Akatsuki Family: Part Six
Walking along on the beach, Sakura was the closest to the water. The baby in her arms, Yukio a couple of steps ahead but still very close. Kazou swarm in the shallow water, while Jotaro and Adkira ran a long beside him, aware they weren't allowed in the water. At Sakura's side, Itachi and Kisame walked for a while, until Kisame walked ahead jumping into the water to swim with Kazou.
"Sakura, Madara was harsh, I apologise," Itachi said, voice low as he spoke.
"There is no need," Sakura replied, eyes moving to look out at the sea.
"Sakura, I know Madara. And I know what he could do to you," Itachi said.
"He obviously needs me for something, otherwise I would already be dead," Sakura answered.
As much as it scared her, that was the truth. They wanted something from her, once she was used then she would be gone, it wasn't as if she could fight one of them, never mind all of them. Out running them, still was out of the question, she would end up caught before she five minutes had passed.
"Itachi, why don't you have kids? Everyone else seems to," Sakura asked, of all the Akatsuki members Sakura had heard of them having children in one of the villages living with their other parent, but Itachi had said nothing about children or a child.
"I killed me clan, do you really think I want children?" Itachi asked.
"I guess not," Sakura replied, seeing his point.
"I have a children, Kabuto made him in a lab," Itachi answered.
"Okay, where is he?" Sakura asked.
"He died, his heart had a hole, he only lived a couple of days," Itachi answered, his emotions not changing.
"I am so sorry." Sakura replied, lowering her head.
"I never meet him, he was delivered to me as a gift from Orochimaru," Itachi said.
Itachi saw as Sakura's eyes flashed a deep anger, but she said nothing just stopped in her tracks staring at the ground. She seemed to be thinking, but he couldn't tell what she was thinking.
"Sakura, are you okay?" Itachi asked, Sakura dropped to her knees in the sand sitting back on her heels.
Itachi moved with deadly speed, kneeling down next to her and holding her arms to steady her. Her eyes looking at the sand, she still hadn't looked up at him.
"Sakura...Sakura," Itachi called, shaking her Sakura seemed to snap out of whatever world she was in before.
"Are you okay, Sakura?" Yukio asked.
"There is Anbu in the edge of the forest behind you," Sakura whispered, Itachi tried to sense for them a few times picking up on them eventually.
" Yep, Got them. Take the kids," Itachi ordered, it seemed they all moved at the same time.
Itachi speed up towards the Anbu, Sakura grabbed Yukio's hand and rand for Adkira and Jotaro. Kisame and Kazou were still in the water. The Anbu moved from the cover of the forest and Kisame went into action after his partner, Kazou swimming towards me. Having all the kids, I headed for the forest, hoping it would provide a bit of cover. Running back in the direction of the base, I hoped this was the right direction, Sakura felt someone chasing after her. They were moving a lot faster than they were.
"Kazou, Yukio, protect the others," Sakura whispered, stopping she gave Chion the baby to Yukio.
Hiding them behind a tree, Sakura stepped out from behind the tree and waited for the person to get to them. Seeing the Anbu break the tree line, Sakura frowned knowing which village they had came from, Leaf Village.
"Sakura Haruno, on orders of the Hokage, you have ordered home," The Anbu stated.
"No, I am not going back to that village," Sakura said.
"Force will be used then," The Anbu said, attacking.
Moving out of the way, Sakura redirected the Anbu sending him flying in the opposite direction of the kids. Falling into a defence position, Sakura waited to see what they would do next.
"Sakura, why are you doing this?" The Anbu reached up removing their hood and then taking their mask off.
Sakura swallowed hard, Ibiki Morino, Leader of the Anbu and Interrogation and Torture Unit in Konoha.
"I can't," Sakura said, hoping someone would come soon so she didn't have to fight this guy.
Ibiki ran at Sakura, managing to redirect his attack, Sakura gasped as a kunai hit his should. Grabbing the kunai, Sakura pulled it out, seeing the blood that followed.
"Sakura, I thought you were suppose to stay out of trouble," Deidara said, his voice heard but Sakura couldn't see him.
"I tried, not my fault if we get attacked by Anbu," Sakura replied.
"They are from your previous village, looking for you, you are the reason they are here," Sasori said, Sakura couldn't locate the two ninja just hear them.
Across from him, Ibiki seemed to having the same problem. Leaping from the trees, Sasori landed in front of Sakura and Deidara across the field behind Ibiki, a few meters away.
"Ibiki Morino, Sakura won't be going with you. She has a place here," Deidara said.
"She is a member and shinobi of the Village hidden in the Leaves, she is bound by law to return with me," Ibiki said.
"No, she is one of us," Sasori said, pulling out two of his puppets to protect him and help protect Sakura and the kids if Ibiki where to attack.
"Sakura, where are Itachi and Kisame?" Pein asked, landing beside Sakura.
"They were at the beach, taking care of the rest of the Anbu," Sakura answered, Pein nodded disappearing into the forest.
Stepping back, Sakura glanced at the kids behind the tree. Their expressions where scared, they seemed to be uncertain even when Akatsuki members were on their way and five where already around in the area. Sakura knew they weren't safe, but the chances where high they would be.
"Sakura, when Zetsu gets here...go with him," Deidara ordered.
"I'm already here," Zetsu said, grabbing Sakura's arm. He phrased back into the ground.
Ending up beside the kids, Sakura reached out the kids holding on to her arm. Phrasing back through the floor, Sakura closed her eyes. When she opened her eyes they were back in the Akatsuki base, Sakura watched as the kids disappeared down the hallways, Yukio and Chion staying at her side.
"Stay with kids, they know what to do," Zetsu replied, as the kids came running back each with backpacks.
