I am so so so so sorry for this SUPER late update. When I started writing this I was taking summer classes and I had a bunch of free time on my hands. But, I saw all the views and favorites and the such and it made me super happy! So, I've been working on this chapter for a while and it is definitely the longest chapter of this story so far. It was 7,895 words and 14 pages long single spaced. So, I'm proud of this, but I have to say the part I'm most proud of is the beginning because of all the detail I put into it. So, enjoy. You may even like the ending too!

Sasuke's Burlesque Chapter 5

When Sasuke opened his eyes, light was pouring into his bedroom. He screwed them shut again as a splitting headache ripped through his head and he clutched at it. Upon stumbling back into their apartment, Sasuke had immediately picked up a bottle of Jack Daniels and chugged his sorrows away. As he drank the night away, he had started to remember that he had in fact take Sakura's virginity. While he knew he could ignore the feelings he had always had for her since they were little, now he could not ignore the fact that he had taken something very precious to her. Sasuke ran a hand through his hair, gritting his teeth against the pain. He rarely ever got hung over, but when he did, it was intense.

Fumbling around him, Sasuke's wandering hand stayed upon realizing…he was NOT in his room. He was on the couch in his living room…half-naked…beer and whiskey bottles everywhere…and practically spooning with a snoring Naruto. Sasuke stared down at him with a look of shock and horror for a good thirty seconds, trying to process why and how the hell they were in that position. Despite his raging headache, Sasuke shouted out in disgust loudly enough to awake his drooling roommate and, in his own state of drowsy shock, Naruto cried out and slipped off the couch. He landed on his face and his cry was muffled in the carpet. His legs were sticking comically up in the air and the blanket that had been around them fluttered down on him.

"What…" Sasuke growled with a shaky breath, "the fuck?!"

"Don't ask me!" Naruto yelled at him, jumping up from his spot. "You were the one who was all sappy and depressing last night! You practically were all over me last night!"

Sasuke waved a weary hand at him and ran a hand through his crazy hair. It was sticking up in random directions and as he ran his fingers through it, he grimaced as he pulled a piece of half chewed gum out. The TV was on, where a movie was on about how a girl runs after a guy who does not appreciate her actions towards him. He narrowed his eyes at the love scene depicting the end of the movie where the couple lean in and kiss each other passionately. Naruto watched him with pursed lips and tired eyes. He stood up and stretched his arms to the ceiling, reveling in the feeling of his back popping from being on the couch all night. Seeing his best friend going through something akin to a break up made Sasuke look pathetic; almost like a sad puppy. Sasuke was not supposed to be pathetic! He was the rock of the relationship between the two of them, not the other way around. It had been awkward as hell the previous night; Sasuke was blubbering about how he had lost the love of his life because he was an idiot and what not. He had been drunk off his ass, but alcohol loosens the tongue a tad. Naruto knew Sasuke had been head over heels for their friend, but he was just too hard-headed to say anything or do anything about it besides get drunk, take her virginity, and then NOT even remember the event.

Naruto rubbed his tired eyes and peered down at his depressed with a stern expression.

"Seriously, Sasuke," he groaned. "Get your shit together and go apologize to Sakura. For EVERYTHING." With that, Naruto stomped to his room to get ready for the day. Sasuke groaned under his breath and stood up, the blanket he and Naruto had conveniently shared the night before laid forgotten on the floor. He took in the sight of the living room, where beer bottles and several empty bottles of vodka and tequila were strewn across the expanse of the room. Slapping a hand to his face, he dragged it down in a show of exasperation. This was his issue when he got drunk; while he never had that killer hangover besides the pounding headache, he certainly never remembered what happened the night before. His feet began dragging themselves to the kitchen to replenish his sleepy body and mind. The empty bottles and shot glasses occasionally hit his feet, making him wince slightly at how sensitive his body was when he was trying to overcome his hangovers. Stumbling to the refrigerator, he opened it to retrieve a water bottle to quench the overbearing thirst that always accompanied him after a hardcore night of drinking. Sasuke heard the shower kick on as Naruto started his daily routine: shower for an ungodly amount of time, therefore taking all the hot water, run around naked while he searched for his clothing that he forgot to wash and put out for the next day. Then, he would proceed to brush his teeth with a nasty toothbrush he refused to throw away, and then make instant ramen for breakfast before shoving his shoes on as he stumbled out the door.

