform, swastika and all. The lanky male had one leg crossed over the other and was eying the golden watch wrapped around his wrist. The Nazi hadn't seen the baby rush in. Milz gave a sneaky chuckle under his breath and tip-toed over to the ebony couch. As soon as he was close enough, he bared his tiny fangs and stretched his dinosaur claws above his head.
"Rawr!" he squealed.
The Doctor jumped in pretend fear and covered his eyes with a girly scream. The zombie felt guilty for scaring his father, for he seemed extremely scared through his bright, yellow eyes. Milz pat the German's knee in apology.
"Mein goodness, you're scary!" Edward laughed as he lowered his hands into his lap. "Do you like zhat one? Or vould you vather be zhe mummy?"
"Mum mum!" the zombified toddler decided. The dinosaur costume just wasn't making him look as scary as he wanted to.
"Very vell zhen. Go get zhe toilet paper." Richtofen commanded and the child took off down the hallway.
Less than a few minutes later, Milz returned in nothing but his underwear and a long-sleeved white shirt. In his hand, there was a roll of toilet paper which he handed to Edward and the wrapping began. Twirl and twirl around his legs and his waist and his soon enough his face. Milz laughed to himself as he spun around in continuous circles.
Suddenly, Captain America emerged in the living room and Milz stopped his ballerina act. He'd watched The Avengers every morning and Captain America was his favorite. The zombie had even asked his American father for the hero's shield on his hard-to-read Christmas list.
"Ready to roll out yet?" Captain America pulled down his mask. The thing was, it wasn't Captain America at all.
"Dempsey, you look more shtupid physically zhan you are mentally. And zhat's shtupid." The Doctor snarled as he finished wrapping Milz in toilet paper.
"Captain!" the baby squealed as he pointed a finger at Dempsey.
"See, the kid likes it. Hey there, soldier." Tank smugly grinned as he turned to his little boy who was now dressed as a mummy and gave the American soldier's salute.
Milz replied with the same gesture, his chest puffed out. Richtofen gave a rather disgusted face towards the scene, ready to exit his home already and come back full of candy.
"Go get Nikolai and zhe idiot Asian so ve can LEAVE."
"Why did Nikolai have to come again?" the Soviet questioned, who was dressed up as Joseph Stalin.
"Yes, why did he have to come with us?" Takeo asked who had been going as no-one. He didn't find Halloween entertaining. The Japanese male dressed himself up in an orange hoodie, a pair of black skinny jeans and an old pair of tattered tennis shoes.
"I vanted everybody to come so zhat Milz could enjoy zhis even more! You're supposed to be gut parents!" Edward snarled towards his roommates as Milz the Mummy ran up to a decorated house with his pumpkin basket.
"We are good parents, kraut. You're the one who spends your time killing people in the basement." the American replied, gripping his shield.
"I'm zhe vone who brought him home!" the Nazi rebuttled, then turned his attention to his son who was emerging from the house. "Vhat do we say?!"
"Dank you!" Milz screamed out to the teenager who sat on the porch with a black bowl full of candy.
The baby met up with his fathers and they continued their journey in the dark abyss of the night. The veterans constantly received loving compliments on how adorable Milz was and how great of parents they must be. The night went on with little to no arguing and Dempsey had stopped a bag-snatcher from taking the tiny undead, child's candy. Around 8:34 that night, the entire neighborhood had been explored, but Milz still wasn't ready for the trip to end.
"Da da! More candy!" he begged, pulling on Takeo's pants leg.
"More? Your basket is almost full." The Japanese replied, staring down into the orange basket full of mini chocolate bars, pieces of gum, lollipops and a couple bags of fruit snacks.
"If he vants more, ve should go get him more. It's not like he can get cavities or anyzhing." the Doctor said, glancing around the current area and using his photographic memory to pick out houses they hadn't visited yet.
"Maybe if we cross the park, we could find more houses for tiny baby." Nikolai suggested as he stared at the park below them.
It had been lit up with small lights and a fountain was in the center. The park had seemed like the perfect spot for a bag-snatching, but Dempsey had promised to keep an eye on the basket at almost all times.
"Ah, gut idea, Nikolai!" Edward exclaimed, pulling a small patch of hair out of his pocket.
"Uh... Richtofen, what is that?" Tank wondered, watching as the German stuck the patch of hair on the center of his upper lip.
The sadist removed his hat, smoothed his hair and gave a Nazi salute.
"I'm Hitler! He vill be so proud!"
"But the public won't. He is highly frowned upon." the Samurai scolded, thrusting his hands into the single pocket of his hoodie.
"Shut up, Takeo. Onvard! Follow Hitler, Milz!" Richtofen cooed, as he began taking his quick, steady steps down the hill and into the park.
Captain America, Joseph and Takeo followed through and Milz did too without hesitation. He didn't want to be caught in trouble again with some crazy bag-snatcher or some psycho with cake & needles. He kept close to the men, eyeing the flowers, dead leaves and grass on the ground. The zombie's yellow eyes peeked about at the wooden benches and the clutters of dead trees that stood about on the perimeter of the park.
He looked at the fountain and spotted someone who had led him about on a late night journey once before. The girl in bright blue with the ebony hair and shoeless feet. Her head hung down and her hair fell over her shoulders and face. Milz checked to see if his dad's were watching him, then stepped over to the fountain curiously.
"Girl?"
The glowing, floating female lifted her head errily, her eyes seeming to have been stretched open and her mouth sewn closed. Upon noticing Milz's presence, she suddenly smiled at him.
"Hallo, my little zomboy. How are you?"
"Gut. You okay?"
"Ah, you can talk now? Delightful. Can you say 'Samantha'?" the girl asked him, placing her hand upon his head and slipping his fingers underneath some of the toilet tissue in order to feel his brown locks.
"Samanwa!"
"Close enough, I suppose..." Samantha giggled evilly to herself, a plan popping up in her head. "Milly?"
"Hmm?" the zombie mumbled, picking through his pumpkin basket for a piece of candy that his friend would like.
"Samantha is feeling tired..." the pale girl whispered.
"Tired?" Milz questioned, pulling a bag of fruit snacks out of his basket and extending them to her. "Eat?"
"I don't need candy, Milly. I need power... Can I borrow some of your power?" Sam pleaded as Milz stared up at her with confusion.
"Okay!" He cheerily replied after a short time of thinking.
The glowing girl's jaws stretched and her eyes widened with insanity. Her sharp teeth showed and her sunny eyes began to glow just as Milz's did.
"Thank you! Now, hold still and don't make any noise~!" Sam told him, placing a finger to her lips just as she did the night she met him.
The zomboy had no idea what was happening to him. Out of his head and up Samantha's pale fingers came a yellow aura. The aura acted as a snake and swirled up her arm. Milz felt light-headed and his brain hurt a little, but he didn't want to deny her wishes for power, so he clamped his lips shut.
"Milz?" The floating being disappeared in the blink of an eye, leaving behind nothing but a golden mist near the fountain.
Takeo stepped out from behind the fountain and grabbed his son's hand.
"Are you alright?"
"Yeah! Gut!" the zombie began walking, pulling his Japanese daddy along.
"I wonder who he was talking to." Takeo thought to himself.
