Makoto's Punishment! Meet Fei Long!

(Soul Society…)

At the Kuchiki Clan household, Byakuya was reviewing Ichigo and Rukia's training results. He had the Kotetsu sisters present as well. It was to make sure they were in tip-top shape to help Logan and his friends when the time came. Sure, Ryu and Yoruichi were there as well, but everyone could always use a good bit of backup. "Okay, you two, now we need to see the results of your training. I know for a fact that Rukia has improved her Bankai greatly," said the Squad 6 Captain. "Now, demonstrate your power."

Rukia was the first to show her power. "Dance, Sode no Shiraiyuki!" she called out, her Zanpakuto transforming into the familiar snow-white blade. "Bankai: Hakka no Togame!" A blast of cold aura appeared as Byakuya used Senbonzakura to protect himself, Isane, and Kiyone. When the cold fog cleared up, an equally snow-white Rukia stood wearing an ankle-length kimono with lined patterns, ornate collar, edges, and shoulder design with long sleeves. She had long, flowing ribbons in large loops and a flower on her chest. Her sword was now ice. The environment surrounding her covered everything surrounding her except said inspectors. This included Soifon, who was coming to check on them and got caught unexpectedly, and Ichigo. "Ichigo, are you alright? I could use your help in reeling this energy back," she said.

"Y-yeah, no problem," Ichigo said while frozen. As Rukia was slowly emerging from her Bankai state, Ichigo managed to get free thanks to his immense Spiritual Pressure, doing backflips to a safe distance to make sure that Rukia didn't get killed while she was thawing herself out. "Bankai!" he exclaimed, making sure to condense his own energy. A black pillar emerged from his position and comically freed Soifon, who was taking a deep breath. When the pillar cleared, Ichigo stood with his Bankai uniform and black sword, which had three protrusions on the blunt end and a black chain on the hilt. After Rukia thawed herself out, Byakuya sent Senbonzakura's blades towards the Substitute Soul Reaper. Ichigo 'Flash-Stepped' into the sky, getting the Captain's Zanpakuto to follow. "Getsuga…Tensho!" he exclaimed, firing a black arc from his blade and knocking Senbonzakura down for a bit.

Suddenly, he disappeared from the view of the inspectors. Given her bond and relationship with Ichigo, though, Rukia knew exactly where he was at, standing there with a smirk and her arms crossed. Ichigo had snuck behind them and surprised Byakuya by putting Tensa Zangetsu to his neck. "You know, you continue to surprise me, Kurosaki," the Captain said, shocking the Kotetsu sisters. Though in her stupor, Isane was able to check Ichigo and Rukia off as good to go. Soifon smiled at the progress after she recovered from being frozen, knowing that they, especially Ichigo, would be able to help Logan against S.I.N. and Shadaloo.

(World of the Living…)

In Hong Kong, Logan had decided to spend the day practicing with Makoto and searching for and opponent for her. He had a good look at her record and was impressed with the wins. Of course, with her losses against both Toshiro and Adon, she only had two losses, putting her in the same position he was in thanks to his losses against Ken and Sagat. The two of them were creating Kata complexes to further their style options and see how well they could improve and work together, much like Logan's training with Ryu, but on a less intense scale. Logan also switched out his sparring gloves for sports wrap, figuring that he'd need it to deliver a harder punch (and to get a better grip on his sword should he need it against a Hollow). He also needed it on his right arm especially, since that was the one that Sagat's 'Tiger Uppercut' hit and he could still feel a bit of pain from it.

Makoto, not wanting to overexert herself, tried a simple jab, but Logan blocked it. "You're getting better, Makoto. I guess high skill is a trait among prodigies," he said.

"Yeah, but my grandfather always said that improvement's always a good help," she added. "I hope I don't lose three more times. I won't be able to fix up my dojo if I do." Logan could see the sad look in her eyes. "My brother's not much help since he decided to sit behind a desk as opposed to help run the dojo. You're a better brother than he is, Logan. I'll take you as family over him any day."

