I'M BACK EVERYBODY! Another chapter is finally here, and I'm very sorry for the long update wait. For the first two weeks I had exams, well first week, they were just pushed back a lot because of weather. So I was studying a lot during that period of time. The third week was just me having writers block, and I didn't know what to do. The others weeks were me trying to write this chapter. Also the contest for the Ocs is over, and the winner is DragonKing0117. Seika is based off Lisara Restall from Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai.

Within the darkened streets of Kuoh, a blonde teen roamed. The clouds above blocked out the moonlight from reaching him, and they also drenched him with heavy rain. The teen had his head down, and was moving forward slowly, as if depressed. Yuuto Kiba looked up after hearing a splashing sound, and saw a priest looking at him. The priest had terrified eyes, and he was lifting his hand at him, asking for help. All Kiba did was glare at the man, before looking surprised at see a sword pierce the priests back. Looking at the wielder he saw a teen with white hair, and a crazy look in his eyes. He also recognized the blade as an Excalibur, due to it's glow, and the feeling of danger he got from it. The white haired teen looked over at him.
"Oh? A shitty devil spotted me, looks like I'll have to kill you." Kiba smiled, and laughed.
"Another Excalibur popped up, it must be my birthday." Summoning a sword, Kiba charged at the teen.
"Not even gonna ask for my name? I'm hurt, oh well just means you'll die quicker, hahahaha." There blades clashed repeatedly, and loud clanging sounds were made that were drowned out by the rain.

"Buchou, there's no point in worrying, Kiba's strong." Issei was sitting on one of the couches in the ORC room, calmly drinking tea made by Akeno. As usual, Koneko was on his lap eating sweets, Asia was on his right, and Akeno was sitting on his left, instead of her normal spot, standing beside Rias. Raynare and Mittelt sat on the other couch. Rias was in her chair, and had a worried expression. Rias had asked them to meet before school started to talk about Kiba, who went off the day before. However there wasn't much talking being done.
"I know, but what happens if he doesn't come back?"
"If strays too much, I'll beat some sense into him. We can't do much else right now, so we should probably get to class." Everyone replied with a sad alright. Picking Koneko off his lap and putting her onto his shoulders, he walked out the door. Following him and instantly attaching themselves to his left and right arm were Akeno and Raynare. Leaving Asia to glare with teary eyes, Rias to just glare and Mittelt to glare at Koneko.

Skipping his classes, Issei was taking a nap on the roof. This lasted for a few classes before someone found him. "Hey Hyoudou! Get to class!" Opening his eyes and looking at the speaker, he sat up. The person he saw was a blonde teen walking up to him.
"Saji, you're just the person I wanted to talk to." After hearing that Saji froze on the spot, and then slowly backed away, knowing whatever it is, would not be good for him. "Oh no you don't!" Getting off the ground, he charged at Saji, who had started running at this point. Catching up to him quickly, he grabbed his arm and kept Saji from moving.
"No let me go! I don't want to get in trouble with Kaicou!"
"Come now, you don't even know what it is I want. At least listen to what I'm about to say." Realizing his struggle was futile and that he had no choice in the matter, he gave up and sat down.
"Alright fine, what is it?"
"You know about the two Excalibur wielders right?"
"Of course, they confronted us, asking us to not get involved. Why?"
"One of Buchous peerage, Kiba, has a grudge against the Excalibur. And since yesterday, we haven't seen him. Buchou is really worried about him, so I though about finding the two wielders and making a deal. I want you to help me with that."
"No chance in hell am I helping with that! Kaicou will punish me, you've got Rias who is strict and sweet, Kaicou is all strict!" Getting up and trying to walk away, he was stopped by a small hand. He got all of 6 feet, before Koneko came from nowhere and dragged him back. "Let me go!" Koneko lifted him with one hand, went over to the edge of the roof and held him over it. "ALRIGHT I'LL HELP, PLEASE DON'T DROP ME!" Issei just sweat dropped at the scene.
"Well now that you're on board, no one can know about this. Thank you Koneko-chan."
"...I don't want Yuuto-senpai to disappear." Issei smiled at her reassuringly, which she returned with a small, barely noticeable sad smile.

