ASHLEY'S P.O.V
"Morning"
"Hey..."
When she starts stretching I can't help but stare.
"I thought you had to go to the studio?"
"My producer's sick..."
I quickly move so I'm on top of her.
"So I have the whole day to do this"
We spent the whole night fooling around.
But I still want more.
My girlfriend's hot and when she wakes up in my bed.
I can't not touch her.
"I'm hungry"
"Spencer are you really going to let food get in the way of this?"
When I try to sit up she leans forward wrapping her lips around my nipple.
"Sorry Ash I'm pretty hungry"
I start laughing when she shoves me to the side and hops out of bed.
"I guess I'll sort myself out while you go eat"
When she turns around her arms are crossed over her chest.
"Well?"
"I'm not letting you watch"
"Why?"
She's smiling.
"Spencer your nakedness is making it impossible for me to make up a good comeback"
"Come on let's go I'm hungry"
FOURTY FIVE MINUTES LATER
"This is a cool place"
"Spencer would I take you anywhere that isn't cool?"
Maddy and I come here all the time.
"I don't think I've ever seen so many doctors in one place"
"Spence you should visit this place I found called the hospital, there's doctors everywhere"
When I say that she starts laughing.
"That's very clever smart ass"
"The hospital's two blocks that way"
"Oh that makes sense"
This place is always full of nurses and doctors.
"How did you find this place?"
"Maddy used to sleep with a nurse that worked at the hospital"
When she stopped fucking the nurse she started dragging me here.
"Was the nurse hot?"
"She was"
When she raises her eyebrows I start laughing.
"She was no Spencer Carlin though"
"You're learning"
"If you keep spreading your legs Spencer I'll keep learning"
Am I seeing this right?
"Okay Spencer I have no idea what's going on right now..."
"We're eating breakfast"
"Both our mums just walked in"
"You're joking right?"
I'm guessing Spencer's mum works at the hospital.
"Please tell me they walked in seperately?"
"They're talking at the counter"
This is very strange.
"What are the chances we can sneak out and not get noticed?"
That's what I was just wondering.
"My mum just noticed us"
"Why do things like this keep happening to us?"
"I have no idea"
They're both walking over.
"Hey honey"
"Mother why are you here?"
"I needed coffee"
"You live on the other side of town is there no decent coffee in Beverly Hills?"
"Hi Spencer"
"Hey Christine"
Paula's standing next to my mum but she still hasn't said anything.
"This is a friend of mine Dr. Peters"
When she says that I look over at Spencer.
"Hey Spencer"
"You two know eachother?"
"We used to"
My mum looks very confused.
"What a small world?"
None of this is making any sense.
"Spencer's my daughter"
"Your daughter?"
Everyone's looking a little stunned.
"Your daughter's dating my daughter?"
"Mum maybe we should talk about this later?"
She's not taking my hint.
"So how do you two know eachother?"
"I'm one of her..."
"We actually just met"
When mum interrupts her I raise my eyebrows.
"You just met?"
"I had a routine check up at the hospital this morning and I ran into Dr Peters"
"Call me Paula"
"You had a routine check up at the hospital and now you're having coffee with Dr Peters?"
I'm not buying it.
"I'm a friendly person..."
"No you're not"
"Ashley can you please back off with the whole I hate my mother thing for one day?"
She really doesn't look so great.
"You don't look so great"
"I'm just tired"
She looks really pale.
"Spencer do you mind?"
"Of course not"
I watch her as she sits down next to Spencer.
"Spencer can we talk?"
"No"
"Please?"
"Forget I'm here Dr Peters"
"Christine I'm just going to go..."
This whole situation's very awkward.
"Take care of yourself"
"I will"
Something's definately not right.
"Here"
I slide her my water.
"Thanks"
I look over at Spencer.
"So your mum's a doctor?"
"Mum?"
I know how much Spencer hates talking about this.
So I interrupt.
"Yer?"
"Let's talk about something else..."
"Ash it's fine"
It is.
"Christine I haven't spoken to my mum in six years"
"Oh..."
"And that was second time I've seen her since I was eighteen"
"Spencer I'm sorry if I had of known..."
"Mum are you sure everything's alright?"
"Yer"
I watch her as she hops up out of the booth.
"I'm just going to go so you girls can get back to it"
She really doesn't look so great.
"My head's spinning"
"Here sit down"
I quickly hop up and out of the booth.
"No I'm fine"
She really isn't.
"I'm just going..."
"MUM"
I reach out to grab her.
But I'm too slow.
"Christine?"
When she hits the ground I want to help.
But my legs won't work.
"Christine?"
