Chapter 2
"The house should be right around here." said Kiyoshi Moshimo to his wife, Miki, while concentrating on the road. "Well, it's about time." Miki replied. "You can say that again because we're here." Kiyoshi answered back as the car pulled into the driveway. The realtor was waiting on the front steps. Kiyoshi and Miki got out of their car quickly. "Hello," The realtor called as they approached her. "I'm Angela." "Thank you," Kiyoshi replied, "I'm Kiyoshi Moshimo and this my wife, Miki." Angela shook hands with both Kiyoshi and Miki. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you both. Let's get started, shall we?" Angela said happily, " Follow me inside."
They all came into the house. Kiyoshi and Miki looked around as they entered. "Holy crap." He said. "I know, it's something isn't it." Angela replied. "Let's start in the living room." They walked in to the living room that was to the left of the front door. "It comes with wood burning fireplace. It can be nice on cold nights and over there is a sunroom right behind it." "It's nice." Miki commented. "Would you like to see the kitchen?" Angela asked. "Sure, that would be lovely." Miki replied. "Alright then. Follow me" They walked into the kitchen. "It includes all of the original kitchen hardware and has a lot of space." Angela declared as they walked into the kitchen. "Wouldn't you agree?" "I agree." Kiyoshi chuckled. Miki shook her head. "Why don't we go up to the second floor?" Angela asked. "Sure, I would like that." Miki replied. "Okay then, follow me this way." They left the kitchen and made their way to the second floor. "The house has 4 bedrooms. 3 small ones and the master bedroom. It's perfect if you have a family. "Actually, we do." Kiyoshi replied. "Two girls and a boy. There good kids."
"Oh, really? It seems that this house fits with your family well. Anyway, this is an extra room. This could be an office or a playroom."
Kiyoshi looked out the window of the room to find a boathouse outside below. "There's a boathouse." Kiyoshi declared. "Oh, I forgot to mention about that." Angela replied. "Do you own a boat?"
"Yes, we do. We had one for 10 years."
"Well, this house really does fit you and your family."
"I guess so."
"Now, let's move on to the last stop on the tour."
They left the room and went upstairs into the attic. "This is the last stop of the tour. It's very spacious and this also can be used as an office or playroom if you like. So what do think of the house?" "I love it." Kiyoshi and Miki replied.
They later returned outside onto the driveway. "So, what's the catch?" Kiyoshi asked as stepped with Miki. "Well," Angela replied. " I don't really want to tell, but there was a murder that occurred in this house. "I'm sorry, what!" Miki gasped. "It happened two years ago when a teenager killed his entire family and later killed shortly after the murders."
"Doesn't feel weird if you're living in a house with this history."
"I know it's strange, but almost everybody forgot all about and we have moved on. Just go on and get ready to move. I'll take care of everything else. Goodbye."
"Bye."
Kiyoshi and Miki got back into their car as Angela waved goodbye and went inside. Miki looked at her side's mirror, but as she looked, she could see a small black figure standing a few feet from the car. She turned around only to find nothing. "What's the matter?" Kiyoshi asked as he noticed Miki turn around. "Oh, it's nothing. I'm probably just imaging things." Miki replied. The car pulled out of the driveway and drove off to the street.
