Reading the scroll, Naruto felt… Sad.
He was a part of a clan?
His clan had a village?
A village of people he could have called family?
Hiruzen said his parents had died on the day of his birth.
That there was nobody for him.
'Lying bastard!' Naruto cursed the old man.
He glanced at the knife, and picked it up.
His heart was pounding.
He felt like his chest was burning with rage.
He wanted answers.
And this 'Father Wolf' was apparently wise.
If he could get answers… Then what was a small cut and a drop of blood?
He stabbed the tip of his finger, drawing blood, he quickly dabbed the blood onto the paper of the scroll in a small circle.
Suddenly, like a storm had awoken in the room, everything went chaotic.

Like a small tornado had formed around him, a wall of wind stopped him from going anywhere.
He felt a crackle of static, travel up his spine as from the wall of wind in front of him, a face appeared,
The face of a giant wolf, Fur as black as night, and eyes that had a crimson glow to them, appeared from the storm.
The wolf stared at Naruto, his eye piercing into his, like it was trying to invade his mind.
"Your blood is Uzumaki, Who are you boy?" the Wolf said.
Ignoring the fact that the wolf talked, he answered.
"Naruto Uzumaki"
"Naruto… I am Fenrir, Father Wolf of the Lycan Clan. Why have you summoned me?"
"I want answers! I was told all my life that I was an orphan and that I had nobody… But now I read the scroll and it says I had a clan? An entire village?... I want to know the truth, tell me who I am!" Naruto pleaded to the Wolf.
wolf's eyes softened, and the storm calmed a little.
"You want the truth?... I can give it to you, even if you may not like it. But I want something in return, an answer to my question. Deal?" she asked.
"Anything I can answer I will" Naruto said, as he nodded.
"Uzushino, The village hidden in the whirlpool… A place where three powerful clans lived. They were allies to nobody but a few who earned their respect. To others they were a plague that swept through the nations, stealing everything they could, and building a haven for themselves. The Uzumaki Clan, your clan, was the most prominent in Uzu, they were powerful and had many shinobi who could level mountains and burn forests" the Wolf said.
Naruto listened intently.
"But because of their Raids on other nations, they made enemies. Enemies that banded together and slaughtered them all. It was a bloody night, the same night I lost my Pups, who were killed by the invaders as they tried to defend the children of the village. But no human survived the attack, most of my can did, and we have rebuilt and thrived in our new home"
"So I am alone?" Naruto asked, his chest tightening and tears crawling down his cheeks.
"I'm sorry Naruto, but it seems so… Now I want my own answers" she said.
Naruto nodded.
"We should be in Konoha, the village hidden in the leaves. Who is currently Hokage?"
"Hiruzen Sarutobi" Naruto answered.
"That old fart has retaken the mantle? What about the fourth Hokage? Minato Namikaze?"
"Umm… I think he died before I was born" Naruto answered,
Fenrir didn't seem to like that.
"And what of his wife? Kushina Uzumaki? Is she dead as well?" Fenrir asked.
"If there was an Uzumaki, I would be living with them, or at least heard of them… I'm alone" Naruto said.
"..." Fenrir was silent for a moment, like he was thinking deeply.
"Come closer boy" he said.
Naruto did so, not afraid of the wolf.
Fenrir moved closer and sniffed at him, his eyes widened a little as she did so "I'm sorry to say this Naruto… But it seems I knew your mother"
Naruto's eyes widened, "Please tell me!" he begged.
"Kushina Uzumaki, wife of Minato Namikaze, Daughter of the last Uzukage of Uzushino… And Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails"
Naruto… He was shocked.
He was the son of a Hokage? How could he not know this?
And he had questions.
Like what was a Jinchurki and what did it have to do with the Nine-Tails, a beast he had heard killed many people on the day he was born?
Asking that question, Fenrir gave him his answer.
But he didn't like it at all.
"Jinchurki are human vessels. Prisons for the Tailed Beasts. They are sealed into the humans and they are charged with keeping the beast in check. A sacrifice that some would see as worthy… I know your mother hated herself for being it's Jinchuriki, she more than once tried to take her own life, in hopes of killing the beast along with her"
"But she didn't… She gave birth to me. What happened?" Naruto asked.
"... The beasts can not be killed, and once a vessel dies, a new one must be found… I'm afraid… Your foolish father must have sealed the Beast inside of you, hoping you would be taken care of by the village if he didn't survive… Although I don't know the specifics or the truth, I knew your father somewhat, and I knew your mother well. She would be happy to see you till alive and taken care of"
'Taken care of…' Naruto scoffed at her words.
"What was that for?" Fenrir asked, his eyes narrowing.
"If you call living in a crappy apartment, hated by every villager and having no friends, being taken care of. Then yeah, I'm living the life" Naruto felt bitter.
He was angry at Hiruzen, he had kept the truth from him and made him live like a no less orphan with nobody to turn to.
Angry at his Father for cursing him like this, even though he understood it was for the best, he couldn't help but want to punch his father in the face.
And he was angry at the Village.
For treating him like dirt.
For treating him worse than that.
For treating him like a demon.
Fenrir, hearing Naruto's words, seemed very upset.
Her eyes glowed more intensely by the second, And a deep snarl of rage creeped up her throat.
"Kushina was a dear friend. She was kind to all, and had a heart too good for this world… She was supposed to be the next summoner of the Lycan clan after her father, but when she married, she asked that her child be the next summoner instead" as Fenrir said this, the wind picked back up and the miniature storm raged harder.
"I should have been there, I could have saved her…" he said, rage and sorrow filled his voice.
His eyes focused on naruto, seeing the boy just standing there with his head down, deep in thought.
"Naruto Uzumaki, would you like me to help you?" he asked.
"Help?" he asked, looking up at the Mother wolf.
"Yes. I will set things as they should be. You will have a family in us, the Lycans, and by the end of today. Hiruzen will regret his actions" he said with a snarl and growl.
Naruto… He was conflicted.
He didn't want to cause trouble.
But… A family?
A chance at happiness in this shitty world?
How could he pass it up?
Naruto nodded.
And then the wolf smiled.
With a pulse of heat from him, the storm disbanded, and in the Father wolf's place, was a man.
He was tall, had short silky black hair that reached his shoulders, his skin was pale, and his eyes were a similar Deep crimson red.
He wore a loosely done up Black and silver Kimono, that showed his Slightly Hairy chest.
He was very handsome
"Fenrir?" Naruto asked.
TheI'm an nodded, "I can change into this form, it is a technique from my father, the Great Old Wolf, who I am named after"
"Wow" Naruto was in awe.
Fenrir chuckled and held out his hand, "Shall we go and deal with this mess?" he asked
Naruto grabbedthis hand tightly, afraid that if he let go he would disappear, and nodded.