Sasuke, with his water bottle brandished in his hand like a weapon, walked to his bedroom and quietly closed the door behind him. He pursed his lips slightly at the sight of how depressing his room was designed, with its beige walls and black carpet. There were only three pieces of furniture in the decent sized room: his bed, a dresser, and a desk that he used mainly to do school work and collect dust. His bed took up most of the room, leaving him to more than once to stub his foot against the side of it. His comforter was black and his pillow cases white. There had been a rumor that was passed around in high school that since his family was a little wealthier than those he went to school with, he owned black silk sheets and slept on a bed that was stuffed with goose feathers, ensuring he had the ultimate luxury. Sasuke would ignore their high school rumors and gossip, but Naruto and Sakura would always guffaw at the silly words that left their classmates mouths. The ones who were passing these rumors were his alleged fan girls, who squealed whenever he breathed the same air as them. However, these rumors could speak further than the truth. This was the reason why his two friends would laugh so much; they were the only ones who had seen his room. While Sakura, trying to be the good person, had wanted to tell these girls that their precious Sasuke was not as perfect as they wanted to see him as, Naruto would only pat her on the head and gush about how she was just the epitome of sweet and generous.

Now, at twenty two years old, Sasuke looked at his bed with a furrowed gaze. He could not understand why those stupid girls would think he slept on a bed made from the finest silk and shit. Huffing out from his nose, Sasuke put the water bottle down on his dresser, which laid cluttered with different knick knacks from his childhood. There was a picture of him and his brother, Itachi, when they were younger. He had always idolized his brother ever since he was little, so when Itachi moved away from home when he started college, Sasuke wanted to follow his footsteps and get a college degree. He had always been interested in becoming a police officer or detective…

Next to this picture was another picture frame that was right after the graduation ceremony. Sasuke's mother had insisted that he, Sakura, and Naruto take a picture together to preserve the memories they had together. Sakura was squished in between the two boys, obviously smaller than either one of them. The ever present smile that followed her everywhere was there, the joy of finally graduating from their hell of a high school. Naruto stood to her left, his hand on top of her head as he grinned as hard as he could. His graduation robe was askew, which came to no surprise to anyone. On Sakura's right stood Sasuke, his robes immaculate and presentable, but there was a rare smile that graced his features as he stared at the camera. Only he knew where his left arm was, placed so delicately on Sakura's lower back. However, right after that picture, she had slugged in the face so hard his neck popped at being harshly shoved to the side. She had screamed at how big of a pervert he was and ran off to find Ino. That bruise lasted for the next two months before it finally faded away, but by that time Sakura was long gone from his life.

Sasuke reached down to push his pants down so when Naruto got out of the shower he could jump right in. He grimaced when he remembered that his stupid roommate was going to take all the hot water and he groaned at the thought of a cold shower to start the day. Flopping down on his bed, he instantly rolled onto his back to quell his stomach as his hangover rampaged on in his body. The past couple of months at the club, he noticed, actually made all the stress in his body kind of just float away from him, leaving him to easily slip into sleep without having to worry about anything. However, there was an issue that he came across every time he stepped foot into that club. And now, this issue was giving him killer anxiety every night. He drank himself to a stupor whenever he wanted to forget her. Her face, which flowed through his mind like a hungry river, had haunted his every thought since his freshman year of high school. When they had been in middle school, she had been this meek little bookworm that blushed at the smallest movement or sound he made. Then, she completely disappeared that summer before their transition into high school. The first day that he saw her, his jaw had almost dropped at the bombshell that had become Sakura Haruno. Before, she had worn baggy clothes and had not worn any make up. However, the moment she stepped into their homeroom class their freshman year, he knew this girl was going to be the death of him. Ino, her best friend at the time, had managed to convince her that summer to get a whole new wardrobe that consisted of stylish shirts, pants, shorts, skirts, and even new makeup. Sakura had cut her hair to where it touched the top of her shoulders and always had it in a fashionable style that complimented her facial structure. While on the outside, he was calm and cool as everyone expected him to bed. But, on the inside, his teenage mind was screaming at how hot she was and he just wanted to bone her into the ground.

The sound of the water running in the bathroom halted and Sasuke perked up from his train of thought. He heard the door open and Naruto, no doubt completely naked, ran to his room to find the clothes he forgot to put out since they had both come home in a stupor of depression and self-pity. The door to Naruto's room closed and Sasuke took this opportunity to quickly gather his choice of clothing for his act that night.