"I still don't understand why I'm here." Saji moped as the three of them walked down the street.
"I told you, I want your help finding them, it's not like there going to stand out." Stopping at the scene in front of him. He face palmed, as in front of them were two people in long white robes, asking for charity to the church. "Or maybe they will." Walking up to the two of them, he stood in front of them. "Why are you two out here begging for money?" They looked at him desperately, and were about to say something, but were cut off by their stomachs growling. Even under the white hood, he could tell their faces were red. Sighing he told them to follow him, and went to a cafe.
After allowing to order as much as they wanted, Issei realized his mistake, as his wallet was now empty. He sighed as they devoured the food they ordered. Once they finished their meal, Xenovia spoke. "To receive help from a devil, I have strayed from my faith." Irina was next.
"Lord have mercy on these devils! Amen!" Saji and Koneko held their heads, and groaned in pain, while Issei twitched in irritation.
"Think of it as help from a dragon, after all I'm more dragon then devil."
"Dragon? Well alright then I'll accept it."
"Good, now what were you two doing out there begging on the street."
"Well, Irina here blew all our money on a painting."
"It's a painting of a saint! Even the man who sold it to me said so!" Xenovia looked irritated, and the other three face palmed. Irina pulled the painting from beside her and showed it to them. It was very blurry making hard to tell what was even on it.
"Irina, you got scammed. Nothing else to it, hell I'm not even sure if that's a person. Anyway, I'm here to make a deal."
"A deal?" Xenovia looked interested.
"Yes, we want to help out your search for Kokabiel, because honestly, the two of you will not be enough to take him down. It's a suicide mission."
"We can't accept that! The church told us to do it, so we have to do it alone!" Irina objected instantly.
"You can do what you want Irina, but I'd rather not die, so I'll accept your help. Of course I want to hear what we have to do in return first."
"Let us break an Excalibur, our friend needs to get over his desire for revenge."
"As long as the core is intact, it can be remade, so I don't have a problem with that."
"Xenovia, can we really accept help from devils?"
"I don't know about you, but my faith is flexible enough if it means I get to live, besides it's help from a dragon, not devils, right?"
Issei nodded and leaned back, happy to know it went smoothly. "Alright then, let me call Kiba over and inform him of what's going on." Issei called Kiba, and told him to meet at the park fountain, and that he was with the two wielders. He was there pretty quick
"Alright, I understand. Although I kind of feel unsatisfied at the fact their giving me permission to destroy an Excalibur." They were standing around in front of the fountain.
"Consider yourself lucky you're not counted as a stray-devil yet, otherwise I would have cut you down. You seem to hold quite a grudge against Excalibur, why?"
"I'm the sole survivor of the holy-sword project."
"The despicable project where the test subjects were killed once the project was deemed a failure. A blemish on the church's history." Everyone looked in surprise at Issei. "What? Don't look at me like that, I know a lot more then you think." Xenovia spoke next.
"Putting his knowledge aside, he is correct, the holy-sword project was one of the worst cases in the church, and people were disgusted by it. The man in charge of the project was charged with heresy, and now he is on the fallen angels side."
"On the fallen angels side? What's his name?"
"Balba Galilei, the man known as the Genocide Archbishop."
"Balba Galilei... Thanks to you I now know my target, so in exchange I should give information. Last night I was attacked by a teenager wielding an Excalibur. He killed a priest, that I assume was yours, and said his name was Freed Sellzen.
"That crazy bastard? Thought I killed him during the fallen angel incident, but turns out he's pretty tough. Of course I could kill him easily, but that's no fun."
"Anyway, thank you for the info, here contact this number if you need us." Pulling out a pen, and a piece of notepad paper, she wrote down the number. Taking the page, he wrote his number underneath theirs, and then ripped the paper in half. He gave the half with his number to them. After that, the church duo got up and started walking off, only stopping to say thanks. "Thank you Issei Hyoudou, I will repay you someday."
"Thank you Ise-kun!" Before they could leave, Issei spoke up.
"You two, if you need a place to stay, go to my house, there's plenty of room, hot water, underground bath, training area, food, and so on, all for free, so knock yourselves out." Turning around and bowing to him as a sign of thanks, the two then left. With them gone, Kiba turned towards Issei.
"Why are you doing this Ise-kun?"
"Simple, I really don't want to see Buchou sad. She's really upset that you left you know, so this is my way of helping out. Besides, if it really is Kokabiel behind all this, I'm the only one here capable of beating him. And I'll be damned if I let him harm anyone I care for. You're my friend Kiba so you're part of that list, but don't expect the treatment the girls get, because I don't swing that way." Kiba cracked a smile, before returning to a serious face.
