Chapter 6

The new potions assistant.

The next morning when they all woke up it was past breakfast, and the school was in their last class before lunch, about halfway through said class.

Anko was the first to wake up, but after looking at her sleeping daughter and boyfriend she carefully got and went to find Raijin, after leaving a note of course. After feeling his chakra she shunshined into the classroom he currently was in.

SCENE CHANGE/ HARRY'S POINT OF VIEW /

*POOF* more smoke poured into the room. I was expecting to see the brown dog again. Instead, it was the purplish haired woman, Kaze's mom. She looked around the room and spotted Snape, who was paler than normal and staring at her in fear, she smirked evilly at him. She made to move toward him but was stopped by three multi-colored blurs.

"Where is she?!" Naruto yelled.

"Is Kaze ok?!" Raijin asked, rather loudly.

"She's fine. She and Kashi are still asleep. And here's a tip brats. Don't accidentally fall asleep on a queen sized bed with your boyfriend and full grown daughter." She rubbed the back of her neck, "It's uncomfortable as heck."

"Troublesome, figures that'd be your tip, Kaze really is ok though?" Shikamaru said cautiously and lazily.

"Yes she's fine, just exhausted. Raijin… can you take me to the headmasters office please?" Anko asked.

"Yes" Raijin said before returning to his desk and going to put his head down. He didn't get far though Anko grabbed him and pulled him out of his chair and left the classroom. Dragging Raijin behind her, ignoring his enraged yells and the laughter of the class.

"Kaze's mom sure is crazy, isn't she?" I asked Ron.

"Trust us. You don't know the half of it." Sakura said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"In our village, we have five tests, one to see if you have the potential to become a genin. The second one is to actually BECOME a sensei, your Jounin sensei gives you that one. The third is the chunin exam, to see if you have enough skill to become a chunin. That one is given by the hokage, as well as the fourth test the Jounin exam, to advance to Jounin. The fifth and final test, unless you plan to become Hokage like Naruto does, is done in secret. The test to become an ANBU agent. In the chunin exams Anko put all of us genin into the forest of death. Which is just like it sounds, everything in there can kill you. And it was just bad luck that Orochimaru infiltrated during that test as well." Sasuke explained.

"So… yeah, crazy might be to tame of a word INSANE would pretty well sum Anko up." Shikamaru grumbled.

Meanwhile Anko and Raijin had made it to the gargoyle that guarded the staircase to the top dog's office. Raijin looked at the gargoyle and said, "Reese's peanut butter cups." The gargoyle sprang to life and to the side revealing the staircase up, up, and up into someplace you couldn't see.

"Well… it's a good thing it carries you up itself." Anko observed. Raijin nodded and they started their journey up. When they walked into the office Dumbledore said, "Ah. Raijin, Miss Miterashi what can I do for you?"

"I would like to stay here and help your potions master teach. I'm a specialist in the terror and interrogation department of Konoha as well as a poison mistress. It would come as no extra cost to you, of course." Anko said.

Dumbledore nodded and said, "I will not disagree to that. Now why don't you and Mr. Raijin here get back to the class and Miss. Miterashi please don't scare Professor Snape too much." Anko nodded and together she and Raijin left the office.

Back with the Hatakes

Kakashi woke up and looked down at his daughter, he could still dried tear tracks on her face and figured his face looked the same. He made to get up but found that Kaze had a death grip on his shirt. He sighed and laid back down to wait until she woke up. He looked around and spotted a note on the table, he figured it must be from Anko saying where she went considering she wasn't there and he could sense her chakra several floors down.

A few minutes later Kaze stirred and woke up. She sat up and sat up letting go of her dad's shirt. "Oww…" She whimpered, stretching her fingers, "my fingers hurt."

"I'm sure." Kakashi said sitting up as well, "you had quite the grip on my shirt." Kaze blushed and looked away. Kakashi chuckled and glanced at the clock before yelping and jumping out of the bed. "We're late! It's one-thirty!" He exclaimed. Kaze's jaw dropped and she jumped up and ran out of the room.

"My clothes are all dirty! I forgot to ask the house elves to clean them! The only things I have clean are those pajamas you bought me. Those ones with the Konoha symbols and puppies decorating them." Kaze yelled from her room.

"You'll just have to wear those then and I'll have bull get the house elves to wash the rest." Kakashi called back.

"But they're PINK!" Kaze shrieked.

Kakashi chuckled and shook his head before finished getting dressed.

Kakashi's class

"Where is he?!" Ron yelled

"I don't know, but he is over an hour late…" Hermione said. The heard a sigh and looked over at the ninja, Shikamaru was asleep and the other three, Naruto Sasuke, and Sakura were debating over something while Raijin was day dreaming. For some reason Kaze wasn't there.

"How are you all not annoyed by this?" Harry asked.

"Well Shika is asleep and the rest of us… well, we're used to it. Back in Konoha he was always at LEAST two hours late for everything." Naruto said in exasperation.

Raijin grinned and said, he'll probably be here in another hour… or two." Naruto and the others who weren't asleep or a scythe wielder, Raijin, seemed to have come to a decision over whatever it was they had been arguing over.

It was with a sigh that that Sasuke bit his thumb and summoned a snake before telling it to go and get Iruka. The snake poofed and outside and a few minutes later Iruka appeared.

"What is it Sasuke?" He asked.

"Kakashi-sensei's Late again. Will you teach the class some of the stuff you teach your students in the academy? I'd have Shikamaru do it since he has his own class at the academy as well, but… as you can see he's asleep." Sasuke explained.

Iruka nodded and started to teach. A few minutes later Kaze and Kakashi ran into the room and skid to a stop in front of Iruka.

"Sorry uncle Iruka." Kaze said.

"It's fine. But if I might ask why are you wearing those pajamas?" Iruka asked.

"Cause they're all I have clean." Kaze answered before going to sit down.

"You're Late!" Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke yelled.

"Sorry, you see I was on my way here when ii was attacked out of know where and ended up having an epic battle with the wall who attacked me." Kakashi said with an eye smile.

"Liar!" team seven yelled again.

"Man I've missed this." Kakashi said.

"Uh-huh." Kaze said, "That epic battle was you getting out of bed to fast and slamming into the wall after you missed the doorway to the bathroom. Not to mention you were pulling your shirt on and it was covering your eyes. Geez dad, even I can make it places without crashing into walls, WITH my eyes closed."

Kakashi shrugged, "it's not the first time. Anko usually yells out directions to me."

Kaze sighed before frowning, "wait a minute… where is mom? She wasn't there when we woke up." She said.

Kakashi thought for a minute before saying, "she left a note saying that she'd gone to ask the headmaster about staying here and helping teach potions, because of her knowledge in poisons."

Kaze and chuckled and said, "The old bat will just love that! He's terrified of mom. This will be funny. Kukuku." She finished with an evil Orochimaru like laugh. Making everyone especially Sasuke edge away from her.

Yes! Only a day and a half after the last one! I know that this is short but this seemed like a good spot to end. Soo. Yeah. Anyway as always please review.
