A/N: Keep in mind, most of the Taiora subtext was added in the dub; even if some of the Japanese voice actors were surprised that Sorato happened, the show's creator did think that the main guy/main girl pairing would be cliche. And no matter which version you're watching, Tai's interactions with Catherine seemed to suggest that even if he was hurt, he got over it quickly. And yet I see stories where Tai is just so depressed because Sora's dating Matt instead of him. Can't he just be happy for his friends?
