As Naruto woke from his unconsciousness, he remembered what put him there in the first place.
'Oh man, I can't believe I am going to be a father. Damn it!' Naruto thought as he rose from the couch and tried to find Kurotsuchi.
"Kuro! Where are you? I need to talk with you!" Naruto yelled as he walked around the familiar house.
"You're up asshole?! I'm in the kitchen!" (Don't even...) Naruto heard from the kitchen area.
Naruto walked in to see Kurotsuchi getting a huge breakfast ready, he leant against the counter and looked at exactly what Kurotsuchi was making.
"After this is done you can get your own, it'll take a while though." Kurotsuchi said as she saw Naruto looking hungrily at the pile of pancakes and bacon.
"Wha..."
"I'm eating for two if you remember, it's your fault you know!"
"Fine... but I will get my reve... always beautiful." Naruto said as his cerulean eyes met Kurotsuchi's pink ones.
"Wha-what are you saying asshole?!" Kurotsuchi said, flustered and turning red.
"Just repeating what I think when I see you. How's the little one coming along?" Naruto asked.
"Uh... fine I guess, healthy, I kinda decided to keep it a surprise. Hehe..." Kurotsuchi replied with a grin.
"That's fine. It adds to the mystery." Naruto then heard a knocking at the door. "I'll get it."
"Ok."
Naruto then walked to the door and opened it up to see a Stone Ninja with a box in his hand.
"This is a delivery for one Ms. Kurotsuchi?" The apparent delivery man asked.
"He can sign for it!" Kurotsuchi yelled from down the hall.
"Ok... don't know how she heard me, won't ask. Sign please." The man said as he handed a piece of paper and a brush with an ink seal on it. Naruto signed for the delivery and the man exchanged the box for the paper and brush.
"Thank you have a nice day."
As the door shut, Naruto looked at the picture located on the box. It appeared to be a male civilian with a pouch with loops around the shoulders like a reverse backpack, except it had a baby in it.
"Oh no, no way." Naruto said to himself.
"Yep!" He heard from the kitchen.
'How did she even...?'
Later That Night...
Naruto laid in the double bed with Kurotsuchi and was in the middle of a dream.
Naruto was running down a long hallway with a light at the end. When he rushed through the light, he found himself in a meadow with Kurotsuchi and a baby, obviously theirs. However due to Naruto's imagination being influenced by the Nine Tailed Fox, this didn't last long. Kurotsuchi looked at Naruto with disgust as the previously clear sky suddenly became cloudy and started to rain.
"Why would I let something like you anywhere near my baby? You monster! Get away! I never want to see you again!" Kurotsuchi screamed as she held the baby closer and ran out of the meadow, never looking back.
Naruto woke up screaming.
"Hey, what's up?" Kurotsuchi said softly.
Naruto started crying and hugging Kurotsuchi closer to him.
"Don't leave me ever, please. Please..." Naruto said as he continued to cry into Kurotsuchi's neck. Kurotsuchi then proceeded to stroke Naruto's head softly.
"Never..."
10 Days Later
"Asshole! Get in here now!" Kurotsuchi screamed at the top of her lungs.
"What! What happened?!" Naruto exclaimed as he suddenly appeared in the doorway to the bedroom to find Kurotsuchi clutching her enlarged stomach.
"My-my water broke. Help me." Kurotsuchi said with a frightened light in her eyes.
Naruto immediately rushed over to Kurotsuchi and picked her up bridal style before rushing out the door of the house and over to the hospital.
As he rushed through the door he asked the receptionist for a hospital room.
"Can I get a hospital room please? Her water broke and I need a couple of doctors to help me. Please!" Naruto pleaded.
"Doctor Mu! Take her to Room C12! Her water's broken! I will send Doctors Mura and Kiyu to help you." The woman at the reception desk responded. The passing doctor immediately showed the frazzled man to the specified room.
"Lay her on this bed and the other doctors will be here shortly." The doctor said.
"Do you want me to be here when it happens? Or do you want me to wait outside?" Naruto asked the soon to be mother.
"Oh you're stayin' in here asshole, you did this to me, and now I get to break your hand." Kurotsuchi said with a grin. The doctor snickered.
"Hey!"
"Shit! Aahh! Give me your hand asshole!" Kurotsuchi said as she snatched Naruto's inside hand and gripped it tightly. Naruto could feel the bones in his hand being squashed.
"Doctor! I think it's starting! Help!" Naruto yelled at the doctor who was standing by the door waiting for the others.
"Okay, help me get her pants off, hurry!" The doctor said.
"You know if this wasn't the situation you would be so dead right now for saying that." Naruto said as he tore his hand free from Kurotsuchi's grasp. Nevertheless, Naruto helped the doctor get Kurotsuchi's pants and panties off and got her into the birthing position. The two doctors from before came rushing in to find Kurotsuchi going into labour.
The two doctors immediately rushed to their stations to help with the birth while Naruto went back to Kurotsuchi's side to get his hand broken. Hey, if you said you're going to do what she wants, then there's no backing out.
As the contractions got worse and Naruto's hand got pulverised even more, the doctor between Kurotsuchi's legs saw a glimpse of the baby.
"Push! Push hard!" The doctor exclaimed. "I can see the head!"
"Damnit! AAAAHHHH!" Kurotsuchi screamed as she gave birth.
"Keep going it's almost... got it! Doctor Mu, please take this baby to- oh! Keep pushing! There's another one!"
"Another one?! Damnit asshole, why did you have to do this to me?!" Kurotsuchi screamed.
"I'm sorry!"
"It's out!" The doctor exclaimed "Doctor Mu."
"Here you go you guys. Doctor Mu said as he handed the twins to Kurotsuchi and Naruto. "You have a healthy baby boy and girl."
