Location: Unknown (Mountains and Deserts)

I sat on the building roof happy I've made a difference. The people below settle their differences and help each other out. I jump down on to a dumpster and that's when my phone rang. I flip it open then frown. Message from my boss.

I closed my phone jumping down to the ground, I bid my goodbyes. I grab my bag and went to the 'drop off' location. Once there I saw a helicopter waiting for me. Climbing in I looked out as we flew off to meeting point. Once there I got on a jet going to my next mission. I became a Joe but never went to HQ. Shifu wants us to stay under his watchful eye and finish our training first. Till I get HQ training I'm force along with my sisters to do these pity jobs. They are mostly Natural Disasters they need more help with clean up and getting people out of danger. Sometimes like my last one we get a pity case where we sent to settle some huge fight going on in small towns that gotten out of hand.

When we got to where we needed be he hand me a pad sitting in front of me. I smile to him as I put in my password and it took my print. After a moment it showed me my latest assignment. "At 14:46:23 JST (UTC + 09:00) Friday there was a 9.0 earthquake, depth was 30km, Epicenter 38.322 north, 142. 368 East." I read out the information. This is very little to what they normally gets me. "So I'm going to?" I asked looking up at the man.

"Japan." He answer. "Any more questions?"

"Flooded area or what?" I asked getting up and moving around. I do not like swimming or anything to do with this type of things.

"Flooded, you will be on search and rescue. First line." He told me as he went back to his cockpit to fly us rest of the way. I sat back down and sigh. This sucks.

I sigh and walked over to the exit as he flew in low. I jump with my parachute and hopefully didn't break or land in a tree. I land on top of a building and unhook myself. Quickly I ran forward and went straight to work. A woman was trap in the building I landed on. I jump down and climb down the side. I got to where she was and help her out. I couldn't understand a word she was saying. She did understood I was trying to help her so she let me.

We got out and I got her to the roof away from the flooding waters. The wave hit and destroyed most of this city. It's really small for Japan must be an outer city. I am not sure where it is. I went back in and found a few children and got them out the same way. A helicopter came by and picked them up and went off again. I kept this up as long as I could till I was to tired and sore. The water is going down now. Reminds me when I worked a hurricane job when I was still on my own with this stuff.

I went back to the roof with a kid on my back. They helped us up and I stood there as men on boats came out. The man that was on the Jet came back and pick me up. A few others were in there this time. Someone I knew and was really happy to see. His black outfit was hard to miss to me. I went over to him after my pilot handed me a towel. "Though you might needed that." He laugh. I huff at him as I dried my hair. Working with this guy for a year and he's always making cracks like that.

I went over to Snake Eyes and climb into his lap after I was semi dry. He held me close and we stayed close together as I heard something, more like someone, scoff. I open my eyes and saw Scarlett standing in front of me glaring. "What are you doing here anyways?" She asked. It was only Snake Eyes, Scarlett, and two other men I don't know yet.

"My job?" I said curling closer to Snake Eyes. "I was just picked up. I pulling people out of the buildings for the helicopters and boats to pick up." I stated staying close to my boyfriend. She roll her eyes.

"So you were on clean up duty." She stated smiling sweetly and then start to walk away to her seat. I glare at her and Snake Eyes wrap his arm around me tightly signing in front of me with the other to ignore her. I kiss his neck smiling.

Date: October 25, 2012
Day: Thursday
Time: 4PM CST
Location: UNKNOWN (Middle of the Swamps)

I ran through the swamps waist high of nothing but muck and grossness. I am loving it. I dove in to it looking for what they call the 'emerald of the swamp' or whatever. It's a stupid legend that Cobra wants so I am here to get it first. I came up with a box and went back to the solid land. I had to get out of my suit as fast as I could and put the box in to a bag for transportation. I got it back to the place it's suppose to be and crack my neck as I grab my back walking away. I am missing my boyfriend more and more. I only see him when we have crossing missions which isn't so often unless something huge happens.

I got to drop off point and that's when my pilot land letting me on board. I went to my seat and curl up happy to be going home. "We are off to Haiti now!" He called walking to the front.

"Haiti? What? I am suppose to be going home!" I scream at him following him to the pit. He smiled back at me and I swear if he wasn't wearing that visor he would have wink at me. Might have and I not see it.

"They told me to pick you up and all hands are needed at Haiti. Sandy did a number on it." He inform me. I sat in co-pilot seat and sigh. "No rest for the weary?" He asked and I shot him a look.

"Go to hell." I growl between my teeth. Bed is all I freaking want!

"Fine but you are joining me. Hey all hands doesn't that mean if your boyfriend isn't on a mission he will be there?" That got me in a better mood. Like I'll show him if I was or wasn't. I roll my eyes and turn around to face the window falling asleep for the flight there. Before long he kick me out of the plane and I was pulling people out of buildings, helping them to the roof. I had a few burn marks to my ever growing collection for a few of those buildings were on fire. The winds are harsh and three days later I was picked up.