"Makoto, you're like family to me as well, but you can't replace your real family with anything or anyone. My dad died before I turned 4 years old, so I hardly got to know him. All I know is that he ran the St. Louis den before I did and that he was a good man despite his enemies. Like me, he was more vigilante than he was Assassin. Unlike me, though, he was more reliant on technology than he was his Spirit Energy."

"What are you saying?"

"What I'm saying is that in most families, everyone's different in their own way, which is what makes everyone special. Bison and Vega seem to forget that humanity's flaws make life the way it is. Your brother is no exception. Not everyone in the family can like the same thing, you know."

"You know, I never thought of it like that," said Makoto.

"Logan-san!" exclaimed a voice. Logan and Makoto looked behind them to see Sakura waving at them.

"Sakura, what are you doing here?" Logan asked.

"I was looking for a fight to get some points up. After Cammy, Guile, and Abel beat me, Jimmy, and Hibiki-san in Chicago, we went on our own to find opponents and rack up some points. Hibiki-san didn't do so hot, though."

"Don't tell me Dan's got five losses already."

"Actually, he got a good few wins in, but he lost two more in a row since his fight against Abel. If he gets two more, he won't be able to fight in the actual tournament itself."

"Wow. Three losses? Makoto and I only have two and Ryu and Ken are undefeated."

"Wait, Ryu-san? You ran into him?" Sakura asked excitedly.

"Ran into him? He's here in Hong Kong right now along with Ken," Makoto said. This only served to amplify Sakura's excitement. "Oh boy."

"Oh man, it's been a while since I last saw him! In fact, it was my first tournament!" Logan and Makoto looked in wonder as Sakura began to reminisce about her fondest memory. "My dad brought me to see the tournament that was hosted by Sagat. I was just a little younger than I am now when I went. However, I saw Ryu-san step into the ring and he beat every fighter that was there, including some that are in this tournament. But the moment that truly inspired me to take up martial arts was when Ryu-san went face-to-face against Sagat and even used that 'Metsu Shoryuken' against him. That was when I decided that I wanted Ryu-san himself to teach me."

Sakura sighed in happiness at the fond memory while Logan and Makoto looked at her in confusion. "Do you think she has a crush on Ryu?" Makoto asked.

"Possibly," Logan answered.

"Oh, that reminds me, I heard that Ken-san had taught you a move of his, Logan-san," said Sakura. "Can I see?" Logan answered with a smirk. "Try and hit this: Shinku…Hadoken!" she said, gathering energy before firing it at Logan.

The Assassin timed it right and reeled back his fist. "Shoryuken!" he exclaimed, punching the 'Shinku Hadoken' into the air. Sakura looked in amazement as her attack disintegrated after being punched into the air.

"That was incredible…" she said. "It looked just like Ryu-san's!"

Logan then thought of something. "Hey, Makoto, I think we found your next opponent," he said, getting his 'sister's' attention. Makoto and Sakura looked at each other and began stretching out while Logan leaned up against a nearby tree. 'This should be good. I've never seen Makoto in a full fight before, but I have seen Sakura. That was also the first fight I saw Cammy in. On the contrary, though, both of them have seen me fight. I was ruthless against Adon, so that wasn't my best one. Sakura's only saw me fight Ken and I lost that one thanks to Ken's skill. Makoto watched me try my best against Sagat last night, but that wasn't my greatest fight either. If I meet Fei Long, I'm going to have to take my losses against Ken, Vega, Sagat, and Captain Kuchiki and learn from them to at least tie with him. Not that I want to, but I can afford two more losses on my own part. Cammy and Guile are still unbeaten while Abel and Chun-Li each suffered one, meaning that we're still in this.'

After they stretched out, Makoto and Sakura got in their fighting stances, Sakura with a smile on her face and Makoto with a look of determination on hers. Makoto started the fight off with a rushing punch, the fastest one Logan's seen yet aside from his and Yoruichi's 'Flash Step'. This knocked Sakura back a little bit. The schoolgirl jumped over Makoto as the latter tried it again. Makoto went for a jumping kick, putting herself in a perfect position for one of Sakura's moves. "Shouoken!" she exclaimed, rushing up and jumping a small distance off the ground. This threw the young Rindo-kan master off course and caused her to fall down. "Can you still stand, Makoto?"

