*Sigh* No reviews last chapter... If you guys don't like the story, I'm not going to update. I'm not expecting a long paragraph about the chapter, but a little 'nice chapter!' or feedback about your favorite part would be nice. Is there something I'm doing wrong? It's hard for me to update when I do, and getting no feedback doesn't help my motivation to make this story. If you guys are wanting the story line to start, it starts here. This chapter features Lloyd and Garmadon's first appearances since Without You (besides the prologue), and it features Misako being a b*tch. Next chapter (Ch. 8) will feature the last sign of the end of humanity, and the start of a hot and steamy chapter between Jayden and Oliver. Ch.9 will feature the end of the hot and steamy chapter, a time skip, and drama. So if you guys want to see any of those send me your feedback, in a PM or review, message me on another website! Anyways, enjoy!
About a week had passed after the attack on Yomogita, Jayden and Matthew continuously trained, wanting to be ready for the next fight. After being fully healed from the car accident, Matthew was ready to kick some serious Kamigami butt.
On the deck of the Bounty, Jayden and Matthew stood back-to-back, their eyes shielded from their surroundings by a cloth. Around them, Cole, Kai, Zane and Jay slowly and quietly moved towards the twins, hoping to catch them off guard. To the surprise of Nya and Sensei Wu they did, the now older ninja manged to sneak up to the twins and surprise them. As a the sparring match began, Nya spoke up her soft voice reaching the ears of not only Sensei Wu, but the ninja as well.
"I haven't seen Misako all day, I wonder where she ran off to." Wu hummed in agreement, sipping on his tea, he began to recall the conversation he and Misako had a while ago. Misako was not one to be easily persuaded, her plans to assassinate the twins were most likely going to be put into action very soon.
Red darts whizzed from the sky hitting everyone but the twins. Jay managed to escape the attack from above, but the dart skimmed his skin, making the darts full affects not work. All around them, those who were hit by the darts fell to the ground.
"What the-" Jay cried in confusion, from the roof of the Bounty jumped a figure adored in all black, their face covered with a ninja mask.
"Jayden! Matthew! Training's over, we got a problem!" Their father cried, and began his attack on the masked figure. Throwing a punch at the attacker, they hit the Ninja of Lightning in the shoulder leaving his right arm useless. In a quick attempt to defend himself, Jay used his other arm and leg to try and stop the masked figure. To no avail, the figure used the same technique they used on his right arm, leaving Jay to fall to the ground limp.
Pulling out two small daggers the masked figure lunged at the two young ninja. Trying their best to dodge the attacks, Jayden and Matthew flipped backwards further away from the mysterious figure. "Who is this dude?!" Matthew said angrily, backing up against the mast of the Bounty. Daggers were thrown at him, two pinning his ninja suit to the wood, and another flew passed him leaving a small cut on his thigh. Jayden raced over to her brother and attempted to free him from the mast, but before she could grasp the handle of the dagger, the figure pinned her to the ground with another set of daggers.
"Time to die chosen ones." The figure chuckled unsheathing her katana, she placed the very tip at Jaydens neck.
Suddenly, the figure fell to the ground dropping their katana, behind the masked man stood Sensei Wu. Wielding his bamboo stick, Wu hit the figure on the back of the head, rendering them defenseless, and stunned. "Who are you and why have you trespassed in our home."
"Get your panties out of a knot Wu, it's me." Lifting the hood to their ninja suit, familiar grey hair and green eyes popped out. Misako stood up, dusting herself off, and picked up her katanas. "I told you Misako, killing the twins will not change anything. Just as you said before, the prophecy has been fulfilled and will not change."
"It was worth a try, right? I won't do it again." Sadness was laced in her voice, there was something that she was hiding from Wu.
Soon after the other ninja started to awake, but before they could yell and argue with their Sensei, Misako had fled, leaving a long silence behind her. "Let us not hold grudging against her my students. She has been through so much."
Misako could die today and not know what she did to deserve so much pain in her life.