Now, why did it feel like he was forgetting something…

Sasuke laid out the sleeveless vest he knew the bartenders wore and the black dress pants he wore. He was honestly happy that he decided to cancel his act for the night. The song he had picked out did not really fit his mood, so he asked to be a bartender that night with the promise of playing in the following week. Not that he would not have exceled at the song he had previously chosen. He was glad his mother had taught him a thing or two about different genres of composition, and not just his jazzy selection he had been sticking so close to. At the thought of his mother, Sasuke sighed and closed his eyes. His mother had been a large influence on him when it came to performing in front of other people…not that he regularly performed in front of a live audience. The day that his mother had seen the talent in her son was when she had caught him in the shower singing -by himself- to a popular song at the time. The moment she had ripped open the shower curtain and heard him shriek like a little girl, he was thrust into a world of music that his mother had experienced. He had only been fourteen the time, and now, at twenty two, he had studied many different genres and can change his pitch and tone to match the music. Naruto was really the only one who knew about his exceedingly amazing talent, and Sakura had known only a little about it, given her surprise when he sang on his first night at the club. To Sasuke, his mother was his world. Even being an adult and not living at home, he loved and held his mother above everything else.

Sasuke left the bedroom and padded over to the doorway of the bathroom. Upon entering the threshold, his left eye twitched at the mess his ridiculous roommate left. There were clothes from the previous night thrown all over the place; hanging from the mirror above the sink, and even his boxers were dangling around the showerhead. The shampoo had been squeezed all over the inside of the shower, as well as the body wash. And for some reason, there was something that looked like strawberry jelly on the walls. Gritting his teeth in frustration, he proceeded to fling the clothes that looked okay to touch out into the hallway. Naruto, who had just walked out from his room in his day clothes, blanched at the site of his clothes being unceremoniously thrown out of the bathroom.

"Oi! Asshole! What the fuck are you doing?!" he yelled. Naruto charged over to the bathroom and faced the inside of the bathroom. He got there just in time for his boxers to come flying at his face, followed shortly by the slam of the door. The blonde stood there with his expression hidden by the orange and lime green boxers, and he let his shoulders slump in defeat. But then, he yanked the boxers from his face and there sat a maniacal grin. 'At least I had hot water,' he thought. He turned on his heel and went back to his bedroom with a little skip in his step.

Sasuke, on the other hand, walked over to the shower and turned the knob all the way to the left. Water sprayed from the head immediately and Sasuke turned around to strip from the pants he was wearing. He stood up straight—

-Panting in his ear as her skilled fingers tore away at his pants and boxers—

Sasuke's eyes widened as he stumbled over the pants that hung around his ankles. He choked on his own spit and had to steady one hand against the sink in front of him at the sudden onslaught of memories from the night he had been with Sakura. Breathing in deeply through his nose and out his mouth to relieve the dizziness he was beginning to experience, he stepped out of the pants and stumbled over to the tub. Pulling away the shower curtain to step in, his muscles sank at the feeling of hot water running over them. Letting the water soak him all over, Sasuke ran a hand through his hair and leaned back to rest his back against the wall behind him. That was the first time he had had any real flashbacks of that night. They had been so young at the time and honestly, Sasuke totally and fully blamed himself for the events of that night. He had pushed her out of the crowd to the bedroom. He had placed her on the bed. And he was the one who took her virginity and could not even remember the next morning or the next four years after that. Groaning out loud, he covered his eyes with the palm of his hands and bumped his head on the shower wall. He felt like a total jack ass for how he treated her. Was this how he would have felt if he knew what he had done, or would he have acted like his eighteen year old self: cocky and self-absorbed?

All of a sudden, the water that was pelting him turned ice cold and his eyes snapped open in shock.

"What the fuck?!" Sasuke all but yelled and tried to jump away from the water. However, he got tangled up in the shower curtain and slipped out of the tub. He groaned this time out of exasperation and a little bit of pain, and he swore he could hear someone cackling outside the bathroom.

"Serves you right, asshole!" came Naruto from the other side. Sasuke growled and pounded his fist on the tile his was laying on.

