"All x-men report to the war room, all x-men report to the war room.." Professor Charles Xavier called over to the intercom system inside the mansion.
The only two x-men that were not on missions, the young wide-eyed Jubilee, and the kind gentle Hank McCoy filed into the war room.
"Beast do you finally think that the professor will let me go on a mission?" Jubilee asked, hoping that this could very well be her chance to go on a legit mission on her own.
Beast smiled. "I highly doubt it, but it is quite peculiar that the professor wouldn't had altered the others, if there was any problems to arise."
Jubilee sighed as the door to the war room open and professor X came into the room.
"I'm sorry to disrupt your free time, but this came up quickly and since we are official one x-man down and the others being out on missions for the time being, this could not wait." Professor X explained, as Jubliee had her fingers tightly crossed as the door open once more.
A young woman, with shoulder length raven black hair, with her bangs swept off to the right covering her eye, head to toe in nothing but black and purple, walked over to professor X.
"This is Christina Johnson, she will be taking over Rogue's duty for now. I have been talking to her for some time, and when Rogue decided to left indefinitely, I offer Christina an opportunity to help our worthy cause."
"Uh no need to be formal with me, just call me Tina, or Nightmare either one is fine." Tina noticed the confuse looks on the two in front of her.
"Nightmare is such a...peculiar alias to be called, why dub yourself that?" Question beast, seeing that Tina doesn't really live up to the name.
"Long story short, my mutant abilities is to enter one's dream, through brain waves I guess, I not really sure how it works, plus due to a bit of an experiment a while back, I can also shoot energy blasts, and this is why due to my mutation…" She lift up her bangs showing a bright purple right eye. "I have this I guess."
"She is quite unique, which here is always a good thing to be.." Professor X felt beast slightly uneasy at the moment, but dismiss it for now. " Jubilee why don't you show Tina around, so she can invest in her new surroundings.."
"Sure, its great to have another girl here too many guys around" Jubilee walked out with Tina.
"Hey its always good to be in a house full of men, though I understand why you wouldn't care for them.." Tina laughed as the war room door close.
"I sense your concerns Hank, she wouldn't told me what sort of experiment, nor would I pry her mind for the information needed. Once she is comfortable I sure she will open up."
"Indeed so, but I had to wonder, she could had been a looking for a cure for her mutation, and backfire on her." Hank knew many mutants would wanted to get rid of their mutant abilities, and if they did something to try to rid themselves of it, it either went horribly wrong or cause additional powers to come into light.
"We will just have to wait until she is ready to open up, until then we will not discuss it any further.." Professor X proceeded to leave along with Beast, afterwards a little spider like robot came out of its hiding place with a glowing red eye or what seem to look like one, climbed up the wall into an open air vent, before disappearing.
