"I don't really know. Why?" Edward shrugged, "Well seeing as we have school tomorrow Esme got curious. Education is really important to her," Edward said as his eyes roamed my face." No, kidding I did see all those graduation caps on the wall. Edward laughed, "It's a joke...all the caps." I nodded with a smiley, "I did see the movie so I know." His eyebrows raised, "Movie?" I blushed, "Well you see where I come from the book series about y'all is called Twilight and it got so popular they decided to make a movie for it." He smirked, "Really?" I nodded, "Yeah but being here I noticed...None of the actors look like you all. I mean Robert Pattinson's hair looks like your but that's about it." "Was he handsome at least?" I blushed bright red. Handsome didn't begin to describe Robert, he's sexy, but not as sexy as this Edward. The real Edward is so, ugh, why can't he be mine? Those lips just look so tempting...Oh dear God, please don't let Edward have heard any of that.
I forced a smile at Edward, not meeting his eyes. "Yeah, tell Esme I'll go to school. Goodnight." Slamming the door in his face I face palm. I'm such an idiot, I just embarrassed myself in front of the love of my life. A knock sounds at the door again. Please don't be Edward coming to make fun of me. I open it to find Alice with am loads of clothes and a huge smile on her face. Damn it. "Umm Alice...I don't want to be mean but can we do this in the morning. I'm kinda tired." Her smile dims slightly before she nods, "Okay. Morning it is. Better leave that door unlocked though." I laughed, "Okay Alice. Goodnight." Suddenly exhausted, I crawl onto the couch and shut my eyes. I awoke to the sound of a trumped blaring in my ear. "Ahhh!" A twinkling laugh sounds and I glare, "Alice!" She laughed harder, "I'm sorry, but Emmett dared me." Shaking my head amused I got up, "Guess I'll just have to get you back." She smirked, "Good luck trying." I laughed, "Well I'm going to take a quick shower and then I'm all yours to dress up." "Yes!" Rolling my eyes I head toward the bathroom. Wonder if vampires shower. Nah probably not, but then again...
"Amanda you can use my soap. It's the pink colored one," I hear Alice through the now closed bathroom door. "Thank you." Turning the knob a blast of hot water comes pouring out of the shower head. Fixing it to the right temperature I undress and take a quick shower. I wrap a towel around me, move the curtain and realize...Shit I forgot to bring clothes. Opening the door I run out and throw open the door I think is Alice's. "Alice I need to borrow some...Oh Edward." I just had to open the wrong door didn't I? His eyes trailed from the top of my head to my body wrapped in the small towel and to my toes. His eyes blackened for a moment as he his eyes traveled back to my green one's. Biting my bottom lip I take a step back. It's not that I'm scared of him, it's just...I'm half naked in front of the man of my dreams. Embarrassing much? "Amanda, what are you doing in here?" I turn my back from Edward's black eyes to Alice who is leaning on the door with a smirk. "I was looking for your room, and I stumbled into Edward...I-I think he needs to go hunting." She shook her head, "Once I get you out the room he'll be fine. Don't worry about it." Umm, okay? Did that make like no sense to you too? I follow Alice out the door and to her room.
"I already put some clothes on the bed for you while you were in the shower. "Thanks Alice." "No problem. In fact right after school Esme said we're going shopping to buy you some clothes." She squealed excitedly. "Oh, but I don't have any money." She laughed, "I know silly. That's why we are buying the clothes for you." I shook my head, "But-but-but I-" "No buts Amanda. Just thank you's." I laughed, "Okay. Thank you Alice, Esme, and the whole Cullen family for being rich and buying me some clothes later...Seriously thank you. Alice what size do you wear?" She shrugged, "Extra small." "But I wear a small." "Would you rather it tight or baggy?" I sighed, "Sorry for complaining. Thank you Alice for letting me borrow your clothes. She nodded, "Grab that black backpack and lets go to school and show you off!" "Wow, you're really not going to make me wear make up or fix my hair?" She laughed, "Well you for one you don't need make up. You're almost as beautiful as a vampire. As for the second...Stay right here and don't move." he left and was back in a second with a blow drier and curler. Knew I should of kept my mouth shut. Twenty minutes later I'm ready for the run way, even though I'm just going to school. "Alice do I have to be this..." "Don't worry Amanda. You'll thank me later. Or never."
Laughing I follow her down the stairs and into the kitchen. "Do you have anything to eat I'm starving." Emmett suddenly materializes in front of me and I scream. "Damn it. Don't scare me like that!" Laughing he pulls me into his large body, "Awe is the itle witle Mandy scared?" Laughing I shake my head, "It's Amanda weirdo." "Yeah, but you look like a Mandy to me." Rosalie comes out of nowhere and smacks him in the back of the head, "No nicknames till you know her full name Emmett." He shrugged, released me and wrapped his arms around Rose. "Edward went to buy you a taco," Esme said as she walked toward me, "How did you sleep dear?" I smiled, "Well thank you for asking." "Emmett smiled, "Let's go to school so I can show off my new sister and get you that taco Edward got you." Laughing we piled out and headed to Rosalie's car since Edward still isn't back. He probably went to pick up Bella. Ignoring the squeeze of my heart I laugh at Jasper is making a funny face.
My stomach growls in the quiet ride to the High School causing everyone to laugh. Not my fault, I am only human. Once we reach the parking lot my smile disappears at the happy couple leaning on a silver Volvo. Pushing my sadness away I get out of the car and stand beside Alice and Jasper. As if sensing me Edward looked up and looked me into my green eyes. My knees shake as if they are turning into jello beneath my black skirt. My heart beats loudly in my chest covered by the green tank top Alice made me wear. Does he know how beautiful he is? The moment is ruined though as soon as Bella opens her mouth. "What are you doing here?" She sneers at me with her arms wrapped around Edward. "I-I'm-I-" "She's going to school with us. That's what she's doing here Bella," Rosalie said glaring down at Bella's now frightened face. I know Bella's being a bit of a...word I'm not going to know, but Rose shouldn't be so hard on her. She is going to want to be her best friend when she finds out Edward got her pregnant later with Renesme. Edward's body froze and I cursed under my breath. Why won't he stay out of my freaking head! I love him I do, but gesh this mind reading thing gets old fast. "What did you do to him this time?" Bella asked with venom laced in her voice.
"I didn't do anything, his mind reading did." Her brown eyes flickered to Rosalie who's standing tall beside me. "What did he hear?" With her attitude I don't think I'll tell her anything. "Why don't you ask him yourself." She took a step toward me, "Listen you bi-" "Cool it Bella," Emmett said as he stood in front of me with his arms crossed. Oh no, I'm turning them against her. This isn't right. this shouldn't be happening. I'm ruining everything. Looking around at them all glaring at her I shake my head, turn and run in the direction of the woods. I need to get out of here before I really mess things up and Twilight changes drastically. "Amanda!" Amanda come back!" "Amanda ignore her!" "Amanda!" I shake my head sending my bouncing curls into my face, slapping me as I run blindly.
