Kamino was a wreak, nearly half the ward was levelled, not ruined but levelled like someone got a giant vehicle and paved over the place, on these ruins several people could be seen scattered about, many of them wearing "unique" costumes, the heroes here to stop the League of Villains. Unfortunately, the rescue and capture mission they went on, went not just sideways but topsy turvy and loop the loop for good measure. Because All for One had appeared and preceded to pretty much tear through the heroes like paper at his facility and then rescuing the League of Villains from All Might at the bar. The heroes hadn't even managed to rescue the hostage Katsuki Bakugo, a student at UA for future heroes.

Luckily Katsuki was rescued by his classmates, with the hostage out of the way the heroes were freer in using force to try and take the villains down, but several heroes were also down for the count and All For One had evacuated the rest of the villains leaving just himself facing a small army of heroes but despite this he didn't seem worried at all, in fact he seemed to be enjoying it, it was like an amusement to him, he seemed to be happy to stretch his proverbial muscles after years of disuse.

However, the level of destruction he caused had an unintended consequence the structural integrity of his hideout was damaged, and things several floors below in secret levels began to move and fall as they were no longer supported. Beams fell, walls crumbled, and floors dropped, each thing damaging more of the building and spreading the destruction in a cycle till it came to the very last floor or perhaps vault or fortress would be a more accurate statement. It was made of the strongest material available in the world easily on par with the prison Tartarus, filled with very deadly automated defences that even pro-heroes would struggle with.

But inside the vault there wasn't piles of gold or jewels, world destroying super weapons, rolls of paper or computers filled with plans on how to take over the world or anything of that nature but instead there was a single large container filled with liquid, inside this container with an oxygen mask was a naked red headed female clearly asleep, she had been for nearly a century (I don't know when quirks appeared and when All For One got his in comparison to that but he seems to be early days first twenty years, combined with the amount of users for Deku's quirk and All For One's scientist lifespan, and the older yakuza knowing and being afraid of him this seemed like a reasonable number) at this point, she was both a trophy and material for All For One's experiments.

Many who knew of the situation would consider the users of One for All to be his greatest threat and rivals, but they were simply the longest running threat to him, his first and greatest threat was this person. As the roof of her prison gave way to the hundreds of tons of material that had fell on it, her container was pierced the liquid flowed out, dragging her along with it. Most of the automated defences were damaged, blocked or destroyed by the debris so only a handful of the weapons were capable of reacting to the breach. Guns firing not bullets but anti-tank shells at the prone female form on the ground. But just as quickly as they started, they stopped, not because their programming said so but because they were all torn from the walls and now scattered across the room and the red head was no longer on the ground but rather standing under the hole in the ceiling.

The very angry red head only had two things on her mind at the moment, to find some clothes and tear All for One limb from limb and with those things in mind she jumped straight up through the hole.

This was a disaster All Might thought several heroes' down, several streets destroyed creating a scene that wouldn't be out of place for an apocalypse movie, civilians being way to close to the front line even though the police were trying their best to keep them away, not only that but I was nearing my limit, I only had a few minutes at best before I was reduced to my weakened form. But I knew how tough All for One was and knew it would take more than a few minutes to take him down unless I got a lucky blow. I knew the other heroes would fight as hard as well but none of them truly knew this monster like I did.

Said monster looked very amused, monologing about my weakness and inevitable defeat but then there was an explosion of some kind coming from the Nomu facility, I recognized the sort of explosion it was, it wasn't from bombs or anything like that but rather something extremely strong and fast tearing through buildings, I did it often enough to recognize that sort of sound. Did that mean a Nomu was coming? Another special one that was engineered to try and equal me in physical capabilities? If so, then this fight had gone beyond difficult I could see other heroes reached the same conclusion as me and began circling the building but when I looked at All for One that conclusion changed, his amusement had vanished in fact he seemed to be restless and slightly worried. What was coming then?

I soon received my answer as another explosion and a plume of smoke erupted like from some volcano, a blur came out the smoke and stopped once it was clear of it. I blinked then blinked again, it was a fairly small slip of a red hair girl swaddled in what looked like medical blankets you would find in a hospital. I wasn't the only one that was surprised, and the other heroes were unsure what to do since they expected another Nomu. Her face was one of extreme anger, her eyes wandered over everyone till they landed on All for One.

Her eyes narrowed, her body tensed and then the words hissed out of her mouth "ALL FOR ONE" it was said quietly but everyone heard it and the sheer venom in the words was enough to send shivers up and down even my spine. She then sprung, I could barely keep up she was moving faster than even my master Gran Torino, she speed past me and then launched a punch at All for One that caused a shockwave, the wind blew, and the ground cracked, it was a punch worthy of me.

All for One used one or several of his stolen quirks to increase the size of his arm to block it but even with that he was forced down the blow forcing him to his knees. The red head jumped back and landed at the rim of the crater the villain was now centred in. Her face calmer but still filled with anger as she glared daggers.

