Chapter 10
The Outsider
Author's Note: Ok, I have been busy moving stuff out of my room, so I brought my notebook in my basement. So, I could get new furniture, I got it couple weeks ago. I also thought "I haven't wrote a long chapter in a while, so why not?" I would usually have written 4 whole pages and now double it, you may have been waiting for the book to update. Here it is, better than ever! Enjoy!

When Echo got to the mess hall, he got dirty looks from almost every person there. Echo wasn't hungry, so he just sat down at an empty table in the corner of the room. In the corner of his eye, he could see someone walking over, and he sat down at his table. "You don't belong here, you should've stayed with your family where it was safe." the man said
"I assure you, I made the right decision." Echo said and the man scowled
"You've made the wrong decision by denying me." he said and walked away
"Right." Echo said rolling his eyes.

When it was 23:59 (11:59 p.m) the group was outside the Imperial base. Chopper got a couple bombs out of his pocket.
"What is that?!" Brian whispered
"Something to help us get into the base." Chopper said "You guys stay here, I will be right back." Chopper then came out of the bushes and walked toward the door. He put the bombs on the door and ran back into the bushes, Chopper brought out the remote control and pressed the button. There was an explosion seconds later with alarms going off.
"Lets go!" Michelle said getting up
"No." Chopper said and then a whole bunch of troopers came and guarded the door "That is exactly what I thought would happen." he smiled
"Why is this a good thing?" Michelle asked
"If that many troopers came to the door, that either means they have a lot of troopers, or there isn't a lot of troopers guarding the doors now. There is also one way to find out." Chopper said "Follow me." he got up and sneaked past the guards. They got to a smaller door less guarded "One stormtrooper? I feel bad for him." Chopper then blew a dart to the trooper's neck. he fell within seconds.
"Did you just kill him?" Michelle asked
"No, just made him unconscious ." Chopper said then he got a grappling gun and shot it to the roof
"Aren't we going through the door?"
"No, there are guards behind the door too. Lets get climbing, Michelle you go first." Chopper said holstering his gun.
Michelle nodded and started climbing the rope fast, she got to the roof in minutes. Then Brian started climbing the rope. Then, Chopper started climbing the wall, when he was half way up a trooper opened the window and looked in Choppers' direction, he saw nothing and went back inside. Chopper came out tom the panel and started clubbing again. He got up the the roof without anymore problems.
"I'm glad you didn't get caught, Chopper." Michelle said and Chopper nodded. Chopper then made a hole big enough for all of them to fit, and tied a rope to a pipe. Everyone slid down the rope and then they were in the base.

After Echo left the mess hall, Nathan was waiting for him "Hello, Echo, I am here to bring you to the command center, the commander wants to talk to you." Nathan said and Echo nodded they were walking for a couple minutes and they reached a foot and it automatically swished open. They both walked through and there were troopers at the monitors.
"Echo, it's good to finally meet you in person." the man said
"Yes, and you are?" Echo asked
"Commander Jeff, welcome, to the command center. This is where we get our next orders." he said
"Any so far, sir?" Nathan asked
"Yes, there are terrorists at Naboo's Imperial base, we need a group to go undercover and stop the terrorists, before they get what they are looking for." Commander Jeff said
"Echo and I will go, sir, too big of a group will blow our cover." Nathan said
"Ok then, you will take a ship there, if anything pops up, contact me immediately." Jeff said
"Yes, sir." they both said and they walked out.
"Are you ready for your first mission, Echo?" Nathan asked
"Sure." Echo said and they reached the hangar and took a little ship. They were out of the hangar in seconds, they followed a river to a village. They came out of the ship and saw the bade door with a huge hole in the middle. They walked up to a guard in front of the door.
"What happened here?" Nathan asked
"We don't know, all I know is hearing an explosion and coming here." the trooper said
"How long ago was this?" Echo asked
"A hour ago, why?" he asked
"If it was that long ago, they are pro ban;y gone by now." Echo said
"Highly doubt it, we have guards at every exit, no one gets in or out without a fight." the trooper said
"There are ways of getting in places easily." Echo said walking away
"Wait up! Where are you going?" Nathan asked running up to Echo
"Looking for how they got in." Echo said
"They went through the door." Nathan said and Echo shook his head
"No, that is what you would think they would do."
"What do you mean?"
"That was the distraction to get into the base. No, there is somewhere else they got in." Echo said turning a corner. Then they saw someone groaning on the floor "What happened here?" he asked helping the trooper up.
"I don't know, last thing I remember is getting shot in the neck, with this." the trooper said giving a dart to Echo.
"I don't believe it." Nathan said "A sleeping dart, they don't make those anymore."
"When was it made?" Echo asked
"During the Clone Wars." the trooper laughed "No more of that either." he said walking away
"Well, they came over here. There's a door, but they didn't go through there."Echo said looking up "They could've climbed the wall, but they also could've just gone the safe way. Only one way to find out." Echo got his grappling hook and shot it to the roof.
"You're crazy, you know we can go through the door and to the roof, right?" Nathan asked
"Be in the enemies' eyes, of what they had to do. Now lets go, it'll be fun!" Echo said already climbing the wall.
"That's why they erased most of your memory." Nathan said to himself getting his own grappling hook and climbed the wall.
When they got to the top they saw another hole in the roof. "That's where they got in, and came out." Echo said getting rope out and tying it to a pipe and climbed down the rope. They both came to a room with a couple hallways leading different directions.
"Great, now which one did they go down?" Nathan asked