Another day before I got to my home close to New York. Back to my old neighborhood I walked in and there was Snake Eyes waiting for me. I ran over to him wrapping my arms around him tightly. He held me close as we kiss. "Ew!" I heard someone yelled. We pull away to see the black hair girl who looks so much like me. She's older now then she was when he first met her. He has even seen her a few times since then. "Vati! Nana!" She scream tackling us both to the ground. I laugh holding her. We fell asleep together on the couch in the living room. Damn Snake Eyes makes a good pillow when you are sore and tired. Plus missing him so much does help doesn't it?

Location: Mama Mo's, Unknown Suburb of New York

UGH! Fifth day of the stupid government shutting down. Guess what? I can't go on missions, I can't see my boyfriend, I probably can't even go in to hiding till it restarts! Stupid luck. I flop down on to the couch and Mama Mo walked in giving me her famous 'what do you think you are doing?' look.

"Break from Joes, Work, Boyfriend, and life!" I scream in to the couch pillow. She sigh walking away.

"Most people would be happy about getting break from those things!" She called over her shoulder to me. I growled and sigh. Time to spend with my kids. The twins are at school as is most of the others. Only one home right now is Kay and he's sick so no messing with him. His older sister took the day off from work to take care of him. It's really sweet of her. I got up and made me lunch and drank more coffee. Wow, how much I missed coffee over the three years I've been working for the Joes! Another year before I get to be officially part of the Joes instead of their lapdog. I smiled with that thought. Hopefully by them me and Snake Eyes will have a rated MA relationship. Whenever we try to do anything more then 'fondle' a kid walks in or one of us is called out on missions. Then we don't see each other for months on end. It's all just so annoying. I sigh and drank the last of my coffee.

I need a run. I went upstairs and got my choker and putting it on tightly I slip on a jacket and boots. I went out and smiled. I love the cold air. I have always been a strange girl. My friends all rather be inside ball up under covers and here I am running in blue jeans, army boots, a light jacket with long sleeve undershirt, Yeah. I'm sure a strange one. It's in the seventies here. It feels so good! I ran and kept running around the neighborhood. I saw a lot of my friends growing up and a few not so friends. As I got back to the house my ears were numb so I went inside to warm up some. I notice a black van that I don't recognize pull up and before I could say anything Mama Mo had a gun out.

"Mama, we aren't in the war anymore!" I scream at her who she ignored me. Once a weapon specialist always a weapon specialist! I sigh walking out and then a smile cross my face when the Joes came out. It was Snake Eyes who got pounce by me. The others just took a known step back. He never falls, he always balance himself out before he can. I kiss him not caring about his mask. He press up then put me down on to my feet playing with my black hair.

"Who's she?" I heard someone ask. I stayed in Snake Eyes arms and looked to the voice. It was a girl that has to be Japanese origin. She's pretty too.

"That's Snake's gal." Duke said smiling to me. I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Come on, Mama probably now got the gun away." I stated walking back to the house. Snakes stayed close by and I smile up to him. He wrap his arms around me and softly bury his face, mask and all, into my neck. I smile leaning back to him. It's been about four months since we last saw each other. Give us a break?

We came inside and sure enough gun disappear, like magic. "Gun what gun?" She ask innocently. Of course. I roll my eyes as she told everyone what's for dinner. I am happy Snake Eyes is back. Even if it's for a night or however long Duke could get him off for, probably as long as the Government is down. It's off the record why the Government is down but the Joes know the truth. Zartan took down the government when he was being caught. They are fixing it thus I'm out of the job till it's back. I lean back on my Knight in Black Armor and smiled as he stayed with me.

After dinner, that Snake Eyes and I ate in our room, we then curl up together and smile as he kiss my neck. Damn. I heard them as did he. "Nana save me! Uncle trying to get me!" a girl voice echo through the house and I roll my eyes. Every time. I got out of the room after I pull my shirt over my head and went down the hall to where Duke had my girl pin to the floor tickling the hell out of her. "Na-Na," she laugh out "save." She can't stop laughing. "Me." She's out of breath so I put my hand on Duke's shoulder. He stop and let her up and she ran behind me using my leg as a shield.

"Hey isn't your show coming on tonight?" I asked hoping her latest kick was on tonight.

"No, Once Upon a Time comes on tomorrow night." She said innocently. Of course it is. Duke only got today off for them and the new girl Jinx doesn't like me. Oh well. I walked back to Snake Eyes and my room with a kid following me. "Nana, where's Vati?" She asked sweetly then before I could answer she got swoop up and span around in circle. She squealing the whole time.

"There." I said with a grin. He's so good with her. He sat on the floor with her in his lap. She curl up to him giggling.

"I've missed you, Vati." She finally said after a while. "When we go live on base with you?" She wonder looking up at him. He shrug his shoulders then glance to me.

"I don't know either." I said going down pulling his mask up only slightly to kiss his lips. I'm happy that the Zartan stuff is over but the second that the Government is Restarted I have no idea what crazy stuff they will be sending me off on. Cobra was caught and disassemble four times with in this past few years and ever time they do they escape and reassemble. I smile and curl in to his arms with my daughter. Even if no sex because of her I am still happy she's the reason why him and I started to date. I am happy she was born. Maybe this time around I'll be able to leave soon. Hopefully. My training is almost done and just waiting for them to allow us back on base.
