Here we go! Another chapter!

I'm so glad people agree with my thoughts! Thank you so much! Also thank you for the cookie!

Me: I can't wait for the next chapter!

Pitch: Yes because you get to kill the Ja- person.

Me: Yup! I really hope I don't lose the amazing readers because of it! Oh I'm so excited but scared of reactions.

Pitch: Your fear is lovely.

Me: Thank you, you creep! :D Onto the final Broken part!

Jack groaned as he opened his eyes and there was a shadow of what felt to be pain or something in his chest, but he ignored that. That was the longest sleep he's had since the voice began speaking to him. He sat up in a bed? He must have fallen asleep at the Pole. Jack shrugged and looked around for his staff, only to find the other Guardians sleeping in chairs next to his bed.

At this Jack is confused. Why are the other's here? That's when everything came rushing back and with that the pain. The temperature began to lower in the room and Jack tried to control his powers but the pain just spiked even more. He moaned at the pain.

That's when the others began to stir. When the temperature had lowered it had made them uncomfortable but when they heard the moan, they awoke.

"Jack!" Tooth exclaimed as she saw him awake but moaning in pain, "Oh don't worry we have you're staff." She looked to the others and North got up and went over to the dresser, that Jack never used.

Upon it laid the two pieces of Jack's staff. Picking them up North went back and handed them to Jack. Jack took the two pieces in hand and slammed them back together. The others watched in fascination as the place where the crack was glowed a blinding blue before vanishing. In the panting Jack's hands was his fixed staff that had no mark of it ever being broken.

Jack sighed in relief when he felt the balance return. "Thanks" He breathed out.

"It is no problem." North said with a laugh. All the Guardians were relieved by the fact Jack wasn't in anymore pain. He also looked slightly better from all the sleep he got. The bags under his eyes weren't as dark as before and his eyes once again held the spark of mischief.

"Well I better be going. Winter to spread, snowball fights to start." Jack said getting out of bed.

"Oh no you don't." Bunny said grabbing Jack's arm. "You're not going anywhere Frostbite."

"Bunny, let go." Jack snapped failing at trying to pull his arm out of the much stronger grip.

"Jack you just got over the pain of your staff breaking, please just stay a while." Tooth pled.

"I feel like I don't have a choice." Jack said, "I bet it's either I stay willingly or I try to escape and you either send Sandy or Bunny on me."

"You got that right mate." Bunny said with a smirk and Sandy gave a thumbs up with a smile.

"I don't find this fair." Jack said pouting.

"Jack just stay for a while." North said.

Jack sighed, "Fine I guess I could stay for a little while." This made everyone smile. So they left the room, Bunny swore he caught the different reflection again in Jack's mirror, and decided to hang out in the lounge. They all got some hot, or iced for Jack, coco and ate cookies, after Tooth made sure with North they were sugar free. They talked for a bit before playing a few games Jack started up.

Soon though Jack heard the wind calling to him from outside and said he had to go. After being forced to brush his teeth and getting them checked by Tooth, Jack stood by the window and told them all goodbye. As he unlocked the window and opened it, his reflection showed the whole time. The Guardians stared at the differently colored skin, eyes, and hair with, instead of a playful smirk, had a malicious pointed smile. Expecting it to just vanish like a trick of the light the Guardians stared at it, but it never changed back to Jack's reflection this time, but instead stayed that horrifying form.

With one last wave Jack left and the Guardians just stared at the window. They knew something was coming. They could feel it that it wasn't anything good. That what was coming was going to be horrific and fearful and sad. And they could just tell that it would affect Jack in a horrible way that would bring something even worse.

And it was coming soon.

Me: Well that was short oh well.

Pitch: You mean you don't care this time?

Me: Well I do I'm just thinking about the next chapter! Oh and see I got my estimate right I said the death would be chapter 65, 66, or 67. It's 66!

Pitch: I'll see you in the death chapter.

Me: Yup! Everyone be prepared and please don't kill me or anything! Feel free to review, suggest, get pitch forks ready, get tissues ready, just get prepared in general, etc.

Until next time! :D
