Chapter 3
Waking up, Gohan Jr. sat in his sleeping bag, his eyes wide as he panted for breath. Looking down at the ground momentarily, Gohan Jr. got out of his sleeping bag and scrambled to find his armor suit and mask. After putting on the suit and mask, Saiyaman powered up into his Super Saiyan form and walked into the main part of his lair.
What did I just see in my dream? I've never seen anything like it...
The squeaks of his boots walking through the liquid of the healing capsule filled the room as Saiyaman put the ammo straps around his torso. Putting the double-barreled shotgun and the BFG-9000 on his back, Saiyaman walked towards the shaft leading to the outdoors before flying up through it. After landing on the ground, Saiyaman walked through the remains of his mansion before stopping in front of a large overhang that cast an even bigger shadow. Turning his head to the side, Saiyaman looked in the direction of the energy signal he was sensing.
I'm sensing someone. Hopefully, it's David Loko.
Stepping back into the shadow, Saiyaman melted into it, his silhouette perfectly camouflaging with the darkness around him. After waiting a few moments, David Loko came into the clearing, his hands frittering nervously as he looked around.
"Uh, I'm here like you asked! Can you help me?!" Yelled David.
"Calm down; you'll wake the neighbors," muttered Saiyaman as he stepped out of the shadows, his stare locked in on David as David turned towards him.
"Did you find the other believers I told you about?"
"I did. They'll be fine where they're at."
"Are you going to do anything about this mess we're all in?"
"This world I've woken up to is far different than the one I lived in; I need to figure out how it operates before I make any plans."
"I'm not trying to rush you, but things are getting worse all the time, and you're the only difference-maker we have left."
"Patience. I still need to go to..."
At that moment, the sound of feet landed behind David Loko. Saiyaman stared into the eyes of another Android 21 as David Loko whimpered in fear, his feet slowly backing up towards Saiyaman's position.
"I have found the suspect from the Old Tokyo 3 high school wanted for the charge of violating Tokyo 3 Law 196. I recommend surrender," said the Android as it's orange mohawk swayed in the wind.
"David," whispered Saiyaman as he took off his weapons and ammo straps, "take these and go down the ventilation shaft leading to my lair. The sensors in the shaft will recognize that you're an ordinary human, and a soft landing pad will be waiting for you at the bottom of the fall."
"Ok," whispered David as he took Saiyaman's equipment and made his way through the ruins towards the shaft. As the Android 21 turned towards David, Sayiaman suddenly appeared in front of him, blocking his way.
"You're going to have to go through me if you want to arrest him, Android," growled Saiyaman.
"That can be arranged."
At that moment, nine more android 21 models dropped around Saiyaman, causing the Darkness of Justice to look around. Looking back at the android 21 that stood in front of him, Saiyaman smirked.
"Only 10 of you? This won't be much of a fight," growled Saiyaman as he clenched his fists and began powering up. The golden aurora around Saiyaman intensified as he reached the maximum power of his Super Saiyan form...
…...
Somewhere far away, in a dark room lit up by super computers, middle-aged soldiers dressed in green jumpsuits stared at the screens in awe.
"That power level! It's so huge! Could it be Saiyaman that's in Tokyo 3?" asked one of the men.
"He's in his first Super Saiyan form, but he was never this strong in that form before," muttered a voice from behind the men. As the men turned around, a black metal figure with white eyes came out of the darkness and walked towards the screen.
"Are you sure that it's him? It's been 12 years since anyone has seen him."
"We'll have to keep watching."
…...
Narrowing his eyes, Saiyaman looked down at the ground as he stood tall with clenched fists, his golden aurora blazing like the sun. Looking up at the android 21 in front of him, Saiyaman teleported behind it and smashed it in the back. As that Android 21 went flying, another one came in and tried to punch Saiyaman, but Saiyaman blocked it with his forearm. The remaining seven android 21s jumped into the fray, a cloud of fists and feet surrounding Saiyaman. Saiyaman broke out of the cloud and started flying up into the sky. One of the android 21s appeared behind him, but Saiyaman backhanded him with his left fist. Before he knew it, Saiyaman was blasted in the back by an energy blast. After recovering from it, Saiyaman threw a blast of energy at that android 21 before getting smashed in the face by another one.
"You guys are a lot stronger as a group than you are in a one on one match-up," muttered Saiyaman as he stared down the android 21 that had smashed him in the face. With a roar, Saiyman started throwing his fists and feet at the android 21 in front of him; instantly, the remaining Android 21s joined in. Saiyaman tried his best to deflect their blows and land some of his own, but he found himself overwhelmed. Before long, Saiyaman started eating more fists and feet than he could handle, and he was struck in the back, launching him into the ground below with a great crash. As the Android 21s landed around the outside of the crater, Saiyaman climbed out of the rubble and stood tall, his armor covered in scratches and dust, blood trickling from his lower lip. Wiping the blood from his face, Saiyaman stared at the bloody smear on his wrist for a moment.
Darn androids are too powerful as a group for this form to work; I'm going to have to go up to Super Saiyan 2.
Looking up at the android 21 across from him while lowering his hand, Saiyaman bore down on him with his icy stare.