"You better believe it!" Makoto shouted back, dashing towards Sakura, grabbing her, slamming her down with her palm, and getting behind her.

'Incredible! Makoto moves so fast that a pair of ordinary eyes wouldn't be able to detect her! Of course, Sakura's no slouch either. Even though her moves are a weak imitation of Ryu's, she has the spirit and ability to make up for it,' Logan thought as Sakura and Makoto kept exchanging punches and kicks. Sakura performed a series of low-sweeping spinning kicks, repeatedly kicking Makoto before delivering a backwards kick to her midsection. 'That's odd. Sakura never used that on Cammy.'

This only served to tick off Makoto. "How do you guys like that? I call that one the 'Haru Ichiban'," Sakura said, getting a little too overconfident.

"That wasn't bad. Now, let me show you one of my special techniques. I call it the 'Tanden Renki'," Makoto said. Logan sensed a spike in her energy levels as she let out a mighty shout. The only physical change was her skin turning red. However, Logan and Sakura both knew that Makoto had gotten stronger with this move. The younger prodigy caught the schoolgirl off guard with a punch to the stomach, followed by additional punches to Sakura's abdomen, sternum, and chest. She finished off with a hard upward punch into the air. "Seichusen Godanzuki!" she shouted. Sakura fell back down hard on her back, obviously beaten. "I know that I shouldn't do this, but no pale imitation of the Ansatsuken-style can beat Rindo-kan Karate!"

"Makoto!" Logan shouted. "If you knew that you shouldn't do that, then why did you? Rubbing salt on the wounds is something Adon would do, and he beat you! You're doing the same thing to Sakura when she has just as much potential as you do!" Makoto could easily tell that Logan was pissed off and disappointed in her. This genuinely hurt Makoto's feelings as much as she did Sakura's pride. Logan picked the schoolgirl up and carried her back to the others. "Makoto, you shouldn't have said that! Defeating Sakura was enough of a victory, but you nullified it when you rubbed it in! When we get back with the others, you're spending the rest of the day not fighting! Do you hear me?"

"Yes, Logan," she timidly said, tears forming in her eyes.

(Soul Society…)

Soifon saw the fight and was shocked at how Logan got on to Makoto for her lack of humility. While she agreed with him that she shouldn't have been so blunt, she also saw the hurt in Makoto's eyes from the harsh scolding he gave her. Soifon did remember that Logan told her that he was the only one who was truly strict with his otherwise spoiled niece (besides her dad and their grandmother), but she didn't think that he'd be that harsh with Makoto. Then again, since Makoto was a prodigy, she should've known better than to rub it in on Sakura. That was one thing Logan hated and Soifon loved him more for it.

Soifon felt the thick, all-too-familiar Spiritual Pressure of a certain Substitute Soul Reaper on the roof with her. "Ichigo, I'm going to have to teach you how to conceal your Spirit Energy a bit better. You could choke someone with it if you're not careful," she half-jokingly said.

"Very funny," said Ichigo. "My Spirit Energy has nothing on Suzumebachi there." The two Soul Reapers shared a laugh. "You know, you've become a far cry from the Soifon I met when I first entered Soul Society. I think Logan's had a huge influence on you."

"Ichigo, there are two types of memories: those that go into your mind and those that find their way into your heart. My memories of Logan, including the bad ones, will always be in the latter for me. The same goes for you and Rukia; you'll always be in her heart and vice versa. Nothing, not even amnesia, can change that. The reason for that is that the one a Soul Reaper willingly mates with for the first time will always be the one they're truly loyal to as far as love is concerned."

"Speaking of Logan, how's he been doing since his fight against Sagat?"

