"No one to protect you now, girl." snarled Sumner.

(At the Warren)

Jamie eyes the Easter bunny with sight concern, "Bunny, can I ask you four questions?"

There was a slight pause in Bunny's run, but he replied with a nod of his head.

" Why did you come to my school in the middle of the day? How come it was you to come and get me? Wheres Jack?" the last question was asked as they popped out into the warren, and caused all of the guardians to look down. That only made Jamie's curiosity and worry to heighten.

"Jack, Sandy, and Jack's sister, Sophia, have been taken," replies a guilt ridden North. "We have no other choice but to agree to the terms of their kidnappers, and see them tonight at midnight to get them back. But, until than, you and your sister will stay here."

"Bunny, hop! Hop! Hop!" Cries an excited voice.

"Hello ya little ankle-bitta." Says bunny as he picks up Sophie.

(Unknown location, Sophia's POV)

Me and my stupid mouth and snarky remarks will be the death of me, I swear! Sumner is going to kill me right here, right now, and Pitch is going to be pissed! Not to mention what Sandy and Jack will do!

"Leave her alone!" Jack and Pitch yell while glaring daggers at the man advancing on my with a whip.

CRACK! A white hot pain arcs across my back as the skin where the whip hit splits open. I can't help the scream that passes through my lips, voicing my pain.

CRACK! More pain and another scream.

CRACK! CRACK! I can't even hear Jack and Pitch shouting profanities at Sumner any more, pain is the only thing my mind is on.

CRACK! I let one more blood curling scream loose before losing consciousness.

(With the Guardians, Bunny's POV)

I put Sophie down and head towards the egg sentinels, when a pain like I've never felt before washes over me. I cry out, collapsing on the spot, and the other Guardians rush over to me while Jaime stays back with Sophie.

"Bunny, are you okay?" Asks Tooth

Another wave of pain washes over me before I can answer. An another soon follows it, and then two more accompany the third.

"Bunny, can you please open your eyes for me?" Beggs a worried Tooth. I comply to her witches without realizing that my eyes had closed in the first place. I try to sit up but North gently pushes my shoulder so I'm laying back down again.

"Are you alright Bunny?" He asks, concern replacing his usual jolly tone.

"Yeah, course I'm alright. I dunno what just happened though."

(Jack's POV)

"Sophia!" I yell once more as she slides to the floor.

"That'll teach the bitch to talk back to me!" Says a triumphant Sumner who re curls the whip around his arm grinning sadistically. "You'll be next if you don't behave little winter spirit, you too Goldie!"

"You won't touch them you bastard!" Roars an outraged Pitch who is struggling against his chains.

"I'd like to see you do anything about it you-"

"Sumner!" The voice of his Captain cuts him off, " that is enough. The master wants us now, it is almost time to meet the Guardians again."

Sumner huffs angrily, and stalks off after his captain. Hoping neither of them are coming back, I crawl towards where my sister is, just to find that she isn't breathing. This time, it's my scream the echoes off of the rooms walls.

First, yes I am alive. Second, I'm a horrible person for not updating in what seems like forever. Third, I will try to avoid this in the future. Fourth, I have two more days of tests before its finally Summer Vacation, which means updates should happen every week.
