I don't look back. I just keep running. Running from everything that I loved. Running from the man I loved. Why? Because his happiness is more important than mine. If Bella's who he loves, who makes him happy okay. I saw for myself. He loves her, he really does. Why did I come here? How did I come here?

Bella hates me, the lead girl who I'd love nothing more than to be. Why couldn't I be her? I see a trunk of a tree on the ground and try to jump over it. All I succed in doing is tripping over it. Damn it! The one thing I have in common with Bella that I don't want. Why couldn't I of had brunette hair like her instead of two left feet? "Need a hand?" I look up into a pair of hazel eyes.

Without speaking I grab his hand and he lifts me effortlessly off the ground, sending me flying into his hold. My hand lands on his chest in surprise. "Edward?" He smiles sadly as his eyes travel over my face. " The one and only. Are you okay?" I nod, "Yeah, it's just...the stupid branch." He laughs, "You are as clumsy as Bella."

At the mention of her name he frowns, "I'm sorry for the way Bella has been treating you. I don't know what has got into her recently." "She's worried." He frowns at me. "Of what?" I sigh, "Do you know nothing of the female mind? You have been alive for decades." He chuckles, "A women's mind will always be a mystery to men. Please enlighten me in the inner workings of a woman's mind." I laugh, "She's jealous Edward." The sparkle in his eyes dim, "What do you mean? Why would she be jealous?"

I shrug, "Because she thinks I'm a threat. Don't know why though. I'm not pretty, or a brunette." Edward catches my chin in his hand, "Never say that. You're beautiful. And what do you mean by brunette?" Shaking my head I pull away from my loves hold. "Nothing. Why'd you follow me Edward?" He smiled, "I was worried about you. The woods aren't safe for anyone right now."

I nod, I'd forgotten about the James and his two pets. "James? Who's James." Shoot, I knew I'd forgotten something. "I'll tell you later at the family meeting after school." "What family meeting?" He ask with an adorable pout. "The one I'm scheduling now. I'm sure Alice has already informed everyone." He nodded, "She has." "Well lets head back to school." "Wait, I came to tell you something."

I nodded to show him to continue. "You aren't messing up Twilight, and my family isn't turning on Bella. She just...she needs to control her feelings." I nod, "Thank you." When we get back to the lot the only people that are left are the Cullen's and Bella. "done acting like a child?" Bella asked as she ran to Edward. He frowned at her. "Bella we need to talk later. It's nothing bad love, it's just important okay?" She nods and smiles at him lovingly, "Lets get to class Edward." He smiles down at her and I turn away, shutting my eyes tightly shut as my heart squeezes in my chest

. Why me? I feel a hand on my shoulder and jump. Looking up I meet Rosalie's eyes. "Don't worry. He'll tie of her soon." I shook my head. He wouldn't though, and I knew that. He marries her someday and has a beautiful baby. Why couldn't I be Bella? Alice gives me a smug smile, "Everything will turn out just right in the end Amanda." I sure do hope she's right. Well she is Alice after all.
