AMANDA'S POV:

I held onto Harry's arm with all my strength so he wouldn't be able to turn and do something to Edward he'd regret. Once we're outside Harry stops, "Why didn't you let me kick his ass? He deserves it!" I sigh, "It's complicated Harry. I can't tell you and I really wish I could." He shook his head, "I don't understand. Why can't you tell me?" As I open my mouth to give a bullshit lie a voice comes from behind me. "Amanda!"

Before I can blink though I am dragged behind Harry again. His arm wrapped securely around my waist.

"Harry?! What are you doing? Move!" I elbow him out of the way and launch myself at Emmett. "Who's this?" I pull away and turn to Harry with a smile, "Harry this is Emmett, Edward's brother. Emmett this is my friend Harry." Emmett places me back on the ground and stares him down, but Harry stands his ground. "well he seems like you've really done a number on him little sis." I turn and grin, "Jasper!" He wraps his arms around me and gives me a tight hug. "Missed you Amanda."

Before I can reply i'm torn from his embrace and passed around to Carlisle, Esme, Rosalie, and lastly Alice. "We missed you so much Amanda," Alice says as she hands me back to Harry with a polite smile. He watches her with caution as he pulls me to his side again. I roll my eyes, "Everyone this is my friend Harry Switcher. Harry these are my friends the Cullen's. Edward's family." He frowns, "Are you all moving into town?"

Alice nods, "Yup, that's the plan." I grin, "Awesome! Do you have a place for tonight or do you all need to stay with me? We have plenty of room at my house." Esme opens her mouth but Alice beats her to it. "Yes, that would be great. We'll only be staying for tonight." I smile, "Great. Then lets go." "We'll meet you there. WE have to get Edward." I nod, right. I forgot that i'll have to be stuck with him in the house. Dang it. And Bella to right?

Dang, just gets better and better. Harry takes my hand and opens the passenger door to let me in. "Why are you letting him stay at your place?" Harry ask rather upset as he drives toward McDonalds. I look up at him curiously, "Because he's part of their family. And even if he's treated me badly I still care. Why are we at McDonalds?" He smiled, "We didn't get our pizza. And you still need to eat."

I lean forward and kiss him on the cheek, "Thank you for being so sweet to me. If you were single I would of kissed you for trying to protect me back there." He stays quiet, only speaking to order for us. I reach to volume up the radio when he places his hand on mine. "I lied." I frown, "Lied about what?" "I don't have a girlfriend. I made her up in the hope that you'd get jealous." I laugh, "You're an odd person you know that Switcher?"

He smiles, "You're not mad?" I shake my head, "No. I'm glad." He frowns, "You are? Why?" "Cause it means I can do this." I grab his face inbetween my hands and press my lips lightly o his. The spark isn't huge like it is when I kissed Edward, but there was a spark. A spark i'd be content with the rest of my life if the Cullen's hadn't showed up here in my universe. Harry places a hand on my back and the other in my hair pulling me closer.

If i'd never kissed Edward this would of been a perfect kiss. Stop comparing and be happy that he's into you! My mind yells at me. A knocking sounds at the window and we jump apart. I blush as a guy from our school hands us our order with a smirk. "Enjoy your night." "Oh god, I can't believe we got caught. Everyone is going to know about it tomorrow." Harry smiles as he drives toward my house, "Let them know. Who cares?" I smile, "I'll see you tomorrow Harry."

He pulls up in front of my house and I peck him on the lips, take my food and run inside. "I can't believe you're into someone that isn't Edward!" Alice screams inbetween excitement and horror.

I roll my eyes, "Edward doesn't want me. I can't wait my whole life on him. Bella is clearly his mate, and he loves her. I'm just getting in the way. Best for me to find a guy who will want me. And Harry actually does. And he's kinda perfect." Alice sighs, "Let's hope Edward doesn't go to crazy once he finds out you have a boyfriend." I blush, "I'm going to tell my mom we have some people staying the night. You can stay in my room with me tonight Alice."

She smiles, "Sounds good. And Bella can sleep on the couch down here." I laugh and walk down the hall to Mom's room to warn her before the rest get here from hunting.
