Abnegation
I chose Abnegation.
I was selfless, self sacrificing.
I was taught to help others, to ignore your own needs if you can tend to someone else's.
Abnegation also taught me what it's like if you don't take care of yourself.
If you become Factionless.
So instead of ignoring myself, I focused on myself.
On being part of the system.
Most of all, Abnegation taught me to be selfish.
And how to pretend I'm helping others.
