Chapter 05:

It has been a long night for me. I was busy thinking about the Winx and what I needed to do. I went to bed quite late, but when I got up, it was only 6 a.m. Well, I had a 4-hour sleep.

I went to the bathroom to take a morning shower. I looked at the mirror. My face seemed to be tired. I gussed I needed to sleep more, in the contrary, I was a morning person, so waking up early is quite a habit to me. Okay, with some make up on, I'll be good

I chose a white floral crop top and a pair of denim jeans to wear. My head was still a little dizzy from having not enough sleep, so I thought I should go for a walk. That's why I put on my converse. What can I say about my image? Simple but active.

I went downstair. Mom and Nabu were still asleep. I decided to make a glass of orange juice and went out.

Morning air is so fresh. I took a deep breath. Felt so good.

I walked to the park. It was still early so the streets weren't as crowded as usual, while the park was full of people go jogging. I didn't mean to be here to take excercises, so I slowly walked enjoying the scenery of nature.

I was wanderring under the trees, all of the blue, I saw a familiar blue haired boy. Guess who he was, Helia! Oh my, I didn't know why my body began to have chemical reacts (I did a little over exaggerate). I could feel my cheeks heating up. My heart started racing. My body seemed to be shaking. And it was like butterflies in my stomach. I just want to shout for cheer. Why do all these feelings come to me whenever I meet him? Somebody help me, please! At least I don't want to behave crazily in front of him.

What is he doing? I took a few step to take a closer look.

Helis was reading a book in a bench. I bet he must have been so concentrated that he didn't even recognize my presence.

"Uhmm..Good morning, Helia" I shyly greeted. I had to take all my courage to speak to him.

"Oh, good morning, Flora" he surprisingly looked up.

"What are you reading?" I asked.

"It's just a science book" Helia politely replied.

"Oh, I see" I nodded.

There came the silence. Oh geez, this is awkward! Speak, Flora, speak!

"I don't know you like going to the park at this hour. My sister uses to stay up late, and it's a challenge for her to be at school early" he chuckled.

"My mother isn't usually at home so I have to prepare breakfast and lunch for me and Nabu. That's why I have to be up early"

"Wow, you're really amazing. Nabu must be very proud to have a sister like you" Helia nodded.

This is so blushy, hope my cheeks don't burn red.

Suddenly, I heard dog barking.

"Yikes! It's Max" I screamed out loud then held Helia's arm tightly.

"It's okay! I got you" Helia tried to comfort me.

"Max! Be there! Sit!" Helia pointed at Max.

He nicely held my hand and encouraged me to move.

"Don't worry, Flora. He is very nice. See? I told him to sit down" said Helia.

"Okay, that reliefs me a lot" I murmured. " I know Max is cute, but I'm still scared"

"Let me help you"

"Oh no, I don't think you can" I said with teary eyes.

"Believe me, Flora. I think Max and I can help you overcome this" smiled Helia.

Even Max barked. I guessed he wanted to show me that he agreed with Helia.

"I...I'm..." I couldn't complete me sentence.

"Do you trust me?" Helia looked me in the eyes. It seemed like our eyes locked and I coudn't get mine out off those srtiking aqua eyes. I'm so lost into them, I told myself.

"I, I do.." I stuttered.

Helia slightly smiled and held my hand tight. His hand was so warm and comfortable to me.

Little by little, he took me closer to Max.

When we were about a few step to Max, I wanted to run away. However, Helia made me feel so weak that my body didn't listen to me.

"Okay, here we go" Helia held my hand to touch Max.

It was creepy at first. But then, I got used to it. So fluffy.

"There you see. He likes you" Helia chuckled.

Is it a dream or a fairy tale? I really enjoy this moment with him. My body reacts strangely but I don't mind at all. I like it actually. I like how my heart skips a beat. I even can't control my actions. My mind is just thinking of him. I am enchanted to meet him. Helia...wish time would stop flying.

And then i realized, there was somebody before me met my Helia and left him a scar. It's Krystal. I still hadn't known the what had happened yet but how can I be able to know it?

"Hi Flo" said Musa.

"Hi" I replied with a smile.

We were having lunch together at school.

"Have you heard anything about the coming prom next month?" mouthed Stella."Guess what, voting for Stella, right?" Musa giggled.

"Of course, who else is prettier than me, duh" said Stella.

"But the nomination list isn't out yet, so don't exaggerate" said Tecna.

"Oh come on, I'm always the prom queen. And so is this year, I'm telling you" Stella said annoyingly.

"We know you will, Stel" Brandon gave her a kiss. I still couldn't stand it.

"Aw, Tecna. How is going on ưith your gifted school application?" Bloom changed the topic.

"I had just sent it yesterday. I hope they will accept it. I've been studying so hard that I hardly call it a day" Tecna reponsed.

"Oh, that's nice. By the way, where is Sky?" Bloom asked the boys.

"He said he and Helia had to rewrite an essay so they must be in the library then" Timmy told Bloom.

"I go to see him now" Bloom giggled.

"Okay, buh-bye" Stella mouthed.

"Hey, is there anything wrong to you? I don't see you speak much today" Layla texted me.

"No, I'm fine. It's just my head is in the cloud so i don't pay attention enough :)" I texted back.

"I gotta go now, see you later" I picked my bag up and walked away.

That lunch was awful. I left the cafeteria in other to see Helia in the library. The food had no taste to me when he was not around. Plus, I had better leave before watching kissing scence from Stella and Brandon. They were way too romantic.

I would pretend I didn't know they were in the library, as if I came to find some materials. So there I was, in the library, searching for Helia. After a minute, I found Bloom sitting next to Sky in the corner of the room. I could see Bloom was very happy talking to Sky. I had a feeling that Bloom was really into Sky. I hoped Sky wasn't interested in this ugly girl. Sky was too good for a mean girl like her.

I guessed he had left. I still need some materials for my assignment. Therefore, I went on looking. I was only paying attention to search for some history books that...

"Hey Flo" a male voice spoke up behind me.

I turned back to see him.

"Hi, Helia. I don't know you're here, too" what a liar, Flora!

"I can see you looking for books to write the essay! Is this one?" Helia gave me a book.

"Yes! I've been looking for it. Thanks, Helia" I smiled.

"You're welcome" Helia nodded.

Helia, each day, I like you more and more. I don't know how to stop, and I don't want to. What am I supposed to do now?

I was walking by myself to my locker, then out of the blue, a girl ran into the Winx. Unfortunately, she hit the drama queen Stella. Her coffee spilled all over Stella's brand new jacket. I bet Stella was very pissed off.

"OH MY GOSH" Stella yelled at the top of her lungs.

"I'm sorry" the poor girl cried.

"Do you know how much it costs? I'LL KILL YOU" Stella slapped her face.

"No, no...I...I'm sorry" Stella's victim stuttered.

"Get lost, dirty pig" Musa hissed.

The poor girl immediately ran away.

I don't want to hold my revenge back anymore. This is enough! I have to see Riven.

It has been a year since I wrote chapter 4. I'm so sorry to let you guys wait. I should've updated sooner, unfortunately, I forgot my story. Now, I have to think of a new storyline. I rewrote some minor details in my previous chapter so that it would be fit for my new idea. According to this, Riven is not in the gang.

Furthermore, I know this chapter is not really good since I have lost the feeling for the story, but I'll try to improve it on later chapters.
