A/N: So I wrote this chapter MONTHS ago, but it got lost in one of my college notebooks :D Any college students/graduates know what I'm talkin about? :D Constantly losing stuff… Anyway; hope you enjoy and I'm sorry I didn't get it on sooner.

"Tony, you came into my home as a housekeeper, over the years you have become a father to Jonathan and my best friend. You have seen us through trying times and you've been with me in all the changes of my life. I supported you through school and I'll always be here and love you." I said as I held Tony's hand and looked into his eyes. Tony squeezed my hands before he coughed.

"Angela, you helped me raise Samantha when I couldn't do it alone and you showed me how to loosen up on her and gave me the ability to help you and Mona and raise Jonathan with you. I love you Angela." He looked into my eyes before we turned to the preacher.

"By the power invested in me, and the state of Connecticut, I pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride." Tony smiled slowly as he stepped closed, pulled me into his arms and kissed me. I heard the family clapping and mother squealing. When we turned to the minister he smiled and we turned around. "For the first time, I'd like to introduce Mr. and Mrs. Micelli." Everybody clapped and we walked towards the back of the yard, past the chairs of our friends, family and co-workers. When Tony and I got inside the house Mrs. Rossini grabbed us.

"It's so nice to officially have you in the family!" She exclaimed. Then Samantha walked up behind her.

"Hi dad." She paused and looked at me. "Hi mom." I walked over to her and hugged her tightly.

"My dear Samantha," I kissed the top of her head, "I love you." I looked at her. "Where's Hank?"

"He's outside with Jonathan. They are trying to figure out how they are related now." Samantha and I laughed.

"It'll be alright Sam." I looked at her dress. "Why don't you go change? I'll take off my dress too."

"You can't take it off now Angela." Mother said from behind me. I turned around.

"Mother! Not that. I just want to be more comfortable." She smiled.

"I'm sure you do." She giggled. I crossed my arms. I was not in the mood for her playing around. Samantha and I walked up the stairs and went into the bedroom.

"Is it weird?" Samantha asked. I looked at her.

"Is what weird?" I questioned. Sam sat on the edge of the bed.

"Being married to dad; I mean you spent so many years not being married. You've been his boss for eight years." I smiled.

"He worked for me; but we've also been best friends for four years Sam. It's hard to not be close when you live together-"

"And raise each other's children," Samantha finished, "that's what Mona says all the time."

"My mother." I smiled fakely and Samantha chuckled.

"What are you wearing for your honeymoon?" I sat down next to her.

"We aren't going anywhere. I have a meeting in a few days." Samantha looked at me.

"You have to have a honeymoon Angela; even just one night you and dad." I nodded.

"I'll think about it Samantha." We quietly changed out of our wedding attire and into our clothes for the reception. Mother and Samantha helped me pick out a new blouse and skirt. I had shorts packed for the honeymoon, but I wasn't sure. I looked around the room again. This wasn't my bedroom anymore. It wasn't even my house any more. After eight years, I'm finally and truly Angela Micelli. I smiled thinking about my life. My agency was running itself; Samantha's married and on her own, Jonathan's starting college and Tony is going to work at a local school instead of working in Iowa again. The school loved him and so did Doctor Graham; but I love him too. I love my husband. I paused and took that in. Husband. My heart swelled when I looked at my wedding ring. For eight years we had been an unconventional family. Mother, Jonathan and I living with the man I employ and his daughter. I heard a knock on the door. When I turned away from the window, I saw Tony in the doorway and Sam was sitting on my bed.

"I'm sorry Sam, my mind wandered." I said addressing her first and she waved her hand at me.

"You have a right to Angela," She smiled. I turned to Tony.

"You don't have to knock. This is your room too."

"I just don't feel right walking in here when it's your private chambers."

"Oh please," I heard mother say, "you've plumped those pillows for long enough. Now your family." I rolled my eyes, but didn't say anything to her. "You are missing your own party. Come on, you have a living room full of guests." When Tony and Samantha left, mother walked over to me. "What's the matter Angela?" My eyes had filled with tears.

"I wish daddy could see me now. How happy I am. Jonathan." I rambled. Mother hugged me.

"He can see you Angela. He's just as happy and proud of you as I am." She paused. "But your father died before you married Michael so what's wrong?" I sat on the edge of the bed.

"Mother, I have never done well in personal relationships, Michael and I got divorced. Then there was Geoffrey." I started and she touched my shoulder.

"But Tony's always been there. He loves you Angela. It's obvious." I smiled. "Tony isn't going to leave. You made a good choice with him. As I recall, several years ago, he told Jonathan that he may not always live here, but he'd always be there for him?" Mother rubbed her hand over my head. "Maybe he was talking to you too, huh?" I looked at her.

"Maybe." She stood up.

"Can we go to your wedding reception or not?" She took my hand as I stood up.

"I love you mother."

"I love you too." She followed me down the stairs where Tony patiently waited for me as he had for eight years and I was assured he always would. When I reached the bottom of the stairs he squeezed my hand.

"Are you ready Angela?" I nodded and we walked into the group of our guests.
