Lucy and Natsu were sitting in her kitchen eating a nice bowl of cereal together. Natsu was already dressed for the day, the blonde still in her pajamas. She couldn't help but notice this, laughing just a little bit.
"Natsu, how are you dressed already? Why?"
"You need rent money."
"What?"
"Last night, before I gave you my sweet lovin' " he smirked and cocked a brow. "You literally spent an hour complaining about how you needed rent money. Remember? Remember?"
"Yes Natsu! But shouldn't we do a job together."
"Well I wasn't going to go without you, I just wanted to be prepared."
The door then swung open and a deflated Juvia came sauntering in, Erza following and Levy at the end. They were mumbling something or another to each other.
"Hi guys?" Lucy said with a light wave.
"Hi Lucy!" Levy waved and rushed up to her. "Hey Natsu. How often are you here?" She questioned suspiciously.
"He's always here! Even when she's not." Erza chimed in, causing Lucy to bang her head against the table.
"As are you Erza." She deadpanned.
"Yes, well this place is like home."
"Juvia does think it's nice." She muttered sadly. She took her seat at the table across from Lucy. "Juvia would love to live in a nice place like this with Gray - sama." Her lip quivered.
"Something wrong Juvia."
"Lucy…" Juvia buried her hand into her hands. "Juvia and Gray - sama are fighting and Gray - sama won't apologize and Juvia doesn't know what to do."
"What exactly did he do?"
Natsu groaned as Lucy continued to entertain this.
"Juvia doesn't want to say in front of Erza."
Levy's eyes shocked wide and she ran towards the table, sliding next to Lucy. "This got interesting."
"What exactly did he do!?" Erza shouted, her voice echoing.
"See, this is exactly what Juvia didn't want."
"I will DESTROY him!" And Erza charged out of the house. Juvia started to sob, loudly. Blubbering something about the death of her Gray - sama and Natsu couldn't stop laughing.
"Natsu!" Lucy squeaked. "Go follow her and stop this!"
He let out an irritated groaned and whipped his head back. "Lucy!" he whined, but she didn't budge. She simply stuck out her index finger and pointed it towards the door.
"Fine. I'll see you later I guess." He then leaned forward and pressed his lips to her sweetly. There was an audible gasp from the other two in the room. Natsu pulled back and realized what it was that he had just done, so he did the only thinkable thing he could.
Natsu pressed his lips against Juvia's next, lightly, but just enough to give her a slight taste of what he was working with and then did the same to Levy.
"Great seeing you guys!" he said with his textbook grin and walked off happily.
As soon as the door closed, the girls all exchanged confused and shocked glances.
'What the hell was that!?" Levy exclaimed as she leaped from her seat.
"Juvia is not okay with being kissed without consent. Juvia will tell Erza and make Natsu pay, Gray - sama is going to be so angry."
"Yeah - that was uhm...weird." Lucy added, more annoyed than confused by her idiot boyfriend. "but let's not dwell on it you know how stupid Natsu can be sometimes. Juvia what's this issue with Gray?"
"Lucy! We can't just let Natsu go with that. We need to talk to him about this! How are you not more upset?"
Lucy sighed. This was already getting more complicated than it needed to be. "Yes, I am upset, but we cannot tell Erza she will kill Natsu and Gray will and so will Gajeel. All in all he will be destroyed, literally if we tell them so perhaps we keep this to ourselves and just have a chat with him later about it. I mean neither of us what Natsu to be gravely injured do we?"
Both the girls shook their heads.
"Alright, so Juvia, about this Gray situation…"
"Right!" She squealed. "Well Juvia and Gray - sama were walking on the beach, and these other girls were staring at him. So Juvia made sure they knew that Gray - sama and I are in love. But Gray - sama got mad at me. He says Juvia was being silly. So then Juvia got mad and didn't talk to Gray - Sama. And then Juvia heard that Gray - sama thought Juvia was being stupid!"
"Oh my good god!" Levy said with feigned shock. "I just can't believe it. Who told you Gray thought you were stupid."
"Gajeel - kun!"
"Okay…" Lucy started trying not to laugh. "Juvia, honestly just talk to Gray and apologize for forcing PDA on him and he'll apologize for calling you stupid."
"Absolutely not. Juvia is not wrong! Juvia will not apologize first."
"Yeah Lucy, despite their love, Juvia will not bend to Gray's will." Levy teased again. "On a more serious note though, you shouldn't listen to Gajeel more than half the time he's making things up. He thinks it's funny."
"Wait, so Gray - sama doesn't think Juvia is stupid?"
"C'mon Juvia, you really think Gray would ever say that about you? Levy is right, Gajeel was probably just messing with you."
Juvia looked down in shame. "Then Juvia will need to chat with Gajeel - kun for being a liar." She shook her head. "Juvia is so tired of that…"
"Well, wait Juvia, I really don't think Gajeel was lying as much as he was just joking with you. I mean Gajeel doesn't lie. It was probably a joke that you misunderstood."
"Juvia thinks Levy is being biased."
"I'm not, I'm just saying you need to not attack him over nothing."