"You have a ten second head start," he yelled out. There was silence on the other side, and then an unmanly yelp followed by the thudding of feet back down the hall. A slamming of a door signaled his roommate had shut himself in his room and most likely locked it. Sasuke smirked and stood up. He loved how he that effect on his friend and roommate. Picking up the shower curtain, he laid it across the tub and grabbed the towel that was hanging off the rack. He wrapped it around his waist and went to stand in front of the mirror. When he looked at his reflection, he had to bite back a gasp. In the mirror was his reflection of when he had just finished high school, the day after that fateful night. His eyes were bloodshot and the bags underneath were very prominent, almost like he had not gotten any sleep the night before. The paleness of his face was even more projecting than it normally is. As Sasuke looked closer, he could see bright red and purple marks down his neck and chest from where he had been branded by Sakura. Turning around to look at his back, there were scratches all the way down that disappeared under his towel. They were a deep red that looked like there was still fresh blood welling up behind the wounds. His buttocks even felt a little sore, probably from Sakura grabbing and clawing at it.

Sasuke squeezed his eyes shut at the reflection until he saw stars under his eyelids. When he opened them again and looked back in the mirror, all he saw was his pale and slightly shaken current self. Sweat had formed on his forehead and his breathing was labored. The fact that the image he had just seen scared him as much as it did made him grit his teeth and clench his fist under the edge of the counter. After a few moments of him trying to control himself, Sasuke stood up straight and squared his shoulders. Marching towards the door, he yanked it open and stomped up to Naruto's door.

"Your ten seconds are up," he warned before he kicked the door open –literally- and all that was heard was a high pitched scream as he beat Naruto within an inch of his life.

Sakura inhaled sharply as the black and red corset synched her waist smaller. She turned her head to the left and glared at one of the stagehand girls who was helping her.

"Do you have to make it that tight?" she hissed. The girl behind her jumped in fear and hurriedly stuttered her response.

"This is how Mr. Kakashi said it had to be done for your act tonight," the young girl squeaked. Sakura huffed a piece of hair out of her face and pursed her lips. 'Of course this is Kakashi's doing,' she inwardly growled. Without a word to the intern, she waved her hand for the girl to continue with what she was doing. However, she did grab onto a support beam that ran from the ceiling to the floor of the dressing all the girls shared and did her nails in as the girl tugged tighter. The bags under her eyes were heavy and she knew she would have to get Kakashi in here anyway to fix up her face so they would not be seen in the bright lights. Sakura sighed, but it was cut short by another sharp tug. Having had enough, she reached behind her and smacked away the hands that were dressing her.

"How about you go get Kakashi if this is how he wants it done?" Sakura snapped. The girl yelped and stammered an incomprehensible apology before bolting out of the room.

"Man, Sakura," one of the girls, Ino, scolded. "You didn't need to be such a bitch to the poor girl!" Sakura huffed and looked over to her childhood friend. The blonde was looking at her with a pointed look with her hands on her shapely hips. Her big, baby blue eyes were staring right into her own, an eyebrow raised in expectation. The outfit she wore matched Sakura's except instead of a corset, she was wearing a bandeau around her breasts and a pair of suspenders was holding up a pair of micro-mini shorts that barely covered her bottom. The bandeau was a dark red and her shorts were completely black, but the suspenders had a pattern on it that closely resembled teeth. Sakura could not help but grin in her head at the selections Kakashi had made for them that night. While Ino was one of Sakura's backup dancers, she also had her own acts during the night that consisted of acrobatics and dancing.

"Well, if she would let the person who wanted it done in the first place do it, then I would not have an issue," Sakura scoffed. She sat down at her mirror and began to poke and prod at her face. "Besides, Kakashi is always late and STILL manages to have us all ready to go before our shows. So why he had that intern do it will forever be a mystery to me."

"Yeah, because you're not his favorite or anything," Ino laughed and sat at her own mirror. She began applying foundation and blush to her face as she continued. "So, how was your night out with Naruto and Sasuke?" Sakura cringed and tried to ignore the question, but Ino could see right through her charade. "Uh uh! No ma'am! You will tell me right now what happened or I swear the next time I cut your hair, I will chop it all off."

"Nothing happened, Ino," Sakura groaned. "I mean, to tell you the truth, I don't really know what happened. One minute we were all sitting at the bar, having a few drinks, when suddenly Naruto left and Sasuke and I got into it…and we started dancing together and I MAYBE had a possible melt down." When Ino just stared at her with an incredulous look, Sakura huffed. "And NO we did NOT have sex! But…" Sakura trailed off and looked away from her friend. "But I did tell him. About everything."

