"Come to me," the voice called, beckoning in the distance. What? "Give me your power, you don't need it." What is going on? Where am I? Dammit agh. "Your power will be mine." NO!

The swirls of colors began to surround me, swallowing me whole, as I continued to scream in terror.

"AHH," I yelled opening my eyes frantically. I was gasping for air, my body aching in exhaustion. Sweat began to drip on my forehead as the fear from the nightmare began to fade and settle in the pit of my stomach. What was that? Agh that voice from before, I've heard it before. But where? Deciding to get warm, I got up and walked towards the fire where the others were huddled together, deep in sleep. I made my way down and noticed Inuyasha was awake, his eyes staring at the fire.

"What are you doing awake?" he asked lifting his eyes from the fire to see me sit beside him. I shrugged rubbing my hands together as I got closer to the fire.

"Had a nightmare, I don't think I can sleep again after that," I said in a whisper not bothering to look at him. "What about you why are you still awake?" Inuyasha scoffed at this scratching his head slightly.

"I won't sleep, I've never gone to sleep in this form before."

"Too scared?" We turned our heads sharply to see that Miroku was indeed awake, staring at us with an amused smile. Inuyasha's face looked annoyed at this and gave Miroku a dirty look. Agh something about him makes me what to smack him. Inuyasha chuckled sarcastically.

"Oh yess I'm scared, so what?" I turned at him, shocked at his honesty at a moment like this.

"Well at least your able to admit it," Miroku replied, rubbing his hands near the fire.

"It's a nice change," I added, not looking back at the two of them as the thought of that dreams started to creep in.

"A lot of enemies are after me, if anyone of them knew about this form, I wouldn't stand a chance," said Inuyasha as he stared at the Miroku seriously.

"There might be something you can learn from this," he said knowingly. I chuckled at this. Suddenly, a chill went through my spine, making me turn my head sharply and getting to my feet.

"What is it," Inuyasha asked looking up at me.

"Miroku," Sango whispered wearily. "I can sense it, can't you? This dark aura . . . "

"Yes I can feel it, something is coming over that hill," I said in a low voice, narrowing my eyes at the top of the hill at what ever might come. Is it Naraku again? I grabbed my sword and started to make my way to the hill, ignoring the calls from behind me, to slow down and be careful.

From the distance, I could here the leaves of the trees shake and birds flapping away. I turned and saw a huge slash of red suddenly appear out of nowhere, making my eyes shit from the flash. I slowly opened my eyes to see something quite unexpected. There stood a small man, his skin tanned, and his remaining hair black, with a long ominous sword clutched in his grasp. His eyes gleamed red, but that wasn't what made me recoil in disgust, it was his smell, oh god, he smelled foul, not as bad as Naraku did, but still foul. What is this, I thought to myself, my arm going over my nose to mask the foul stench radiating from this man.

"Where," the man spoke in his croaking voice, " is Inuyasha, where is he?" Inuysaha? I turned behind me, and glanced at Inuyasha's shocked expression as he took in the small man's form. He growled softly, as if he could also sense the dark aura emitting from him.

"Why who wants to know," growled Inuyasha, as he walked up and stood next to me, not taking his eyes off the weird individual. The man cackled, bringing the sword closer to his face, as if he wanted to caress it.

"Ha ha ha, my name is Kyjimbo a sword smith hehe."

"A sword smith?" I said, a hint of doubt edging in my voice

"I forged this sword, and now it cries for the blood of Inuyasha! You must be Inuyasha, and now the sword has called for you to die!" I readied myself, taking out my sword, my knees crouched low.

"Inuyasha, have you ever wronged this man, or seen him before," Miroku asked looking at Inuyasha incredulously. Inuyasha shook his head, confusion and anger mixing in his expression. "Well you heard the man,'' called Miroku, "he has not heard of you so go on your business." Kyjimbo cackled even more, taking a step closer to us.

"No, the sword must have you blood, you must die you mortal. This sword was forged from the fang of the demon that cut Tetsaiga in held, the creation made by Totosai. Now die!" I stepped in front of Inuyasha fast, blacking him from Kyjimbo's path. That sword was made from Koshinki? Dammit. Shrugging me off, Inuyasha began to take a step forward as well.

"Heh, prepare yourself Kyjimbo, I'm going to tear you to pieces-" I tripped him, making him land on the ground.

"Stop it you idiot you're too weak to even touch him, let me and the other take care of this." He looked as if he wanted to argue but I didn't bother listening.

Grasping my sword I charged and swung to attack Kyjimbo, which he blocked but barely. Huh so he has this sword, but his skills are slow and lacking.

"Heh, you think you can defeat me, you pitiful thing you," Kyjimbo chuckled, as a huge surge of force was pushed down on me. Dammit, where is all this strength coming from?

"Don't underestimate me, you filthy demon," I hissed, pushing at him with all my might. I pulled back and attacked again, which he blocked and blocked repeatedly. Damn. "Sango, now," I screamed then, backing away as my sword skills wouldn't cut it here. I backed down to the ground as I heard the swooshing sound of Sango's Hirykous slash through the air. Next thing I knew I heard a loud bump, and Sango gasp.

"What the hell, he broke it!" I screamed, watching as Kyjimbo had cut the thing in half leaving the weapon on the ground in pieces.

"It looks like I'm going to have to resort to this, " I heard Miroku as he approached, walking past me.
