Barry's POV
When I got back to Wally's room, I remembered how he'd looked when we'd found him. The poor kid was covered in his own blood, his left leg was broken and he was so skinny that I could see his ribs. Yet through all of that, he still managed a small smile and a wave. And, besides that, he'd been in rubble for one to two hours and in the basement for three whole weeks. Honestly, I had no idea how he was still alive, even barely. I mean, yeah, he was super skinny, but three weeks? I can't even survive that. This kid, his whole existence, is a miracle.
I don't understand. Why? Why didn't he tell me? I thought we told each other everything. And it's been going for almost two years now! Right under my nose! How did I miss this?
Also, there was more. I know there was. Dick got all squirmy for a second before deciding not to tell me, but more was said.
I heard a small whimper next to me and looked over to see Wally with a strangled look of pain on his face. I grabbed his hand and he flinched away in his sleep.
I couldn't help it. I cried. For Wally.

Wally's POV
I walked into the living room. I don't remember how I got here, but I did remember that he wasn't going to be home until late, so I was okay. I went into the kitchen and started making a small sandwich.
"Little bit of mayo here, little bit of turkey there, lots of lettuce. There we go."
I started to take a bite into my sandwich when I caught a glance at the time. 9 o'clock.
"That's weird, there's never been a clock there before..."
It was late. I needed to straighten up before he gets here. That's when I actually looked at the house. It was filthy. There were clothes everywhere, beer bottles on the coffee table, garbage covering the couch. Then, I realized that there was no way I'd finish this in time.
"Wait, superhero. Duh."
So, I sped around the house and scrubbed til it shined. Then I returned to the kitchen to finish my sandwich. I finished right as I heard the garage door open. Then...
"Wally!"
Mom?
"I'm home!"
I went to investigate. But when I got to the door, I found Dad, drunk off his ass and angrier than a bull that has seen red.
"Do you think this is some kind of joke?" he asked me.
"No sir," I'm very confused. I cleaned the house-
"No. No way."
I look around to find that everything I just cleaned is back right where it was before.
"Oh no."