Ino gasped and her eyes got wide as she smacked Sakura on the shoulder. "No way, you bitch! What did he say to that?!"

"He denied it and said he would know if he had done something like that. But I think in the end he realized what happened because Naruto texted me last night –probably when they got home, I assume- that Sasuke was a total mess and was crying and shit about how he screwed up. He never said anything after that, though." Sakura groaned after her confession and laid her face in her arms. "Ino, I don't know what I'm going to do! I tried so hard over the years to forget what happened and then all of a sudden he shows up in my life again. Like, who the hell does that?"

Ino sighed at her friend's declaration and patted her back reassuringly. "Well, now that he knows what happened, maybe you two can finally stop being total assholes to each other."

"Like hell!" Sakura suddenly exclaimed. Her head shot up and Ino watched her expression turn from depression to rage. "He screwed up my life and I swear I will make him pay for it! I even chose the song for today to show him I'm not messing around."

"Sakura," Ino tutted, "you have to come to terms with what happened or you'll be an old cat lady that does nothing but worship her cats all day!"

"Ino." Sakura looked her best friend in the eye and Ino stared straight back. "He hasn't even apologized yet."

They looked at each other for a few more seconds before Ino shot straight out of her chair and almost shrieked like a banshee. "He HASN'T?! What an egotistical jack ass! Like, what the fuck, Sakura?!"

"Well, he will get what he deserves tonight. Trust me," Sakura grinned with malice. Both girls grinned at each other, but when the door to the room opened, they separated and resumed their tasks. Sakura smiled at the new occupant, who only eyed her with exasperation.

"Now, Sakura," Kakashi sighed. "You can't be mean to the new interns. They might take your place one day."

"I'll be a bitch if that little girl decides to practically strangle me, per your orders."

Kakashi only sighed again and twirled his finger for her to spin around. Sakura smiled smugly at Ino, who stuck her tongue out in response, and turned for Kakashi to do his job. It was quiet for several minutes as Kakashi undid the strings and began to retie them, pulling sharply and causing Sakura to jerk back every other minute.

"So," Kakashi started, "are you ready for your act tonight?"

"Of course I am," Sakura smirked.

"Well, I just want to let you know that Sasuke will not be performing tonight. He moved his to a few days or maybe even next week. It just depends because he said something about changing the song to something else. Said it came to him this morning and that he would cancel it for tonight and perform another night when he was ready."

Sakura narrowed her eyes at this and turned to look at Kakashi. "That's going to screw up tonight's schedule, Kakashi. What are we going to do for the rest of the night?"

"Well, I was thinking of putting Naruto up there. Just to see what will happen."

Both Ino and Sakura looked at each other in horror.

"B-But Kakashi!" Ino exclaimed. "The last time that bonehead was on stage, he was so overcome with stage fright that he plummeted off the stage! Besides, he can't even sing!"

"Are you so sure about that?"

At this, the two girls looked skeptically at their manager. As far as they knew, Naruto Uzumaki COULD NOT SING WHATSOEVER.

"There you go," Kakashi said and gave one last tug at Sakura's corset. The woman tried to exhale, but found it hard to complete a complete breath. "And no, you will not pass out."

"I find it hard to be reassured by you," Sakura grumbled and Ino laughed at her.

"Oh, and I was also fascinated to learn that Mr. Uzumaki can play the piano. So, he will be the one helping at your rehearsals since you scare away all the pianists, Sakura."

Sakura sighed and shrugged. Her manager chuckled at her response and ruffled her styled hair. When she started swatting at him and yelling for him to stop messing up her hair, Kakashi backed away and said his goodbyes.

"Break a leg, ladies." And with that, he was gone. Ino turned to her friend and huffed at her while Sakura tried to fix her hair with a finger.

"You know, Sakura," she started, "you can be such a man-eater sometimes."

"Oh? And why do you say that?"

"Because! You have one guy who used to want to give you the whole world back in high school, but you won't even humor him anymore! And now, you're going to be dancing with all these guys on stage tonight to prove you have 'supposedly' moved on from him. Which you definitely haven't, by the way."

Sakura pursed her lips and looked at her reflection in the mirror.

"Damn," she whispered. "Forgot to get Kakashi to fix my face."