"Well, he hasn't fought since he recovered yet, but Makoto has. After Ryu was snapped out of his possession of the Satsui no Hado by his and Ken's master Gouken, the old master went face-to-face with his rival Akuma. After Gouken beat him, Akuma took on this demonic form called 'Oni', which Ryu defeated without succumbing to the Satsui no Hado again. Once that ordeal was settled, they proceeded through the tournament. Logan and the others had run into a friend that he and Chun-Li had met in St. Louis a while back. Her name's Makoto and she's like a little sister to Logan as far as martial arts is concerned. She uses the Rindo-kan style while Logan utilizes his own style, which consists of Shorin-ryu, Ninjutsu, Tae-Kwon-Do, and Street Fighting. Makoto beat someone else that Logan's group had ran into before as well: a schoolgirl named Sakura Kasugano."

"Hey, I've heard of her before. She uses a style similar to Ryu's. The two biggest similarities are their 'Hadokens' and 'Shinku Hadokens'. Sakura's rendition of the 'Tatsumaki Senpukyaku' is called the 'Shunpukyaku' and her version of the 'Shoryuken' is called 'Shouoken'. I'm actually impressed enough by her skills to wonder if Tatsuki would be tempted to fight her."

"Considering that Tatsuki shares the same barehanded fighting style you use, I'd say that she and Sakura could put each other to the test. I've seen Tatsuki fight Edmond Honda, remember?" Soifon asked.

"Can't say that I do," Ichigo deadpanned. "Rukia and I were held captive by S.I.N., remember?" Soifon smiled at Ichigo's retort.

(World of the Living…)

Chun-Li, Ryu, and the others were training to improve their skills while they awaited the tournament announcements. It turned out that Gouken was officially entered all this time along with Ryu and Ken, but remained below the radar. As usual, Ryu trained with Ken and Guile with Abel. Chun-Li had no one to spar with since Cammy fought Rangiku and Toshiro was meditating. Yoruichi racked up a good bunch of points by dealing with other opponents, including Edmond Honda, Rufus, and El Fuerte. It turned out that over time, Rufus had gotten three more losses since his fight against Logan, so Yoruichi was loss number five. El Fuerte had his fifth loss handed to him by the 'Flash Goddess' as well, so he was out.

The others stopped what they were doing as Logan rejoined them, tucking Sakura into a sleeping bag. They also saw a sad Makoto following behind them. "There you go, Sakura. Rest up," Logan said as he put a warm wash cloth on Sakura's head. "Makoto, I'm sorry for yelling at you, but bragging after your fight against an opponent, even someone as skilled as Sakura, is overkill. Just the win is enough. Now, I said that you can't fight for the rest of the day, but that doesn't mean that you can't train. Watch over Sakura, and when she wakes up, do what you think is right."

Makoto nodded her head, still with a sad look on her face, but Logan messed her hair up some more to cheer her up. "What happened to Sakura?" Ryu asked in worry.

"Her pride was hurt after she lost against Makoto. Both of them are skilled, but I figured out quickly which one of them was the more humble one. I got onto Makoto for putting her down, but I think I was a bit too harsh with her."

"Ah, so young Makoto's like a little sister to you, is that it?" Gouken asked, getting a nod from the Assassin. "Hmm…To be a little harsh with someone is alright so long as you don't overdo it. Now, tell me about young Sakura here."

"She's a girl who idolizes Ryu to no limit, even emulating his fighting style," said Ken. "As a result, she wants him to teach her himself. She has enough control over her Ki energy that she can use her own 'Hadoken', though it's not as powerful as Ryu's or even mine. Her 'Shoryuken' variation, the 'Shouoken', isn't the best for anti-air tactics and her 'Tatsumaki' version, the 'Shunpukyaku', is better for anti-ground attacks. She does have a lot of spirit and potential, just like Makoto here." Logan looked and saw that Cammy had beaten Rangiku, making the Squad 10 Lieutenant pout, especially as Cammy ran up and hugged Logan. "Those two need to get a room," Ken joked.

"Oh shut up, Ken," said Chun-Li, who was still a little jealous. This got Sagat, Ryu, and Guile to shake their heads while Ken just laughed.

"Guys, I think I'll go for a walk on my own if you don't mind," Logan said, not letting the others know about a mysterious text message he got.