"Sorry Ise-kun, but I have to do this alone." Feeling someone tug on his shirt, he looked down at Koneko.
"... I don't want Yuuto-senpai to disappear, that would be lonely. That's why I will help too." Looking up at him with a sad face, Kiba couldn't hold his seriousness. He dropped his head, smiled again and gave in." Before anything else was said, another voice entered the conversation.
"I don't get why I'm here, as I didn't do anything, and what exactly is this holy-sword project?" They all looked at Saji who was confused. Kiba sighed.
"Let's talk about my history for a bit, shall we? Project holy-sword, was a test to make artificial holy sword wielders. There were many people who had talent with using swords, and a possessor of a sacred gear. These people went through inhuman experiments day after day, and their lives were ignored. Eventually it came to the conclusion that we were all failures, so they "disposed" of us. Everybody died. They poison gassed everyone while saying Amen. My allies made a way for me to escape, and I did just that, but the poison gas had already gotten to me, and I collapsed in the middle of the woods, in the snow. Rias-Buchou found me, and took me in, and on that day I swore that I would avenge them. I'll always remember their pained faces as they vomited blood on the floor. Just that makes my blood boil to avenge them."
"*sob* KIBA! Such a terrible past! I will help you! *sob*. Don't ever betray Rias-senpai who saved you!" He rubbed his eyes and he had a look in his eyes that told everyone what he just said is true. He puffed up his chest a bit. "Alright then, since you shared your past, and goal, I will share my goal! It is to impregnate Kaichou, and marry her!" Everyone just sighed at him. Except Issei who walked up to him, and then smacked the back of his head. Hard. "OW! What was that for!"
"You're an idiot, you're going for the wrong girl. That's why." Saji looked confused. "Never mind, you wouldn't be able to understand anyway." Saji got pissed and started swinging at Issei. Issei dodged easily while laughing, Kiba chuckled a bit, and Koneko smiled slightly.
{[Scene Break]}
A few days have passed since then, and they had looked for something every night. Of course they found nothing. Currently, Issei was thinking about what else to do. Noticing someone walking up to him, he looked up to see a blonde beauty. Asia was smiling nervously at him. "What's up Asia? Need some help?"
"No, um a few of us are going out to karaoke, and I was wondering if you wanted to come along?" Before he could answer, two sets of hands slammed down on his desk. Looking at them, he noticed it was the perverted duo. The monkey one, Matsuda, talked first.
"Yeah man! We owe ya for saving our asses that time, so your coming!"
"Looks like I don't have a choice, alright I'll go." Next to speak was Motohama.
"Alright then, another man like us!" He said it quietly as to not attract to much attention.
"Excuse me, like you two?"
"Don't bull shit us, we saw you at the peeping hole."
"haha, guilty, I feel we'll get along just fine." Asia having been still there was confused at what they were talking about.
"Um... well anyway, Koneko said she would go as well, I also asked Kiba when he was here a while a go, but he only said maybe. Kiryuu is also going."
"Koneko-chan and Asia-chan!? This will be great!" Kiryuu chose that time to show up behind Matsuda, and hit him.
"I didn't realize me going was an inconvenience." Matsuda answered.
"Your just an extra with Asia-chan! Besides we already have our glasses wearing person, and it's Motohama!"
"Hey now, my glasses are even better, because I can measure the BWH of any girl."
"Are you sure you're the only one with an ability like that?"
"Huh?" Asia, Matsuda and Motohama were confused, and Issei had a guess at what was coming. She looked down at their crotches. Matsuda and Motohama got a bad feeling and covered their crotches with their hands. Issei didn't bother.
"My Glasses can measure the length and circumference of a man's "thingy"." She looked at Issei in confusion. "Not going to try and hide yourself?"
"No, somehow I feel like even if I did, you'd still get the size, besides I don't have anything to hide, after all I'm pretty proud of my size, and it's already been proven to be satisfying." Looking back down, and her face went completely red. Coughing a bit to clear her mind of that image.
"Well, that is quite the size, on the other hand you two, are quite small. Both of you have 4'." Motohama and Matsuda collapsed on the ground, and started crying. Asia was still confused, Issei sighed, and Kiryuu was laughing like a maniac.

Alright I'm done! I can't write this chapter any more, I've been stuck on this one for like a week. It's short compared to the norm, and I'm sorry about that. But hey on the bright side, next chapter should be longer. I'm sorry about the VERY late update, writers block is a bitch, but if you just push through it, then it should go away right? Well hopefully. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy the chapter, I promise next chapter should be longer, plus if I make the next chapter go to the end of the arc, I'll end up introducing another OC of mine. After this arc will be my arc, which will go into the Reaper family. Also some relationship stuff, like bonding time in bed, if you know what I mean.