Sasuke groaned to himself as he started making another shot of vodka for the drunk asshole in front of him. While he was glad he had decided to take the night off from his act, he was not so happy about serving alcohol to people either. He was not born to serve other people in a way that made him look foolish. To only further the frustration, all the other bartenders had practically been enlisted to dance in one of the acts that night. So he was pretty much on his own that night. However, it did help him make extra tips at the end of the night. In his opinion, the more the girls backstage danced and sang, the more business he had and he did not have to compete with the other, more seasoned bartenders there. At the thought of the impending acts, his chest tightened. That would mean he would have to see Sakura perform…

"Oi, bartender!" a slurred voice came from behind. Sasuke's left eye twitched and he turned his head to look at the drunk man that had been ordering from him all night. One of the backup girls that was supposed to be getting ready was entertaining him, giggling and whispering in his ear as he groped her from behind. The brunette man was swaying on his seat as Sasuke handed him the next shot he had ordered. "Do-Do you think this pretty little thang can come home with me tonight?"

At his question, Sasuke glared at the man and made eye contact with the girl. If he remembered correctly, her name was Ami or Karin or something skanky sounding. When he made eye contact with her, the woman blushed and slinked away from the man, earning a dissatisfied groan from him. She whispered in his ear Sasuke believed were promises of her return and she sauntered away, not forgetting to sashay her hips as she went.

"Ahhh they never stay long," the man said loudly, gesturing widely with his hands. "They come for you when they want to, then take what they want and leave. They never stay long."

Sasuke turned away and narrowed his eyes in sadness and began cleaning the shot glasses. Now that he was starting to recollect what exactly had happened that night, he remembered how he had woken up that morning alone, the other side of the bed cold and lonely. Sakura must have left sometime after their time together…Sasuke shook his head and focused on the task at hand. There was no way Sakura had just wanted to have sex and then leave right after. She wasn't that kind of person at the time. Then, Sasuke started to second guessing himself. She had definitely danced that night like she was though.

Suddenly, the lights dimmed in the club and a single spotlight hit the stage, where a girl with blonde hair and suspenders holding her shorts up stood, her breasts covered by a dark red bandeau. She lifted her head and Sasuke smirked at the sight of one of his childhood friends on that stage. He met Ino's gaze, and was surprised by the look of female malice in her eyes. She looked over the crowd and put a smile on her face.

"Hello, ladies and gentlemen," she started, her voice sultry. "Tonight, you will be taken into a world where the women are the rulers of the stage. I must warn you, though. Do not feed the man-eaters, gentlemen." At this, Ino looked directly at Sasuke, who rose an eyebrow in curiosity. Someone sidled up next to him and he looked to his right to see Naruto, who was dressed as a bartender and was grinning at him. He knew his friend had been hired to work at the club alongside him just a couple days ago, but only as a bartender. God forbid he try to sing. Sasuke rolled his eyes and looked back up at the stage to see it parting.

The sight in front of him made him lose the breath he was starting and freeze. His grasp on the glass he had in his hand loosened and slipped out, and he did not bother to watch it fall. It shattered all over the floor and his eyes widened as shards flew everywhere, but that was not what he was staring at. Sakura stood up on stage, with ALL the bartenders surrounding her, looking like they were bowing to her. The corset she wore looked like her normal black one, but there were red stripes going down it that looked as if blood was running from her body. She was wearing a pair of boy shorts that were black, and the high heeled boots gave her a biker look. Her hair had been trussed up in a spiky hair-do that allowed her bangs to frame her face and flipped at the ends, giving her a wild look. Her makeup was smoky, giving the impression of a much darker, sexier woman.

Take it back

As the music began to start, Sakura started rocking her hips to the beat and came to make eye contact with the man behind the bar. Sasuke stood frozen at the look in her eyes and almost gulped the spit that had accumulated in his throat down. Sakura grinned and pointed to herself.

Everybody look at me, me
I walk in the door you start screaming
Come on everybody, what you here for?
Move your body around like a nympho
(Sakura moves her hips in a circle and moves it out of the way as some of the bartenders go to touch it)

Everybody get your neck to crack around
All you crazy people, come on, jump around
I wanna see you all on your knees, knees
(Sakura points to the ground and the men drop to their knees again)
You either wanna be with me or be me
(She points to herself again)
(Come on now)

Maneater, make you work hard, make you spend hard (Sakura makes claws out of her hands)
Make you want all of her love
She's a maneater, make you buy cars, make you cut cards
(She makes the sign for throwing money)
Make you fall real hard in love

She's a maneater, make you work hard, make you spend hard (She makes claws out of her hands again)
Make you want all of her love
She's a maneater, make you buy cars, make you cut cards
Wish you never ever met her at all

Sasuke could only stare at the woman as she danced with the men and acted like an animal. Thinking back to what Ino had said when she introduced the act, she had looked directly at him. Naruto said something next to him, but he did not hear him. He was too entranced with the woman dancing on the stage.