Juvia pouted, Lucy staring at the two bluenettes in awe. This was the most bizarre thing she'd seen in a long while. This was so...normal. Girls talking about their dumb boy problems. It was nice.
Things were normal, at least for them.
"Well.." Lucy began. "Let me go get dressed and we can go ambush these two idiots of yours."
Lucy ran to her room rather quickly. It was sort of destroyed. Her blankets were all over the floor, clothes tossed all over the place from the night before. Her lamp was on the floor, papers on the floor, her desk overturned. Looking at it now, she was sort of disgusted with herself.
And she sort of couldn't help but find it rather intriguing.
Lucy pulled out a black miniskirt from her closet and a striped, pink, shirt. She cnaged quickly and slipped on her black boots. She attached her key belt to her waist and slicked up her hair into that one ponytail.
The bouncy blonde, bounced from her room and back to her girls when she saw them. Gajeel, Gray, Erza, and Natsu were all sitting back in her dining room. They were gone for what 15 minutes and their back already? Lucy knew to never underestimate their quickness when it came to trouble.
She didn't realize this was actual trouble though.
"Hi guys…." She waved awkwardly.
"Lucy! Good, Gray and Gajeel are here to apologize to Juvia." Erza said with maniacal eyes.
"I still don't see why I have to apologize I didn't do anything wrong. It's all Gajeel - " Erza glared at Gray, sending a death stare his way and shivers down his spine.
"I'm sorry Juvia." Gray said bashfully, looking down at the ground. "I didn't mean to upset you."
Juvia didn't really respond. "And Gajeel…" Gray said nudging his arm. "Don't you have something to say?"
"Nope."
"Gajeel!" Levy screeched. "You need to apologize too!"
"For what?! I said she was being stupid and she was"
"You caused a rift in their relationship!"
"It's not as if I said Gray called her stupid. She made that up on her own."
The yelling became almost impossible to understand as everyone started putting their own two cents in. Erza hollering about something or another Gajeel and Levy fighting, Gray and Juvia arguing in low tones.
Lucy sighed and turned back around. She walked into her room and closed the door behind her, her head hitting the back of the door in defeat.
She let out a light laugh, feeling some sort of ease at her friends, being...friends.
She felt the door behind her push open, hard, and she went flying across the room, landing on her butt, legs flailing in the air.
"Hey Natsu." She said calmly, staring up at the ceiling.
"Lucy, why are you on the floor?"
"Oh you know I thought it'd be comfortable." She sat up. "What's up?"
"It's loud down there." He said innocently. "And I don't know why they're all fighting but, this seems like a situation I shouldn't be in."
"What!? Natsu Dragneel doesn't want to fight!?" She teased.
"That's not a fight that's real stuff and I don't wanna get involved in real stuff."
"How cute." She cooed at him. "As you can see, this is why we have to keep things a secret for as long as possible."
"I didn't disagree with you Lucy." He moved forward and sat across from her on the floor. He pulled her into his lap, wrapping her legs around his waist a bit. His hands rubbed up and down her elgs, his face buried into the crook of her neck. He flicked his tongue over the creamy, crook, of her neck. The blonde shuddering a little bit.
"Natsu!" She whined, with her arms wrapped around him. "Stop, what if someone walks in on us?"
He ignored her and continued to nip away at her skin. His large hands going up and over her rear end, squeezing it lightly.
"Natsu, you have to stop, everyone is here. What are you gonna do if they walk in? Clamor all over the girls like you did earlier?"
Natsu immediately pulled back from her. He arched a brow and blushed a bit, murmuring a 'hmmm' as he did so.
Lucy seeing this narrowed her eyes and pulled back a bit. "Really?" She said folding her arms over her chest.
"I mean Lucy that isn't the worst idea you've had."
"Oh my Mavis!" She muttered in disgust and climbed off of him. "You're an idiot."
"I''m just kidding. You know I only ever wanted you and only you.." He watched the blonde fight her own urge to smile.
"Oi. C'mon Dragneel, I have rent to pay." The happy couple walked out of her room, Lucy leading. It was bothersome having to keep things secretive, but walking through the crowd of arguments and petty fighting was just a reminder of why they were secretive. They both knew this wasn't real relationship drama, they both knew it was just their friends being stupid, it didn't matter though. This was Lucy's first relationship and she wanted to do it right and she knew everyone being extra nosey about it would give her anxiety. That would cause problems.
And she was so damn grateful that Natsu was so understanding. She was even shocked at his ability to keep quiet and calm. Well most of the time.
Lucy was pretty sure the group didn't notice them leave as she walked out the door with Natsu, her friends still being combative.
"Now Natsu, we have to be extra careful on this job, we need to get paid."
"Lucy, I can't make any promises, you know how we dragons are!" He waved his fists excitedly, breathing fire.
"Of course."

I know this is an insanely short chapter and i haven't updated in awhile, but this is a smut fic and i want you guys to remember that. so the next chapter is just going to be pure smut and i just wanted to ease everyone in that. ill update later tonight so you aren't waiting to long. think of this as a set up chapter. insane nalu smut coming up, insane comedy coming up involving natsu and the boyfriends of the girls he kissed. later on gajevy is going to get a side chapter and so will gruvia.
