Welcome back guys, for This chapter I will be breaking away from Eugene's POV so that I can focus more on Rapunzel this chapter but I will be returning to Eugene's narrative probably next chapter. Other then that I have nothing else to say, enjoy.
About twenty miles south of the palace there was a small mellow field with all sorts of wildflowers and rose bushes. It use to be Rapunzel and Eugene's favorite place to have picnics and go for walks because of how beautiful and peaceful the place was, which made it the perfect place for Rapunzel to sit down and meditate and think about what the Archer had told him. If what she was told was true, and she could indeed use her magic to track down that magic pit then she needed someplace nice and quite in order to concentrate and find it. Then there was Rapunzel's suspicion that Eugene, who up until last night she believed was dead, was the Archer. Could it be true, could Eugene still be alive and secretly be working as a vigilante. If so then why is he still allowing the world to think he's dead, why is he not letting her in on his secret? Nothing made sense for her anymore, her once simple life has been turned upside down and has left her with nothing but question after question, and she was desperate to get answers.
"Come on dammit give me something?" Rapunzel said to herself as she lay in the middle of the flower mellow meditating. She had been sitting in the middle of the mellow for fifteen minutes trying desperately to find the pit but so far hasn't sensed anything. Rapunzel was starting to believe that this was a loss cause, that she was wouldn't be any help to the Archer. Still she decided to try one last time to find the pit, this time instead of meditating she closed her eyes and started singing her familiar song.
As she started singing her veins started glowing from the inside, and she suddenly found herself standing up and walking clear out of the field with absolutely no control over her body. Rapunzel couldn't believe it, her magic had took over her body and was leading her to god knows where. She didn't know for sure if the magic was leading her to the pit or not but she knew she would find out sooner or later.
Rapunzel walked for what seemed like hours before she was led to the top of the Corona mountains. There on the top of mountains was a building that was almost as big as her parents castle. If there was a place to hide a magical pit, this was definitively the place. The door was unlocked so Rapunzel had no problem getting inside. When she got inside, there standing at the end of the huge main entrance of the castle, that was bigger then some peoples homes was a giant pit. Rapunzel walked up to it and saw that where clear liquid should be was bright yellow liquid. She couldn't believe it, the Archer was right there was a magical pit.
Rapunzel then heard some noises coming from outside and quickly looked for a place to hide before spotting some crates on the far left side of the room to hide behind. There was two sets of crates and each set had something different written on it. Rapunzel looked at one the crates sitting right in front of her and saw that it read danger, explosives, handle with caution.
"That can't be good." Rapunzel thought to herself, before quietly crawling over to the second set of crates which read danger, fear gas, extremely hazardous, use with extreme care.
Rapunzel was really getting scared now. Explosives, fear gas, what the hell are they planning?
"The last shipment of fear gas came in master." Rapunzel heard a voice say.
"Excellent." A second voice said. Rapunzel quietly peeked her head from behind one of the crates to see to her horror the Alpha male standing in the middle of the room with a second member of the Wolf Pack.
"There will be a meeting tonight so make sure all members meet here at eleven." Alpha male said "There I will explain the importance of this fear gas, and how we are going to cleanse Corona of there sins."
"Cleansing Corona of it's sins, what does he mean by that?" Rapunzel thought to herself. She didn't know but she did know that it couldn't be good whatever it meant. Once Alpha male and the other guy was gone she bolted for the exit as fast as she could, she had to get this back to Merida and the Death Force as well as the Archer, she didn't want to admit it but she was going to need to help of both of them to stop these guys. There was no doubt about it, Corona was in danger.
When Rapunzel got back to the palace she saw another arrow hanging from her bedroom wall with another note attached to it. There was also a phone sitting her desk right next to her bed. She removed the note from the arrow and noticed that it was a telephone number. The Archer must want to know what she found out and instead of meeting face to face he wants her to call him. Rapunzel picked up the mysterious phone and called the number she was given, suddenly she heard the deep growling voice of the Archer on the other end.
"What did you find out?" The Archer asked
"I found the pit for you." Rapunzel said "It is on top of the Corona mountains."
"Did you find out anything else?"