"Okay, but are you sure?" Cammy asked.

"I'll be fine. If anything happens while I'm gone, I'll be able to sense it and I'll come running back. If Sakura wakes up before I get back, let me know, okay?" Though confused, the others nodded. After Logan left, though, Gouken started growing a little suspicious, even stroking his beard.

Logan went on his little walk through Hong Kong, mainly to find out where the mysterious sender of the text was asking him to meet at. He saw several fighters along the way beating other fighters. This included a boxer who wore green overalls with yellow stripes on the sides, a frilled shirt, fancy shoes, blue gloves, neat hair, and a pencil mustache. His skin was a slightly lighter tone than Balrog's. Logan saw that he was pretty fast as well. He also saw that Dan was about to have loss number four handed to him by this guy. The boxer sent Dan backwards with this wind and did a sort of wind-powered punch, knocking out the Saikyo user.

Logan continued to move on, still searching for the one who sent him the text. He looked behind a tree and saw an all-too-familiar face that he'd wanted to see again for quite a while: Decapre. The Assassin went to join her, but she led him further from the public eye. She stopped and confused Logan. "Decapre, what's going on? Were you the one who sent me that text?" he asked, being answered only by her silence. "What, not even a hello?" He was caught off-guard when Decapre shoved him back-first into a tree and roughly kissed him. For a bit, he was shocked, but then, he started to kiss back. In response, the Doll got on his lap and wrapped her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck. She also pressed her chest against his, squishing her breasts and making her moan in pleasure, their mouths still connected.

After a while, the two of them needed air, so Decapre broke the kiss. "The experiment's results: More than satisfactory," she said, smiling at the second part. Logan was still confused. "Allow me to clarify it, my friend. I was simply trying to see what the big deal is when it came to an emotional action, such as kissing. I can see that my experiment yielded extremely satisfactory results due to the emotion you put in after you recovered."

"Okay…I enjoyed the kiss, especially considering how good-looking you are, but you could've just told me before we started making out."

"Apologies. I was too…'giddy'…as most girls would say. I wanted to experiment with a small kiss, but due to a strange connection I have with you, in spite of your relationship with Killer Bee, it turned into a bigger one. My conclusion is that it could be the 'making out' you just mentioned." The Assassin took note of the harsh tone at the mention of Cammy's nickname.

"Well at any rate, it's good to see you again, Decapre," Logan said. "You sort of picked a bad time to send that text to me, though. I had to scold a little friend of mine for bragging about her win today. What can I do but to love her like the sister I see her as?"

"'Sister'?" asked Decapre.

"You're not familiar with the concept, are you?" Decapre shook her head. "Well, you see, if there's a strong bond between two people and it's not a romantic bond like between me and Cammy, then it's usually a sort-of 'parent-child' bond or a 'sibling'-type relationship. In the case of Makoto, I have the latter with her, me being the 'big brother' and her the 'little sister'. Like it or not, Cammy holds her 'sisters', the Dolls, close to her heart. This includes you."

"I see…At any rate, I have some more information for you. It appears that S.I.N. has a third member representing them, but she seems suspicious even to the leader Seth. Her name is unknown to me, but I hear that she goes by the codename 'Crimson Viper'." At the sound of the name, Logan started to narrow his eyes, grit his teeth, and firmly grab the grass that was in his fist. "Did I say something wrong?"

"It's not your fault. Viper and I have a history, and a bad one at that. As an extracurricular activity, the school I went too had fighting in it. In my 11th Grade Year, she and the rest of her buddies came and acted as security, preventing us from fighting and releasing our energy. I fought her and tied with her. Since then, she and her buddies left the entire school district alone. I've still got unfinished business with her, so I'll let the others know."

"That's good. That way, you can settle this personal grudge. I also have something else you need to see, but before I show you, promise me that you won't feel the least bit different about me." Logan gave her a genuine smile, making an unspoken promise to not change his opinion on her. "Okay, here goes." After taking a deep breath, she put her right hand on her mask and slowly removed it, shocking Logan. The reason being was that her eyes were the same blue color as Cammy's. He also took note of the burn on her left eye, seeing it as the very reason Decapre wore her mask. If it weren't for her burn and the shade and length of her hair, Decapre and Cammy could easily be mistaken for twins.

