Hey guys this chapter was for guardianofdragonlore! :D The poll was A:1 B:10, but now its over movie starts next chapter! :D Enjoy Chapter 20!

The Guardians were about to continue when a bright light came from behind them. They looked at each other in confusion before looking at the figure coming out of the light.

Jack looked the person over curiously. They actually looked at lot alike, with the white hair and pale skin. The other boy's eyes were white/silver-y color though and had a dim glow around him.

The four older Guardians stared at the new arrival in joy and surprise. "Nightlight!"

Jack looked between the others and this 'Nightlight' in confusion. "Uhh…who?"

"Jack this is Nightlight,' North booms, what the others call his 'jolly grin' showing under his beard. 'He is oldest Guardian, back before even the Golden Age! He was Manny's protector when he first got to the moon. Nightlight is good to see you old friend!"

The boy moved his hands from a staff Jack just noticed to embrace North happily.

Sandy floated forward and made a question mark above his head. Likely meaning: Why are you here?

Nightlight made some motions with his hands to Sandy, eyes showing worry as they flickered a few times to Jack. Sandy's golden eyes widened as his eyes too went to Jack for a moment before he nodded worriedly.

The others and Jack had watched the exchanged between the mutes with clueless expressions. Not able to understand any of the fast hand movements they were left in the dust.

"Uhh…a bit slower, mates.' Bunny says as he stares at the two strangely. 'We didn't understand any of that."

Sandy waved his hand in a 'Tell you later' way and motioned that a new memory was coming up.

The non-mutes gave the two sideways looks (mostly Jack since he felt what they were hiding was about him) but turned back to the memory.

Jack was in Yosemite National Park when he first met her. It was late fall and soon he would get to start spreading snow. For now, he was playing harmless pranks on the visitors/campers and animals.

He made a squirrel slide on a patch of ice into some poor random campers' tent. They, a young couple, came out screaming and after a few minutes the squirrel came out covered in what looked like chocolate sauce and whip cream.

Jack laughed so hard he had to hold his stomach. "That-was-awesome!"

He chuckled to him self a bit more before deciding to go frost over the hot springs. (AN: I'm sorryguys I haven't been there in forever and can't remember if they have those or not so please go with it!)

He flew in their directions when he was stopped by her voice.

"If I remember correctly…Winter doesn't start for a few week." A soft breeze like voice says behind him.

He turned and found a woman that made something in him tingle. She had a healthy tan with golden hair, ice blue eyes and a fire red dress. She was looking at him with unwavering eyes that made the tingling worse.

"So…who are you?" Jack asks, hoping he doesn't offend her. Something about this woman told him it would be dangerous to his health if he angered her.

The woman smiled slightly. "I am Mother Nature, Jack Frost."

Now Jack understood the tingling, he had heard something about seasons being able to feel it when in the presence of her. Still if she was one of the ones who didn't like him (and there were a good number of them) he didn't want to take the chance of upsetting her.

"…Is there anything you need?" He asks after a few minutes in an awkward silence.

She shook her head. "No, I have heard much about you and wanted to see for my self.' She looked back at where he had scared the couple with a spark of amusement in her eyes. 'And most of it seems to be true. Also I would like to give you a small warning."

Jack shifted, worried she might threaten or attack him but she didn't

"Things are stirring and I suggest you be careful…and watch the darkness." With that she disappeared in a warm breeze.

Jack looked highly confused but shook it off, shrugging. "Whatever."

He turned and continued on his way. He didn't think much about the warning till he had been pushed into a sack though a magic portal and told the Boogieman was trying to take over the world a few months later.