"Only that they have crates galore of explosives and fear gas, and are planning something called the cleansing of Corona's sins." Rapunzel said "They are meeting tonight at eleven and the whole organization is supposed to be there, if we are going to stop them from unleashing hell on the kingdom we've got to stop them tonight. I have a friend that sent a group called the Death Force over to assist us with the capture of these guys. I should be able to talk them in to assisting us tonight in battle.
"Do whatever you can from your end, I'll do what I can from my end." Archer said.
"Just to let you know, I do trust you." Rapunzel said "The rest of the kingdom may not consider you a hero, but I do."
"I'm not a hero, not yet," Archer said "The kingdoms still in danger."
"Well then save it." Rapunzel said
"I attend to." Archer said as he hung up the phone.
With the Archer now aware of the situation at hand Rapunzel could now focus on getting the Death Force in the game. She may not like them, let alone trust them, but she did know that she needed them.
Rapunzel called a meeting with Merida and the Death Force in the royal conference room there they met at a huge rectangle table with rotating chairs. As they all where waiting for everybody to show up for the meeting Smiley was having a little to much fun with the spinning chairs.
"Wee!" Smiley laughed as he spun around on the chairs. "Come on Jester you've got to try this!"
"Will you please settle down and act professional!" Rapunzel scolded "We've got a serious situation going on."
"Sorry I'm late." Merida said as she, Terminator and Greyson walked in.
"Greyson I didn't know you were attending this meeting?" Rapunzel said
"Your father wanted me to attend so that he could know just what we are dealing with, he also wanted somebody to keep a eye out on these guys."
"Can we just get this thing started?" Spade said "I get board easily"
"Ok" Rapunzel said as she got started with the meeting. "I found out from a outside source that the Wolf Pack is planning a meeting tonight to discuss there plot against the kingdom. I don't know to much of the details except that it evolves explosives and fear gas."
"Do you know the exact location of where this meeting is supposed to take place?" Merida asked
"Fortunately yes," Rapunzel said "I did a little digging and found that it they have a secret headquarters on the top of the Corona mountains. They also have a pit there that the Alpha Male apparently uses to heal any wounds and keep himself alive as long as he wants. Similar to the magic that I hold."
"How are we supposed to kill somebody that has access to that type of magic?" Sniper asked
"That's not my top concern right now, right now all I am concerned about is putting a end to whatever they are planning and bringing them in dead or alive.
"So when is this meeting of there's?" Merida asked
"At eleven, which means we must strike then."
"Got it." Merida said "Ok Death Force, you got your mission, tonight we march to the Corona mountains and we put a end to this terrorist organization, whatever cost necessary."
A couple hours later a nine, two hours before the force was supposed to go out and and go after the Wolf Pack, Greyson and the Terminator was meeting in Greysons office. There Greyson has surgically removed the explosive from Terminator's skull and deactivated it.
"There" Greyson said after he deactivated the bomb. "Now you are free from Merida's grasp."
"Thanks" Terminator said "Why did you volunteer to remove the bomb anyway."
"Because I want you Terminator to do a special job for me." Greyson said "I want you to take out the Archer once and for all."
"What is your obsession with that freak anyway?" Terminator asked
"Let's just say I consider him a threat." Greyson said "Which is why I want you to take him out. I freed you from Merida's clutches but I can very easily put that bomb back in you, unless you agree to take out the Archer."
"There's no way your putting that bomb back in me." Terminator said
"Good, now the Archer is going to be tough to take down which means you may need a little bit of assistance taking him out." Greyson said as he took out a syringe and jabbed it in his arms causing Terminator to scream in pain.
"What was that?" Terminator asked as he fell to the ground.
"Mirakuru." Greyson said "A special steroid that will give you superhuman strength and reflexes making you near immortal.:
"You must be really desperate to take this guy out?" Terminator said
"More then you know." Greyson said
Then after Terminator left to get ready for his secret mission against the Archer, Greyson sat down at his desk and reached into his top drawer, there inside the drawer was the mask of the Alpha male. As he stared at it he made phone call.
"Yes Alpha Male?" a unknown voice said on the other end.
"The princess is leading a special task force toward us tonight, I need you to keep a extra eye out for them."
"Will do Alpha male and how about the Vigilante that is out there."
"Don't worry I have a special weapon that will take care of that freak. If all goes to plan, tonight, the Archer, the Death force and that nosy princess will be eliminated and nothing will stop us from unleashing the fear gas on the Kingdom."