Decapre started to grow insecure because Logan was still looking at her. He put a gentle hand on the right side of her head and kissed the left side, her burn to be exact. This made the Doll blush madly. "To be honest, Decapre, you look just fine to me. I don't see what you're afraid of."

"You don't think I'm ugly?" Logan smiled and shook his head.

"That's a good attitude to have," said a voice. Decapre unwrapped herself from Logan so he could stand up, putting her mask back on as well. They looked and saw a man who very much resembled Bruce Lee. He wore no shirt, a pair of black pants, white socks, and black shoes. "Are you Logan Washburn?" he asked.

"Yes I am. It's nice to finally meet you, Fei Long," responded Logan.

"I got a call from Chun-Li telling me that you wished to fight me. Well, here I am." Decapre took a few steps back as Logan and Fei Long prepared to do battle.

Back with the others, the fight detectors kicked in as Makoto was doing push-ups with her feet in the air. Chun-Li and Cammy saw that it was indeed Logan who was fighting. "Now let's see who Logan's fighting," Chun-Li said. "They looked and saw that it was Fei Long. "Well, well, it looks like he found him."

"Hold on. It says that three of the competitors are watching the fight," said Cammy. Chun-Li pushed it and saw that the spectators were the boxer from earlier, Dan, and, to the shock of the girls, Decapre. "So Dan, Decapre, and Dudley are there as well?"

"It looks like it. I think Logan was trying to fulfill Vega's request. That way, the rivalry between them will be more fun with nothing on either one of their minds. Now tell me about Dudley."

"He's the Boxing Champion in Britain and much more well-mannered than Balrog. He's also more refined and much faster."

"I see. I'm pretty interested in how this fight will turn out."

Back with Logan, Fei Long started with a spin kick that Logan blocked and caught under his arm. He followed it up with a palm strike to Fei Long's chin and a series of punches and kicks. The actor noted that he didn't use his right arm as much as he did his left. Dan didn't notice either, but Decapre and Dudley did. Fei Long attacked with his own series of attacks and hit Logan this time, despite his best blocking efforts. The actor even punched Logan in the chest three times with his right fist before sending him back with his left.

The Assassin regained his ground and dodged Fei Long's next attack: a rising flame kick known as the 'Shienkyaku'. That's when he saw his opportunity to strike. "Shoryuken!" he exclaimed, knocking Fei Long out of the air. The two of them continued to trade attacks, neither one of them letting up. Fei Long countered one of Logan's punches and jumped on his leg. He followed it up with a few punches standing sideways before finishing with a one-inch punch.

Logan saw his opportunity for payback as Fei Long charged for him. Naturally, he charged his 'Chidori' energy to his fists and prepared to get back at the actor. "Chidori…" he began, punching him twice in the face with electrically-charged fists. "…Shoryuken!" he finished, sending Fei Long into the air and forming a giant pillar of electricity. After landing, he saw that Fei Long was still able to stand, but barely. If Logan had to be honest with himself, he was in the same condition. "This fight's been pretty fun so far, Fei Long."

"I agree," Fei Long responded. "You wanted your fight. You got it. How about this? The next punch wins."

"That sounds good to me!" The two fighters, to the amazement of Decapre, Dan, and Dudley, as well as the others who were watching, charged for each other, their Ki energy at their maximum. They reeled their fists back (Logan with his right fist and Fei Long with his left), and let loose a dust-stirring punch on each other. When the dust finally settled, the two fighters were shown to have hit each other. Suddenly, they fell at the same time.

"All of that buildup and it results in a tie. It's not very classy, but nonetheless, it was enjoyable," said Dudley.

"Yeah whatever," Dan responded. They heard some laughing going on and discovered it was from Logan and Fei Long. "Why are they laughing?"