I shot up in my bed, the hot atmosphere of the Underworld was almost unbearable, for the first couple of years. Ever since the final battle, I had been infected with the Devourers poison. It was all worth it. Jay was able to return to Nya, Matthew, and Jayden. There is nothing I regret about my decision. Stretching my arms about my head I made my way to the main area, where my father would be sitting in his throne with his warriors around him.
"Lloyd, we need to talk." My father waved off the skeletons, leaving us alone. Once the door was shut my father jumped off his throne. "Have you heard of the Kamigami?"
"No, why are they a new enemy planning to destroy the ninja?" My father grunted in disagreement, the air became extremely thick and dense.
"They are a race that was once sealed away because of my father. Their leader is going to be rising from the dead in a reincarnated form. After that happens, the world will end. Wu and I both know what is going to happen, but from what I have heard, he will not assist Jayden and Matthew." Pausing, my father walked towards me, placing a hand on my shoulder. "These people are not ones to mess with, before we use force, we will try to convince them to stop this madness."
"Are you sure that's going to work? I mean, if you wouldn't back down from taking over Ninjago, what makes you think that they would stop from destroying the world?" I asked crossing my arms over my chest and torso. Surprisingly over the years, my fathers temper had gotten better, and he no longer quenched for the thirst of taking over Ninjago.
"It's worth a shot, I find surprising that I'm more willing to save the world more than you. Looks like the evil went way to your head." My father chuckled, anger boiled inside of me.
"No need to get angry Lloyd. Anger makes you lose focus on what is right in front of you."
"Now you sound like Wu..." I mumble under my breath.
From behind me, my father hit the back of my head, "Don't get cocky, because if you do, I will become just like Wu." I rolled my eyes as we started our long journey. Climbing out of the Underworld, and into the bright sunlight.
It had been at least a day and a half before we reached out destination. With little to no breaks my feet were sore, and my energy had dropped to almost nothing. My peacefully surroundings of tall trees, and small birds singing to the sound of the howling wind, changed to a dark, dead forest; the Kindan No Mori. The forbidden forest, was sealed off by the outside world, for civilians were frightened by the inhabitants of it.
Whoever enters the forest is lost forever, and is never seen again. I was hesitant entering the forest, but if my father insisted we do this, I must not show fear.
The further we went into the forest, the darker it got. Through thick bushes, and large spider webs. We finally made it to a large cave. My father turned to me, "Lloyd, where we are about to go is a place where you must never return to. We are entering Hell. If you believe the Underworld is dark, and hot. Then you are in for a very big surprise." His eyes shown nothing but fear.
Several cloaked figures stood near the entrance of the cave. Without any hesitation, they moved up against the cave walls, allowing my father and I to pass through easily. The further we go into the dark cave, the warmer it gets. As I glance behind us, the light from the sun could no longer be seen. After a while of walking we came upon a large steel door.
"No matter what happens, stay by my side." My father pushes the door open. I sight before us takes my breath away. Similar to the Underworld, lava flowed freely below us, but the heat was more intense. Human bones lied on the floor shattered. I swallowed thickly, sweat ran down my face as we slowly made our way to the center of the room. Where a large throne sat.
"My, my, if it isn't one of the First Spinjitzu Masters sons. Garmadon, was it?" The male chuckled from under his cloak. My father grunted, showing his sharp teeth.
"I'm not here for your petty games, I've come to stop this madness." I stood next to him, but never said a word. The man started to laugh, "Are you talking about the Walker siblings?" The man seemed insane, he grabbed his stomach in pain, and continued to laugh.
"You must be joking?!" The man regained his composure, dusting off his cloak, he walked towards my father and I. Suddenly the air become denser, the mans eyes started to glow black, like the cloaks that covered them. The ground started to rumble, and we were force to the ground by an unseen force.
Voice booming deeper than it was before, the man said "If you are to interfere, you will be killed with no mercy; remember that. For we can see the future as well Garmadon. We all know what is going to happen. And to be honest, I can't wait to pierce your heart with my very own hand."
Well that's it for this chapter, next chapter will be out soon. Please, please, please, review!