And when she walks, she walks with passion (Sakura struts to the edge of the stage with the men behind her trying to reach to her)
When she talks, she talks like she can handle it
When she asks for something, boy, she means it
(She gestures to one of the men to come to her, and he grabs her by the hips and she starts to dance in front of him)
Even if you never ever see it

Everybody get your neck to crack around (Sakura turns from the guy and walks over to another guy and runs her hands down his chest, where his vest is open)
All you crazy people come on jump around
You're doing anything to keep her by your side
(She runs a hand down her hip)
Because she says she love you, love you long time
(She then puts a finger to her lips in fake innocence)
(Come on now)

Maneater, make you work hard, make you spend hard (Sakura twirls around and makes her hands into claws)
Make you want all of her love
She's a maneater, make you buy cars, make you cut cards
Make you fall real hard in love

Come on now

Maneater, make you work hard, make you spend hard
Make you want all of her love
She's a maneater, make you buy cars, make you cut cards
Make you fall real hard in love

She's a maneater, make you work hard, make you spend hard
Make you want all of her love
She's a maneater, make you buy cars, make you cut cards
Wish you never ever met her at all

No, never ever met her at all

You wish you'd never ever met her at all
You wish you'd never ever met her at all
You wish you'd never ever met her at all
(Come on!)

You wish you'd never ever met her at all
You wish you'd never ever met her at all
You wish you'd never ever met her at all
You wish you'd never ever met her at all

Sakura's voice faded as the curtain closed. As expected, the crowd –mostly of men- whooped and cheered at the sexy routine. Sasuke, however, took into consideration of the words to the song and his face turned dark. Stepping over the broken glass he had yet to pick up, he heard Naruto shout behind him as he stormed from the bar and towards backstage. In the process, he managed to knock over two waitresses, make a couple men who were being entertained furious that they were being interrupted, and flip a table over. The last one was an accident, but he could care less as he sought the woman who had pissed him off for the last time. As he disappeared behind the curtain, he saw the bartenders leaving to return to their duties and the few girls who had been in the act leave to get ready for other performances. A flash of pink caught his eye and he raced towards it, eyes gleaming with anger. Once he was in range of her, Sasuke grabbed Sakura swiftly by her upper arm and led her towards the darkened corners of back stage. She immediately began to struggle to get away from him, but his grip was too strong for her to yank away. Once they were away from all the people, Sasuke slung her in front of him and she hit the wall behind her with a soft thud. He trapped her between his arms and held himself there.

"What the fuck, Sasuke?!" Sakura shouted. Sasuke's face was hidden behind his draping bangs and Sakura only gritted her teeth at his silence. "You had no right to drag me away like some rag doll!"

"Shut the fuck up, Sakura."

His sudden and violent response made her stop, and her eyes widened when he lifted his head to show her his hurt and furious expression. She gasped lightly when he bared his teeth at her and practically growled down at her.

"Do you not think for a second that I was not hurt by your confession last night? That I had felt no remorse for my actions almost four years ago? Did you think for one second that if I could, I would take it all back? Huh?"

Sakura only stared back at him as he panted after his almost tearful questions. Sasuke scoffed and cursed at himself. The girl beneath him bit her lip and could not help herself as she looked away from him; away from his expression that had withered away to sadness.

"You don't know what I went through for the last four years. You could have at least called me or-" she started, but yelped in surprise when his right fist came down beside her head.

"Bullshit, Sakura!" he yelled. "I never heard a word from you or about you after graduation. It even looks like Naruto had to hunt you down and then coincidentally run into you at a club like this. And then, you act like a complete bitch to me all the time for something that I could not even remember. Forget about the past four years, Sakura! Think about the here and now! Forget about what I did to you. Forget about-"

"Don't you think I have been trying to forget?!"

