Felt like y'all deserved another chapter since I left y'all waiting for so long. Enjoy ;)

AMANDA'S POV:

"Mom I have some friends staying here tonight, but tomorrow they'll be at their house. Is that fine? They just needed a place to crash at for tonight." Mom looked up from her paperwork and nodded with a small smile, "Of course it's fine sweetie. But you need to get to bed. You have school tomorrow." I smile and peck her on the check, "Thank you mom. I'll let you get back to your work now. Don't stay up to late though." I closed the door and Alice leaped at me.

"Do you have polish? Of course you do. Oh my gosh I can't wait to dress you for school tomorrow. Esme said we can apply tomorrow while you're in class. I can't see much in the future from you dimension though. How odd. Come on lets go through your closet." She drags me up the stairs as I laugh at her energy of excitement. Once we were in my room Alice locked it and ran to my closet.

After a few minutes every item of clothing I own has been tossed on the floor. "Where are the dresses, skirts, tanks and adorable crop tops?" I laugh, "Still at the store seeing as I only own t-shirts, pants, and three shorts." Alice groans, "I wish we had your clothes that we left at forks. We're just going to have to go shopping after you go to school tomorrow." I smirk, "With what money Alice? In my world you're broke."

Alice gasped in horror, "I didn't think of that! Oh God we're ruined!" I laughed, "Don't sweat it Alice. I have some money saved up from over the years. I think I have at least $2,000 saved." Alice shook her head, "I can't take your money Amanda. That's all kinds of wrong." I smiled, "Then think of it as a loan. Wait! I actually owe y'all for all that clothes y'all bought me from Forks so just take it Alice." She sighed, "I'll pay you back. I promise."

I laughed, "Just keep it Alice." I go to my closet pick up the floor board, grab the shoe box under it, place the board back and hand the box to Alice. "Take it Alice. Please?" Alice smiled, "You are my best friend in the whole world you know that?" Alice squealed as she hugged me tightly. A knock sounded at the door interrupting our little moment. I open it to find Bella glaring at me and holding a blanket. "Your mom told me to sleep in here with you."

I forced a polite smile and let her in. Alice was now sitting on my bed with a magazine open on her lap. "Hi Alice. You staying in here with us?" Bella asked with a hopeful smile. Alice stood with an indifferent face and shook her head, "No. I'm going out with everyone to check out the town." Turning to me she smiled and gave me a quick hug, "We'll be back soon. Keep your window open because that's how we're going in and out tonight. Esme wants to go house shopping with the money you gave me."

I nodded and smiled, "Okay. It'll be open all night." With that she raced down the stairs and came back up in seconds with the whole family, including Edward. He gave Bella a quick kiss and left. The others came to me one by one hugging me and thanking me for the money. As soon as they were all gone I threw a towel and washcloth to Bella. "The bathroom is across from my room. I'll take a shower downstairs." When I came back up Bella was digging through my drawer by my bed with her brunette hair was wet and in a tangled mess. "Here Bella." She jumps high in the air and gives me a guilty look before glaring.

"Thanks," She mutters as she snatches the brush out of my hand. I think of questioning her for digging through my stuff but let it go. "You aren't fooling me you know," Bella said as she ran the brush through her hair. My dirty blonde hair has already been brushed and placed in a bun. "What do you mean?" She rolls her chocolate brown eyes that Edward seems to love so much. "You're trying to get the Cullen's to hate me. You're jealous. Aren't you." I sigh, "You can have my bed. I'll sleep on the floor. Goodnight Bella. I'm not having this conversation with you." I turn to go downstairs to get an extra blanket and pillow when Bella grabs my arm rather forcefully.

"Owe, what the hell Bella?!" She laughs harshly, "Please. You know that didn't hurt. Stay away from Edward. Stay away from the Cullen's. They're my family. Not yours. The sooner you realize that the better off you are." "Is that a threat?" I ask glaring back at her. She rolls her eyes, 'No bitch. It's a promise." I sigh, "You know...I liked you a lot better when you were just a character in a book. Just go to bed Bella. I don't want to fight." I tear out of her hold and go downstairs. When I come back up with a pillow and blanket in my hands Bella is already laying on my bed with her eyes closed and breathing evenly. Thank goodness. I was so close to punching her on the mouth to shut her up. Laying down on the floor I close my eyes and let my mind drift into a dreamless dream.

EDWARD'S POV:

I had watched the whole thing from Amanda's window. Hiding in the shadows the trees gave me. What happened to Bella? She's turned into Lauren. Does she even realize that? I watch Bella try to get a rise out of Amanda and fail every time. Through Amanda's thoughts I can see that she feels bad. She thinks she's the reason that Bella is this way, but she's wrong. Bella let her jealousy consume her. Even though she had no reason to be jealous.

I had chosen her over my own mate. Amanda doesn't even know that she was placed on this earth for me. Not that human from the restaurant. He did seem to care deeply for her, but my vampire side, the monster in me didn't care. All it knew was that my mate was being held by some good for nothing human. It took everything I had in me not to snap this "Harry" in half. AS soon as Amanda's heart steadied I slipped into the room and going right past Bella's sleeping form I knelt down and gently pulled the clip out of Amanda's hair.

Letting her wet, dirty blond hair fall loosely. Her hair smelled as good as her and closing my eyes I breathed her in. She sighed and turned her head and she was now facing me. If my heart could beat it would of been pounding. She's so beautiful. I could just imagine her as a vampire. She'd be more beautiful than Rosalie. Not that i'd tell Rose that. She'd want my head if I did. Though Rosalie has noticed. I see in her mind sometimes when she studies Amanda. She knows she will make a heart breakingly beautiful vampire.

"Edward." I turn and find that Bella is sound asleep a crease in-between her eyebrows and a frown. Her hand is outstretched toward me. As if, even in her sleep she can sense me. I sigh, "What have I gotten myself into?" I turn back to Amanda and lay next to her. She sighs and scoots closer to me. Her arm coming up and wrapping around my waist as her head rest on my chest. My heart swells with happiness. Even in her sleep she is drawn to me. I kiss her forehead and frown. What am I going to do?

"She's beautiful. isn't she?" I look up to see my whole family in the room watching me as I run my fingers through Amanda's dirty blonde hair. She's still sound asleep. Even this close to my cold body. "She's the most precious thing I've ever lain my eyes on." Alice comes closer and taking my hand pulls me up. Amanda frowns in her sleep before curling into a little ball. "This is it Edward. We're only here for a little while. I've seen it. We head back home soon. Back to our dimension. While we're here you need to decide. This is your last chance at happiness brother. Amanda or Bella?"

But you should be happy to know that I already have a few chapters pre-written. So if I get enough reviews I will be posting the next chapter some time this week.
