Hi guys! So I just wanna say that this chapter isn't related from the previous chapter. This is more like an "extra scene" from chapter 3 ;)

I'm not that good with this type of scenarios, but I got really inspired with the movie, "Say Anything..." by Cameron Crowe. Damn, Lloyd Dobler is officially the best boyfriend ever. EVER. Cusack and Skye's chemistry was so good that I literally cried. My heart strings were pulled by that damn movie.

Anyways, this chapter is pretty short since it's just an extra scene XD Hope you still enjoy it though!

Everything was hazy. The external sound of nature was slowly getting number and number by the moment.

And oddly, Sofia felt… lighter.

"Are you comfortable?" James asked gently as he softly caressed her flushed cheek. She nodded slightly, to show that she was indeed in comfort despite lying on her back on the cave's cold ground. With her arms still around his neck, the blond prince closed the gap between their lips and gave her more fervent kisses as the rain poured heavily outside. They couldn't hear the rain, if you asked them. They were stuck in their own, secret world that nobody knows. Their own world where nothing stands in their way.

When it came to this, James was always wary and cautious for their relationship. He would tell himself not to go beyond the line. Kissing Sofia was enough, it gave him just the right amount of what he needed. But after seeing her all red and flushed with that dazed look on her face as she stared deep into his eyes, he knew he just snapped. He couldn't control himself any longer.

He didn't plan for this to happen.

From her lips, his kisses trailed from her chin down her neck as he planted butterfly kisses on her collarbone. Her hands made their way on the back of his head, gently burying her hands on his soft, blond hair. It felt so warm, despite the cold weather outside.

"James…"

The Prince of Enchancia pulled away gently as he hovered on top of the brunette princess, examining her features. Sofia's petite hand traced the details of his face; gently, she trailed her fingers delicately on his eyes, nose, cheeks and lips, as if memorizing his face with her mere touch. On the other hand, James brushed away the strands of hair that we're covering her forehead. With a small smile, he caressed her cheek with his thumb.

Without saying another word, he leaned once more and placed his lips on top of hers.

He wanted to stop. Really, he did. The moment he saw the pain evident in her façade, he knew he had to stop. There were tears welling in her eyes, for crying out loud! She was obviously in pain, James thought. He did ask her if it hurt and if he should stop, and her reply was a simple shaking of her head to tell him that she's alright and he shouldn't stop. He nodded as he slowly and gently went on. As he did, she instantly responded with a small cry. It hurt her, he thought.

"I'm… fine…" she muttered in between breaths.

"Does it still hurt?" he asked again.

As a reply, she nodded. Slowly, she reached up and placed her hand on his cheek softly. Then, she gave him a reassuring smile.

After that, things went a bit faster, as far as Sofia could remember.

She woke up feeling the rays of the sun on her skin. Droplets of rain dripped at the entranced of the cave. Birds we're chirping their usual morning tune. The trees gently danced with the wind.

Sofia's back was facing James, his arm served as her pillow for her head while the other was tightly wrapped around her, their hands intertwined. They were both covered with his long sleeves and coat, though his embrace was enough to keep her warm. She stirred while in his arms, trying to wake him up. He responded by nuzzling on her neck and mumbling a small 'good morning.'

She smiled and returned the greeting.

"We should probably get home soon." she whispered softly.

And next scene is Chapter 4! I hope you guys don't get confused meheee~

I would probably update soon ;)
