Sitting in the windowsill in my shared room I look out to the ocean that was cluttered with docks and boats. But beyond the boats where clear skies and clouds with green lush islands standing out of the fastness of blue. People and wagons rattle my eardrums from down below me. I've waited by this window for 6 years waiting for my dad to come get me. Laughs, giggles, murmer and snide remarks are aimed at me, in which I ignore. Leaning my head on the wooden frame of the window. Looking down on my wrists I look at the scared stamp of a 'P' in which was barely visiable on my arm. I softly smile as I look down at my crimson jem. The gem was my mothers- or so I heard.

"Ugh," I verbally entice as I jump up and land my feet on the bottom wooden frame.

I turn around and jump several cenameters to the ground below me. Walking past the snobby and spoiled brats called females. Damn them and their fancy clothes, 'well' done hair which sickens me to the core. I grib onto my crimson smoothed jem wrapped in a string of leather. I walked up and stood next to the woman I hate most and she hates me. We are face in different directions of each other. I smirk as she smiles. Her pure blonde hair was curled and done up with a hat covering shading her face. Her eyes where as blue as mine which shines with mischief. The female, my rival, Ashlee Barlison.

"Jaclyn Sparrow, it's so nice to see you once again." Ashlee states sassily as she fans herself. "Still awaiting her father."

"At least I'm waiting for something, Ashlee Barlison." I respond back to the girl next to me.

"Be riddle me this, how long have you been waiting for your father?" She asked me.

"As long as you've been there stuck with me my deary." I look over to the woman.

She chuckled at me- well a annoying giggle. I glared at her for being... Well her to be honest. A growl erupted from my chest and Ashlee sighed out.

"Don't growl at me missy." Ashlee warned me.

"You two, I don't want another fight. Understand!" States out head master as she walks in the room. "Oh, Jacylin. Some one is here to pick you up."

"What?" My rival and myself say in unison as the other girls open their eyes in awe.

...

Sorry for it being short, I'm having trouble on how to push this story along.