"So, your now free, I suppose I forgot you were in the basement, then again you have been imprisoned for nearly a hundred years" All for One stated, his "amused" voice sounded a bit forced.

However, the words shocked me along with everyone else, even the crowd and news crews were stunned into silence, after all that would put her right around the advent of quirks itself, but none appeared more shocked than the girl, she stepped back before she regained her glare, "your lying" she said.

"I am?" he chuckled "look around you, do you recognize any of these customed people? Of course not, even though they are your legacy, First Hero Ranma Saotome".

FIRST HERO!? FIRST HERO?! The first hero was as legendary as they were mysterious, very little was known about the individual, when quirks first appeared there were many who decided to abuse their powers, steal things, trying to take over the government or the world etc. But an individual took upon themselves to stop those abusing quirks. That person destroyed gang after gang, criminal after criminal and destroyed all the mini empires that were being formed before one day they just disappeared. Although the first hero was gone, the effort and results inspired others to do the same and use their quirks to stop the villain till eventually the government seeing the wisdom in these individuals created the Hero Programme.

So, All for One got to her, and kept her imprisoned all these years but what sort of quirk did she have some special superhuman quirk that allowed her to do all these amazing feats of strength and speed along with an immortal body? Possible but if so, why didn't All for One steal it? That didn't make much sense but if we got out of this I could ask later.

Ranma had gone still her face no longer angry but cold frigidly cold "That means that" "Yes, their dead, all your family and friends and everyone and everything else you have known are long since gone" All for One interrupted gloating slightly.

Ranma was quivering "You you YOU BASTARD" Ranma shouted out as a blue aura erupted from her blazing out in all directions, the force from it was enough to knock everyone either down or back, then ice began spreading from her feet like young Todoriki, the previously very clear sky was filled as storm clouds began appearing lightning lancing across it, the wind began picking up immensely making most people and things very unsteady, it was like nature itself was responding to her anger.

Ranma launched herself at All for One who quickly became airborne and mobile in an effort to avoid the enraged female, it didn't work, she was a tornado of punches and kicks with energy blasts thrown in for good measure, while the villain was little more than a ball in a pinball machine. Bur All for One was sturdy and counterattacked at every opportunity with his many quirks, Ranma on the other hand seemed to have just as many quirks, though of a more elemental nature as she created these little circles with designs from her hands that preceded to launch lighting and fire and other sort of things, including creating shields. While the ice below constantly attacked All for One with spears and hands made of ice in an effort to trap him, while lighting and mini tornados attacked from the sky. The First Hero and All for One were fairly evenly matched but it was clear that All for One's goading had worked, the aura around Ranma was getting smaller and it was clear to everyone who's watching that she would be worn down before All for One as she exerted all her power rather than pacing herself.

After two to three minutes of some of the fastest and most relentless fighting I had ever seen they had disengaged "Your weaker" Ranma said, a lot of her anger seemed to have been worked off.

"So are you" All for One said looking thoroughly battered, his suit torn in many places and while he would certainly outlast Ranma he too was worn down by the exchange of blows "but then again, you're in remarkable shape for someone who has been in suspended animation for several decades, unable to work out, I on the other hand was unfortunately injured by that blue lummox (indicating me) over there, though I injured him in turn".

"I see" Ranma looked between him and me, and then a smile appeared on her face, she vanished from the spot she was at and reappeared beside me, her hands glowing green as she touched my wound.

"What are you..." my words trailed off as I felt the constant pain recede, I lifted my shirt to reveal smooth unblemished skin, it was gone, and I felt One for All return slightly, I guess I would have it for a bit longer.

Ranma began swaying on her feet "Go...get...him" before her eyes closed and collapsed backwards, finally exhausting herself. I smiled slightly she was a true hero rather than trying to continue a battle she knew she would lose she passed the torch onto another.

"Get Ranma out of here I will handle the Villain" I began advancing on All for One, who was now angry he knew in our current states victory was now a guarantee for me though I still wouldn't underestimate him. The other heroes went for Ranma while I charged, the symbol of peace was staying for a while longer.

The fight in Kamino was historical and unlikely to be forgotten soon if ever, already it was being spread across the world, there were many talking about how the League of Villains managed to escape although their true leader had been captured, the damage done, and the lives lost but the most talked about thing was the return of the First Hero, now a name had been added to the title Ranma Saotome. The First Hero was considered a myth by many, or the individuals exploits, and power had been over exaggerated but after that display it was clear she was both real and powerful and many wanted to know about her, the last glimpse of her was being put into an ambulance and was being taken to a secure hospital where the newshounds would be unable to get her. But she would have to come out some time and face a new world.

In case it wasn't clear Ranma was using magic, ki and spiritual energy, she/he doesn't have a quirk.

Ranma isn't locked she just came from a tank of water so of course Ranma is in female form.

In case anyone is saying Ranma is too powerful because of what I depicted. This Ranma is several years older than when the show ended and has faced numerous superhuman villains, with Ranma's normal learning curve it's pretty clear Ranma would be much stronger than when the show ended.