"Oh man, I wish Makoto was here to see that fight," Logan said before remembering that he left her behind with the others. "Oh yeah, I forgot. I got onto her for rubbing it in against her latest opponent."

"Even still, I rarely ever have a fight like that nowadays. The production crew at the studio hardly lets me get out much. The reason I'm in this tournament is because of someone attacking my crew. I'm investigating who and trying to see if they have a connection to the sponsors of the tournament." That's when Logan looked over at Decapre, only to find her gone. He was a little heartbroken, but he figured she had somewhere to go. "Was that your girlfriend there? She looks a lot like a girl I know named Cammy."

"Actually, Cammy's my girlfriend. The girl that was just here happens to be one of her fellow Dolls. It was Decapre. I can probably tell you who you're up against if Dan and Dudley are willing to listen." They all nodded, waiting to hear what he had to say. "The organization that's sponsoring this tournament is S.I.N., short for 'Shadaloo Interrogation Network'. As it turns out, the guy who attacked your film crew, Fei Long, very well could be their leader Seth. He's a replacement body of Bison's whose slave protocol chip was fried. Thus, he developed a mind of his own. Also representing S.I.N. in the tournament are a wanted criminal named Juri Han and an agent codenamed 'Crimson Viper'."

"I heard of Juri. From what I understand, she's given Chun-Li, Cammy, and Guile quite a lot of trouble."

"That's not the half of it. I was the only one out of all five of us to fight her and win. Abel has yet to even face her, but I think it's for the best that he doesn't." Fei Long nodded in agreement, having seen how big Abel was by his stats. The two fighters got up, shook hands, and parted ways. "Oh yeah, Dan," Logan said, getting Dan's attention. "That fighter that Makoto beat. You're going to hate this, but that was Sakura." This got Dan to whine dramatically, but no one paid any attention. Logan saw a note from Decapre's spot, so he picked it up and read it.

"My Dearly Beloved Friend,

I continue with this tournament with much regret, as I'm afraid that I might have to fight you. Out of all of your team, it is Killer Bee—the one that you call 'Cammy'—I wish to fight. I hold no desire to kill her, seeing as she is my 'sister' and, in a way, you have taught me some value to family. I have seen your interactions with young Makoto and it warmed my heart. I merely wish to fight her, to let my anger out, but not to kill Killer Bee. I will ask not to fight you, but Vega fight in my place. I know of your rivalry with him. I will see your rematch happen.

Sincerely,

Your Dearly Beloved Decapre."

After reading the note, Logan smiled, still a little puzzled at Decapre's behavior, but nonetheless happy that she was starting to reform. 'That's good to know, Decapre. Maybe, if Chun-Li and Cammy aren't able to beat her, I'll face Juri again as well,' he thought, putting the note away as he made his way back to the others.

(Soul Society…)

At Byakuya's mansion, Ichigo saw that Soifon had a comically sad look on her face. He assumed that it was because Logan was kissing another girl, but that wasn't the case, since she knew that Decapre was the one who kissed him. "Uh, Soifon?" he asked. "Is there something wrong?"

"Yes there's something wrong," she answered. Ichigo prepared for the worst, but the reason wasn't what he expected. "LOGAN ACTUALLY GOT TO MEET FEI LONG!" This caused Ichigo to fall off the roof. "Logan, take me back…"

CHAPTER 18 END

Okay, guys, that was another long one. I brought back Decapre, Sakura, and Dan and introduced Fei Long and Dudley as well. The characters I still have yet to bring in are: Zangief, M. Bison, Crimson Viper, Gen, Dee Jay, and Seth. I'll see how I can use them in the upcoming chapters.

Oh yeah, I also know that I have Decapre quite a bit out of character, but I still think she's just as cute as her more famous 'sister' Cammy. I think she could use at least a little love.

So Makoto defeated Sakura, but was scolded by Logan for her bragging. Afterwards, Logan went to meet with a mysterious messenger, who turned out to be Decapre. As he learned that Decapre had fallen for him, Logan also got to meet Fei Long, an actor that he and Soifon are both fans of. Now, what lies in store for the Assassin and his comrades? Stay tuned to find out.
