Ok heres the next chapter!

Me: This is short but it gets the point across, I think.

Pitch: Yes one more heart felt thing before you begin the arc.

Me: Oh shut up Pitch!

Anyway onto the chapter

For three hundred years, Jack would look into windows seeing families getting together to eat and make happy memories. He had yearned to be a part of something like that, not just for the food but just to be as a family. He desired to have those happy smiles aimed at him, to feel the comfortable warmth that came from having loved ones. Sure he had the wind but it wasn't the same.

On those days, tears would well within his eyes and he'd curl up into a ball, the wind trying to comfort him. Then, when the tears would dry and no longer fall, he'd plaster on his smile and continue with his life.

But now, three hundred years later, he had the Guardians. Of course at first he thought they'd leave him alone but that wasn't the case. No, North offered him a room at the Pole and they all tried to get together whenever they had the time. They tried acting like a family and that alone stuck Jack's heart with warmth.

Today North had called them all together and Jack found that it was simply for a feast. It was a feast of amazing foods and drinks. It had all the Guardians together, chatting and playful bickering.

It was everything Jack had yearned tied together in one activity. Jack felt his smile widen at this, his heart warm, and his light grow. He felt as though he'd give anything to repay this wonderful gift.

The Guardians were the family he's always yearned for and all it took was three hundred years to receive this gift. And he wouldn't give them up for anything.

Me: Like I said, It's short but sweet. I also couldn't think of anything for Thanksgiving.

Pitch: So this is actually random

Me: Not really since it goes with the concept of this fic.

Pitch: *rolls eyes*

Me: You do that a lot.

Pitch: I wonder why.

Me: Same. Oh well. Feel free to comment, suggest, PM me, etc.

Happy Thanks Giving!

Until next time! :D