When Chopper hot down the rope there were a couple hallways. "Which one do we need to go down?" Michelle asked
"The third one." Chopper said and they walked until they reached a door. "Okay, you two will watch the door, while I go in and steal one of their computers." Chopper went through the door and saw a whole bunch of computers. Chopper grabbed the closest one and put it in his backpack. Chopper rushed through the door and ran through the same hall back to the way they came in. They climbed the rope, and Chopper untied the rope and put it in his backpack. "We want to leave no trace that we were here, so we have to free climb down the wall, and get back before someone notices the computer is gone." Everyone got down the wall and started inning to the hospital.

"Don't all bases clean the whole base every night?" Echo asked
"Yes, wh… Oh now I get it." Nathan said and Echo got some powder and blew it in all of the directions. One came up with three tracks.
"We haven't been dealing with one person, but three people. This will make it interesting." Echo said
They went down the hallway and stopped at a door. ":eta see if anything is missing." Nathan said grabbing for the food
"No, wait, do you think someone will think of putting gloves on before opening a simple door?" Echo asked and Nathan shook his head "Exactly, if someone didn't we can take the fingerprint and find him." Echo blew some powder on the door handle and taped the fingerprint and put it in one of his pockets. Echo opened the door. "Well, would you look at that, a missing computer."
"We better get back to base." Nathan said

"You are back quick, did you catch them?" Commander Jeff asked
"No, but we got some clues, sir." Nathan said
"Clues you say? Let me see them." he said and Echo gave him the fingerprint and dart. "A dart?"
"Used to make a trooper unconscious." Nathan said
"I see, well, I will scan then fingerprint and find the culprit." Jeff said
"Actually, there were three culprits. We don't have any evidence for other two."Echo said
"Interesting, I am actually needed somewhere else. I will take things under precaution. Is there anything else I should know?" Jeff asked
"They stole an Imperial computer." Nathan said and Jeff looked at Echo in the corner of his eye.
"Ok. I will see you two later, good day." Jeff said leaving the room.
"Weird." Nathan said

"Did you hack into the mainframe yet?" Michelle asked
"Yes, actually." Chopper said
"Where are they?" Michelle asked
"It seems they are in different bases across the galaxy." Chopper said
"Where is Echo?" Michelle asked
"He's on a base, here on Naboo, lucky for us." Chopper said
"The one we were just at?" Michelle asked
"No. There is a base is across a river." Chopper said
"We need to get him out of that cell, then."
"I never said he was in a cell, he works for them."
"What? That isn't like him to do that."
"He didn't have a choice, they all got gassed."
"How would you know?" Michelle asked
"I escaped before they could do the same to me." Chopper said "Anyway, we need to break him out of his state of mind, and bring him back with us."
"I agree, I have one question though, how are we going to break him out with the rest?" Michelle asked
"Like I said before, they are all separate from each other, we could only break them out one by one."
"When will we be able to break them out?" Michelle asked
"This isn't as easy as what we just did, we are actually taking people not computers, and this actually takes planning. First, we need stormtrooper armor." Chopper said
"So, we need to steal it?" Michelle asked and Chopper nodded "I can do it! I will be ion the shadows, I did it before."
"Very well, we will start tomorrow during the day."
"The day? I thought it would be during the night?"
"It would be better if it was during the day, less guards, then the only problem would be the ones walking around. Why, it it too difficult for you? I could…" Chopper began to say
"No, I can handle it myself." Michelle said
"Excellent, we start at 08:00 tomorrow." (8:00a.m.) Chopper said "Oh, and you will need to het it from the supply room."
"Okay, I will be ready." Michelle said

Author's Note: HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! I was typing this for three hours now and I am tired. I will start working more on the book later today, probably won't update it until tomorrow.
