Here we go! Another chapter!

Um this chapter is dedicated to Nikki Pond for the suggestion. I'm sorry but when I read their review I felt like I needed to explain why the Guardians didn't question all of the storms. So I did the suggestion, because that's really what made me what to explain and it made sense for that, given to me by Nikki Pond! Thank you!

Me: So it seems we must wait another chapter for the death but at least you get more time to prepare.

Jack: Prepare for what?

Me: Um...Nothing.

Jack: Riiiight.

Me: hehe anyway lets travel back to when Jack began as a Guardian and onto the chapter!

Jack's only been with the Guardians for a few months and it was currently the middle of winter. Jack was so far happy with this winter since he hasn't had to do any major storms yet but of course that never lasts. The wind suddenly informed him that he had to go give a small town in Canada a snowstorm. Jack sighed and let the wind pick him up and bring him to Canada.

Once he was there he got to work. The storm clouds rolled in and the wind began to blow hard. Soon a blizzard began. Jack held back tears as he watched the unsuspecting people in the small town were blown by the wind and shivered from the cold. He turned away from the town and headed back to his lake.

About two days later the northern lights were sent out and the Guardians met up at the Pole. When Jack arrived he was met with the accusing glares of Tooth, Bunny, and North while Sandy's glare was directed towards the other Guardians.

"Uh, what's going on?" Jack asked. He's only been a Guardian for about nine months so he was still a bit wary of being left alone again.

"How could you do that, Jack?" Tooth gasped, tears in her glaring magenta eyes.

"Do what?" Jack asked obviously confused.

"You know what you did." Bunny growled, "All those innocent people killed in that blizzard you caused. And everyone else left sick or scared."

"Why did you make storm so bad Jack?" North questioned.

"Y-You think I wanted to do that?" Jack asked. Hurt flashed with his now narrowed eyes.

"You're the one who controls the bloody snow." Bunny snapped, "You probably find it funny to watch them shiver, just like the past winter spirits."

"You don't know anything!" Jack growled. "Just because I cause the storm doesn't mean I like doing it! I know what it causes but I don't have a choice! I have to follow the weather patterns I was given or otherwise nature is out of balance!"

Tooth sighed, "We get that but-"

"No you don't!" Jack interrupted, "I know how bad the cold feels because when I was human we didn't have all this heating and stuff! No all we had was fire and cloaks and blankets! I also know how bad it feels to die from the cold! How do you think I feel about controlling the season with the same cold that killed me?! How do you think I feel about making others feel that cold?! How do you think I feel about everyone hating me for that cold and associating my season with death!? Well it isn't a good feeling I can tell you that! So no you don't! You don't understand anything! So understand this, I don't get to choose how bad I make the storm because I follow the weather patterns otherwise it could be worse than just a snowstorm."

The Guardians stared in shock at their newest Guardian's outburst.

Jack sighed, "I have to go. I have a job to do." With that he left through the window. Tooth, Bunny, and North stood there in silence as the piercing gazes of Sandy and the Yetis, who have grown to care for the winter spirit, were directed at the three.

Sandy then went into their faces and began to scold the others about what they just did. He explained to them about how all the nature spirits had to follow Mother Nature's patterns. He explains how while Jack may be mischievous but he's seen Jack enough times over the years to know that he takes his job seriously and has even seen Jack upset after a storm.

In reality it is very rare for a seasonal to mess with Mother Nature's patterns, for fear of her wrath. There were only a few over the years but even they were straightened up by Nature. Really only three got away with it and that was General Winter, Old Man Winter and, of course, Jokul Frosti. Jokul Frosti though was the only one who got away without being yelled at by Nature.

The other Guardians felt guilty for what they did and decided they would apologize. But they couldn't find him, not even Bunny could sniff him out. When they would ask Sandy if he found him with drams Sandy would stay quiet.

It was about two months later when they found him again. The Guardians were having their monthly meeting when he flew in the window. They all stood up and Bunny, Tooth, and North apologized. Jack had only sighed and said it was fine, that he was use to stuff like that by now. This made them all frown and apologize once more. They then continued on with the meeting and the Guardians never questioned Jack's job again.

Me: Was that good? I don't know.

Jack: Why do you like putting me in pain?

Me: Is there something wrong with that?

Jack: YES!

Me: Really? Oh well it won't stop me.

Jack: *sighs* I know. Oh and what were you doing with the wind?!

Me: I wanted to see if she'd listen to me. It worked! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Jack: Your crazy.

Me: I know! Anyway feel free to suggest, comment, ask questions, get prepared, etc.

Until next time! :D