"Foolish androids," muttered Saiyaman, "always getting into fights that you have no chance of winning. Just remember that you brought this on yourselves."
Gritting his teeth in anger, Saiyaman looked up towards the heavens, his screams filling them as the golden aurora around him blazed like an out-of-control-forest fire. The sky temporarily became cloudy as lightening started to strike on the ground all around Saiyaman, his body covered with sizzling electricity. All the hair on Saiyaman's head stood up on end except for a single strand as he finished his transformation. Looking back down into the eyes of the Android 21 in front of him, Saiyaman smirked.
"As your reward for pushing me this far, I give you death."
…...
Back in the dark room, the soldiers were stammering and tripping over themselves as the power level readings on Saiyaman had gone up dramatically. One of the soldiers finally drew up enough strength to voice what they were all thinking.
"I've never seen such a high power-level reading before! He's almost as strong as you, Frieza!"
A large black metal tail moved in front of Frieza as the light from the super computers glistened of her shiny black armor.
"Don't be foolish," said Frieza, "He's just getting started."
"There's no way that can be!" exclaimed the soldier.
"You better believe it. You've all seen how strong I am; Saiyaman easily bested me the last time I fought against him, and he was way weaker before. If I had to guess, he's probably using only about five percent of his power right now."
"Amazing! He's got to be the most powerful fighter on this planet!"
"I sure hope so..."
…...
Moving quicker than the androids could follow, Saiyaman leaped at the Android 21 directly in front of him, his hand gripping the android's face as Saiyman flew off towards Tokyo 3. The other androids followed in pursuit.
Landing in central park in the middle of Tokyo 3, Saiyaman finished crushing the head of the android, then stepped back as the remaining eight android 21s landed around him. Saiyaman looked around the environment, taking note of all the civilians that had gathered around the edge of the park; some were getting on their phones to make calls while others used their phones to snap pictures of Saiyman being surrounded by all the androids.
"It seems like we've drawn a good crowd, guys," said Saiyaman, "please try to give them a good show."
All the androids jumped Saiyaman at once, their fists and feet moving in the same brutal, efficient, and speedy fashion as before. To their horror, Saiyman easily dodged all their moves, chuckling along the way as their attacks grew increasingly out of control.
"Well," began Saiyaman, "this isn't as entertaining of a show as I wanted to give them, but it will have to do."
With a scream, Saiyaman jumped out of the pile and starting blasting away at the androids with a series of powerful, rapid-fire energy blasts. Within moments, all eight androids were a pile of scraps in the park. As he turned away and started walking to the edge of the park, the citizens of Tokyo 3 began to crowd around him, young and old people alike reaching out to him, trying desperately to touch the edge of his armor. After looking around at them briefly, Saiyaman started to float up into the sky. The citizens of Tokyo 3 took a step back in shock as Saiyaman's face became a mask of anger. Raising his arms and hands up to shoulder height, Saiyaman looked up to the sky and began powering up, causing the ground to shake.
How could these people allow this world to exist?! How could they allow such an evil entity like the New World Coalition to exist? How can they persecute Christians simply for being Christians?!
His screams filling the sky, Saiyaman powered up to his maximum power of his Super Saiyan 2 form, the clouds and sky going dark as electricity sizzled around his body. The crowd looked on in horror as Saiyaman suddenly flew off like a shot out of the city.
…...
Back in the dark room, Frieza stared at the power level readings on the computer monitors before turning towards her troops.
"Get ready; we're going to have a visitor soon."
…...
In the darkness of a penthouse suite, the silhouette of an old man sat behind an oak desk. His finger pressed the fourth button in a series of buttons on the monitor on the desk.
"Put Gero on the line," muttered the old man, "we have a problem."
…...
Back at the grounds for his mansion, Saiyaman landed among the ruins before reverting back to his Super Saiyan form. After locating the shaft, Saiyaman jumped down, landing on the bottom with the grace of a cat. David Loko could be seen leaning against a wall with the BFG-9000 across his arms, looking Saiyaman straight in the eye.
"I am so glad to see you," exclaimed David.
"Hopefully you didn't get too bored," muttered Saiyaman.
"Did you get rid of them?"
"All the androids have been eliminated."
"What now?"
"There's nothing more I can do in this city on my own. I need to head over to West City to locate someone."
"Are you going to take me with you?"
"You think I was going to leave you here?"
After going into the weapons closet and arming himself with his back-up BFG 9000 and super shotgun, Saiyman walked over to the super computers and initiated the self-destruct sequence.
"What are you doing?!" screamed David Loko.
"Those androids know where my lair is; they'll be back in spades to take us," said Saiyaman. "I have a back-up lair in West City that we can hide out in. Nobody knows about it but me and a couple others."
After he finished up at the super computers, Saiyaman took David Loko to the shaft.
"You're going to want to hold on to me; it's going to be a bumpy ride," said Saiyaman. As David wrapped his arms around Saiyaman's stomach, Saiyaman flew off into the sky. As Saiyaman and David flew past the outer limits of Tokyo 3, the remains of Gohan Jr.'s mansion went up in a huge ball of fire...