Sasuke froze and looked down at the girl. Her eyes were scrunched up as tears ran down her face. She wrapped her arms around her midsection and bent forward slightly as she sobbed harder, making Sasuke back away from her to give her room to cry. His arms hung limply by his sides, because all he could do was just watch her cry. In his mind, he wanted to reach out to her and hold her close, but at the same time he felt like that was a bad idea. It was his fault she was like this, and by God he wanted to make it right. But, what could he do? Hold her and tell her everything was going to be alright? The relationship between them was already broken, and he did not think there was much he could do for her at this point.

Suddenly, the breath was knocked out of him as Sakura launched herself at him and buried her head into his chest. Her sobs vibrated them him as he stared down at her pink hair, not exactly sure what to do. Before he could comprehend what he was doing, he raised his arms to wrap around her and bring her closer to him tightly. Apologies started spewing from her as she continued to cry into his chest, and Sasuke only just stroked her hair and rubbed her back. Lowering his head so that it rested on hers, the man bit his lip as his emotions started to show, and the months of pent up frustration and anger began to release themselves as he allowed a few tears of his own to reach his eyes. Sasuke gathered her further up in his arms and moved his head to rest on her shoulder, squeezing his eyes shut as he let himself go. Sakura realized that he was overcome with the same grief as, and that only made her cry harder as she grabbed at the back of his black vest, and then dug a hand into his hair. She held him close to her as they both let out their feelings.

Then, Sasuke leaned away from her and looked up at him questioningly. But, the look in his eyes stopped her cold. He was looking at her with an expression of longing and need, and she slowly began to back towards the wall again. One of his hands strayed from her back once she hit the wall and stopped to almost caress her neck, his thumb resting on her cheek. Sakura sighed when that hand tilted her neck to the side slightly, and it was like she was nuzzling his hand. Sasuke leaned forward again, but stopped just before he touched her face with his. She knew what was going to happen even before it actually happened, so she let it continue because THIS was what she really wanted.

When Sasuke's mouth slanted over hers, it was like that night all over again. Fireworks exploded behind her eyes as he pressed his mouth harder to hers, totally sure about what he was doing at the point. The feeling in the pit of her stomach that she had been experiencing for weeks bloomed again, but this time it was not an uncomfortable feeling. Sakura slid her hands that had been resting on his back to his neck, dragging his mouth closer to her even more. He let out a sharp inhale of breathe and she swore she heard a slight moan reverberate through his chest. Sasuke pressed himself closer to her, effectively trapping her between the wall and himself. His body molded with hers and both his hands reached up to cup the sides of her face. She groaned as he deepened the kiss and slid his tongue against hers in a way that made her knees weak.

One of his hands moved away from her face and went to grab at her hip, before trailing down to her exposed thigh. Sakura let out a little gasp that made Sasuke smirk against her mouth. He absolutely loved the sounds she made and needed to hear more of them. Before he could do anything to make her squirm even more, Sakura pushed him away in a hurry, gasping for air and her face beet red. As he went to question her, voices of some of the girls that worked there came floating by them and Sasuke took a step back from her. His chest was heaving, and so was hers as they looked at each other. They were both blushing from the pleasure they received, so when Sakura clasped her hands behind her back and smiled up at him, a sense of de-ja-vu came over him. That same smile was the one she had given him countless times, and the last time he remembered seeing it was they night they shared.

As the girls walked away from the area, Sasuke moved forward again to capture her in his arms, Sakura put a hand on his chest.

"I don't think so, big boy," she chuckled. However, she did move closer to him and their lips barely touched. Just as he was about to lean down to take her own in his, Sakura moved them to his ear and whispered, "Maybe next time," and moved away from him towards the crowd of people that were walking around. Her hips swayed in the black shorts she was wearing, and her hair, slightly messed up from their encounter, bounced. Sasuke just stood there completely dumbfounded, unsure of what to do at that moment. Smirking to himself, finally, he shoved his hands in his pockets and moved after her. He headed back to the bar, where Naruto was waiting for him. Upon seeing his best friend's face, the blonde leered at him with a perverted grin.

"Got some, didn't ya?" he snickered. A fist came down to his head and he whimpered as he crouched down on the floor, clutching his bruised head. Sasuke grabbed a glass to clean as the next act opened up, but he was not paying attention to it, or the chattering blonde beside him.

In fact, he was thinking about the next time he would be encountering his little man-eater.

And whether or not she would be true to her word.

So, here it is. I hope you enjoyed it. I can not guarantee when the next chapter will be up, so be super patient. Thanks!
