Me: This time we have North here!

North: Hello DayLight! Bunny told me you were going to kill someone.

Me: Why does everyone bring this up?! There's nothing wrong with it! Besides it won't be until the 64th, 65th, or maybe 66th chapter!

North: If you kill this person you will be on naughty list! It is not right!

Me: I think I could live with that. Wait I'm not already on it?

North: You are close.

Me: I would have thought that with all these angsty and drama fill stories would put me on the naughty list. All these chapters where I torture Jackie.

North: But you always make better. This I can not forgive.

Me: Well you might and the others might but I think Pitch will be fine with it.

North: Pitch!?

Me: Oh hey lets just get on with the part ok? Onto the chapter!

"Jack would you like to get up and see the workshop?"

Ever since Jack got hope and dreams back, North had been trying to get Jack's wonder back. He would bring in yetis and elves hoping to get a reaction but there'd be none. He's bring in toys and show Jack how they worked and he'd feel a spark of wonder before it vanished like what happened with both Bunny and Sandy. Now, after three days, he would try to bring it back by getting Jack to get out of bed and look around.

Jack looked at him and furrowed his eyebrows. "Get…up?" His voice still that of a whisper.

"Yes." North said, "I can show you around the workshop. You could even have staff with you." Jack's eyes flickered over to the staff resting on the wall. The Guardians brought it closer to the bed in case he wanted to grab it. While Jack was itching to grab it, he didn't know why but he just felt empty without it, something held him back. But now as North mentioned it, he wanted to hold it even more.

Jack looked back at North and nodded. North grinned and walked over to the winter spirit's side, getting ready to help him stand after years of lying down. North pulled back the cool sheets and Jack shifted for his legs to hang over the side of the bed. Taking a deep breath Jack pushed himself up with his arms…

And fell right back down. He closed his eyes, bracing himself for impact with the floor when he felt large arms catch him. Turning his head he looked up at North who was smiling down at him.

"Ready to try again?" the large man asked. Jack franticly shook his head no. North saw his gray tinted blue eyes filled with fear. North frowned, "Don't be scared Jack. I'll help you. You want to be able to walk again yes? To see outside of this room?"

Jack stared at him once more before very hesitantly nodding his head. North smiled once more and tightened his grip on Jack to reassure him he wouldn't let him fall. Then very slowly Jack willed his legs to move under him to support his weight. As North helped pull him into a stand position, Jack's legs shook, threatening to buckle under him. They stood for a few minutes before North slowly had Jack walk towards his staff. The winter spirit took small shaky steps and as he got closer to his staff and better at walking, he felt North's grip loosen and slowly leave him. Scared, Jack's grip tightened on North.

"Jack listen you can do this. I've known you to overcome more challenging things than this." North encouraged, "You can do this."

North knew his words reached Jack when his grip began to slacken and he took a few unsteady steps towards his staff. Picking it up, Jack suddenly felt complete and this just felt right in his hands. Then his legs buckled and he hastily gripped his staff and leaned on it. Breathing in a shaky breath, Jack looked back at North who had a large smile upon his face.

"See?! Wasn't so hard!" North laughed. Jack gave a small smile but it only lasted a second.

"Now let us go see workshop!" North shouted joyously. We walked slowly next to the stumbling Jack in case he needed more assistance. As they entered the globe room, the other Guardians in there, Jack's eyes instantly lit up at the sight of the glowing globe.

"You like globe?" North asked as he felt a small spark within Jack.

"Hi Jack!" Tooth said attracting his attention.

"It's good to see you up and moving mate." Bunny said and Sandy gave a thumbs up.

Then North got an idea. He knew just what to show Jack to make the wonder grow. "Come I wish to show you something."

He led Jack through the Pole, the other Guardians following, and Jack's wonder continued to grow at the sight of all the toys and yetis and elves. Then they reached large doors and North said, "How would you like to see sleigh?"

Jack's eyes furrowed. What could be special about a sleigh? Then as they entered, Jack's eyes widened and his mouth opened in awe. "Wow." He whispered, "Can we ride in it?"

"Of course!" North exclaimed, "Whenever you wish!" At this Jack's excitement grew and it started to lightly snow and frost bloomed beneath his feet. Jack stared in wonder at the fern like pattern.

'Those cold powers only kill. Do not look so awed and happy at it. Unless you like death.'

Instantly Jack frowned at the frost and looked to the others with a frown.

"Oh Jack." Tooth said seeing his reaction change at the frost. "I don't know what you're thinking but I think your frost is beautiful."

"Really?" They could hear the hope in his voice.

"Of course! You shouldn't be upset about yourself and your abilities. I think all your creations are beautiful." At Tooth's words Jack smiled and it didn't vanish this time.

Me: so that was that. But I thought I told Pitch no fear in this. I'll have to have a talk with him later.

North: Who was bold?!

Me: You know! XD

North: Was it Pitch or was that someone else? Do I know person.

Me: You know them.

North: Is it Pitch?

Me: I ain't sayin nothin.

North: hmmmm.

Me: By North! Remember to put me on the naughty list! *Pushes button and watches North fall down trap door*
